23/08/2025: I had dinner here and ordered a grilled vegetable sandwich for €7.50. However, I noticed that the weight of the ingredients wasn't specified on the menu. The sandwich was good, but too small for the price. Unfortunately, after eating it, I was even hungrier than before! It would be helpful if the weight of the ingredients were listed on the menu to give a better idea of ​​the quality-price ratio. Overall, the service was good, but I hope they can improve the product descriptions on the menu. I paid too much for what I ate.

25/01/2026: Sunday family lunch. As is often the case, we waited about 15 minutes to get in: it's a very popular place, a sign of its popularity, thanks in part to its location inside the Mongolfiera Shopping Center in Molfetta, which makes it convenient and very popular, especially on weekends. That said, once we were seated, service was surprisingly quick, with no downtime, an aspect often appreciated by those who review the place online. We chose the daily menu: good, adequate, but not overwhelming, in line with a menu designed to please a broad, family-friendly audience. The fried pupizze served as an appetizer were excellent and truly tasty. The quality prosciutto and ciccio caprese with buffalo mozzarella were excellent, simple but well-prepared, elements that perfectly represent the straightforward and traditional style of the cuisine offered. Grandma's Neapolitan-style baked pasta was good but didn't entirely wow me, probably because the egg topped it somewhat dampened its effect. This sentiment was shared by those who noted the overall quality was good, but not always surprising. The Milanese cutlet, tender and flavorful, was a definite plus. The staff is quick, efficient, and welcoming, without being overbearing: a balance that's appreciated and one of the restaurant's most frequently cited strengths. The restaurant is spacious, both inside and out; the outdoor area is always covered, a useful feature for hosting families and large groups. Prices are average, consistent with the offerings and generally range between €10 and €20 per person. A solid, reliable place, ideal for family lunches or busy days. It's not surprising, but it's convincing.

22/01/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times and have always had a good experience: the pizza and the rest are generally good, which is why I've been happy to return. Unfortunately, today's experience was truly disappointing. At our table, we ordered two pizzas, both of which had a strange and strong pecorino flavor. Since we were assured that no cheese was used, we did some thinking and concluded that the problem was the prosciutto on both pizzas, which was probably not in good condition. The most serious thing, however, wasn't the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. After reporting it, nothing was done to correct it, not even a simple apology. In fact, we felt questioned, with the response that "no one had ever complained," making us look like liars. There were four of us at the table, and we all tasted the same thing, so it wasn't an isolated experience. It's a real shame, because the quality of the pizza had been good in the past, but the total lack of customer service and professionalism makes it difficult to think of returning.

02/02/2026: I was there on Saturday and...well, it was an unforgettable experience. We arrived and they wanted to seat us next to people we'd never seen before, but, disturbed by our presence, they got up and left. After a long wait, they remembered we were there, alone at a table of 20 people. They took our order, and the dishes arrived that were well-publicized on social media but absolutely forgettable. The orecchiette with tomato sauce were among the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Then the music was blaring, it was all frenetic, and...well, I'll never go back.

04/09/2025: Wonderful place, in my opinion the best in Palo for an evening with friends. The pizza is delicious, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The atmosphere is well-kept and welcoming, perfect for both eating and drinking with friends. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michele the boss is the best, but Elisabetta is no slouch either!

01/09/2025: absolutely a 0, absolutely rude, impolite, inappropriate staff, extremely slow service, frozen pizzas 100 times better, it seemed like they were working under torture, but more absolutely, highly inadvisable place

10/01/2026: Terrible and unacceptable experience. We ordered pizzas at 9:15 PM and from then on, absolutely nothing. No delivery, no clear information. After 5 calls, we received only vague answers and no concrete feedback on the status of our pizzas. At 11:10 PM, tired of waiting in vain, we were forced to go to the pizzeria in person to see if they were even ready. Service like this is simply disgraceful: zero organization, zero respect for customers, and absurd wait times. If you can't handle deliveries, avoid accepting orders. Never again. Highly discouraged. Pure madness. Disgusting.
