27/10/2025: We ordered some pizzas to go, and we thought they were delicious. There was a great variety, some of them very original.

27/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant both for its location overlooking a beautiful central square and for its lower prices compared to other restaurants. We had a dish of fava beans and chicory, seafood risotto, and mixed grilled fish. The aforementioned dishes turned out to be truly delicious. The waiter was friendly, as was the owner, with whom we chatted for a moment after the meal. The bill wasn't excessive, although €6 for a glass of white wine isn't in line with the price of the dishes. We were nevertheless satisfied with the lunch.

07/03/2026: Really poor food: FROZEN and COLD fries, DRY bread, BURNED meat. The burger was SMALL compared to the photos. THE WAITER SCAMMED US by saying the sandwich cost less than it actually did. Very disorganized service. NOT RECOMMENDED!

07/03/2026: The food itself was good, but the sandwich was too small, it was also very dry, and the fries were cold and tasteless. The customers were friendly, but they told me one price and then told me another at the counter. Prices were too high.

08/03/2026: The food deserves 5 stars, except that we waited a long time to pick it up and spent about €40 for two people. We didn't just grab a couple of things to make a quick move. So Local Guide only gives it 3 stars.

14/02/2026: We'll never forget February 14, 2026, and they'll never see us again, simply because we waited a whopping 50 minutes. We made a reservation on February 12, 2026, and every time I asked if a table was available, the usual response was that it would be available in a few minutes. We felt like we'd been cheated. Kudos to you for your professionalism.

07/09/2025: A terrible experience, one not to be repeated. Extremely slow service, unjustified given the hour (9:00 PM) and the many tables still free, but above all, disregard for the order in which customers arrived. Leaving aside the dissatisfaction over minor issues, we ordered only two pizzas for my sister and I, both of whom are lactose intolerant, with the explicit request to replace the mozzarella fiordilatte with buffalo mortadella (which was duly paid for separately on the final bill). What could have happened? Did the pizza chef misread the order or deliberately ignore the request? The fact is, we both began to feel the effects late in the evening and are still suffering the consequences. I suggest they be much more careful with these types of requests, because making your customers feel unwell not only creates bad publicity for the restaurant, but could also have serious consequences for the unfortunate ones.

07/09/2025: I always gladly return, despite the miles, for the service, food, and ambiance. I'll never tire of coming back...

19/10/2025: I'm not rating him lower just out of respect for one of the two owners, who apologized to us and made amends. There are many things to review. This should be a reason to improve.

12/10/2025: I went on a Saturday night for pizza with family. The atmosphere is nice, and parking was easy. When we entered, the waitresses sat us at our reserved table. They handed us menus, and after a while, a waitress asked if we were ready to order. We were ready, and then she disappeared. After a while, another waitress came to take our orders. We ordered three plates of fries, and after a twenty-minute wait, two plates arrived first, followed by the last one. They made up for the pizza and were quite quick. The menu isn't very extensive: only a few pizzas, and the prices are decidedly high: a Margherita is €6, all other pizzas start at €10. As we were finishing our meal, from the exchanges between the owner and the waitresses (in a manner bordering on polite), we realized we needed to vacate the table, and as soon as we'd finished, we asked for the bill and went to pay. I won't be going back! The pizza isn't the best, either; there are better.

12/07/2025: Be prepared for a long wait. In the evening, the minimum wait is 40 minutes. You order in one room and pick up in another, at a different bar. Even if you order pizza and drinks, you'll receive your drinks along with your food, meaning after 40 minutes. If you want them sooner, you'll need to speak to the person serving your food. It's best to speak Italian; you won't be able to communicate in English. It's clear this is a problem for him, and he's reluctant to serve drinks before you order. The pizza is very good, but the service and wait time are typical Southern fare. If you don't like long waits, this isn't the place for you.

28/02/2026: Definitely a convenient stop within the outlet, even if the wait outside is noticeable. But let's look at the menu. In theory, it's varied, with options to suit almost everyone (from vegetarian to more "fit" dishes); in practice, sometimes half the menu isn't available, if not more. Definitely room for improvement, especially since it's a well-known, well-loved format that works. The location, moreover, is always very welcoming, with its wooden furnishings and distinctive character.

12/02/2026: What can I say, we were waiting for the potatoes that came with the sandwich and the classic sticks arrived, for the rest the meat was good and so were the sandwiches overall but I saw the staff a bit hesitant when opening, which became more evident as more people arrived. The wooden tables were so sticky that I had serious doubts about their cleanliness.

22/12/2025: Dragged by friends About this place, I have to say, "neither praise nor infamy." Personally, I don't think I'll go back.

10/11/2025: Terrible experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and by 11:00 PM, our pizzas still hadn't arrived. From 10:00 PM onward, the staff kept repeating that "the pizzas were in the oven," when it was clearly not the case. No explanation, no transparency, and a total lack of respect for the customer. Disorganized service and unprofessional attitude.

21/02/2025: Dietro una immagine di sofisticata di cotture particolari, si cela un menu di piatti riscaldati al microonde ( e anche in maniera molto discutibile). Tempistiche molto approssimative a meno che il pane non vi serva come dessert a fine serata. Attendo il conto e vedremo, CINZIA É LA COSA MIGLIORE DEL LOCALE

16/02/2026: Dry pizza with meager ingredients, slow service, 1 waiter in the entire room like 1 pizza chef on a Saturday night... Let's move on to the rudeness of the owner who, instead of rounding down the per person amount, rounded up the bill (table of 18 people) and when we pointed this out to him, he started cursing us, treating us like beggars, saying that we just had to thank him for making us eat absurd food... We are not from Altamura and fortunately we have been to other renowned pizzerias in the area and they have always treated us with kid gloves, it's the first time something like this has happened to us, the owner should change jobs in my opinion, he only continues for the convenience of the place but for the rest the management is appalling.

15/02/2026: AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED!!! We went to this pizzeria a year ago, everything was good and plentiful. Unfortunately, tonight wasn't the same. The pizzas were flavorful, empty, and the prices were quite high. The service was disappointing; no waiter ever came by, so you had to wait at least 15 minutes to ask for something! They delivered Margherita pizzas instead of pizzas with sausage and fries. Then they told us there were no sausages, so only fries were served. Fine, but the Margherita pizzas arrived, then they took them back and added cold fries on top! THE HEATING WAS COLD, ESPECIALLY IN THE BATHROOMS. Not to mention the bill, which he rounded up on his own! So for 17 people, he pocketed more than €6. Without asking if we wanted to tip him!!! But we would have also given it is the arrogance, the rudeness, the cunning, THE PRESUMPTION and the way of doing things THAT IS NOT OK, EVEN INSULTS!! In my house the customer must want to give a tip, not that the bill is rounded up to get it out! And I'll stop there! We made a very bad impression by bringing many friends who were all disappointed! Last time in this place!!!!

23/10/2025: I had the octopus sandwich. Fantastic. Truly exceptional, simple but very tasty.

13/09/2025: Perfect view. The salad was disappointing. Pizza it's not served for the lunch. The pasta is a bit expensive.
