27/08/2024: Pizza ordered via Just Eat, fast and punctual delivery, two pizzas looked like tablets, the ingredients on top of the pizza are scarce, almost as if it were a margherita, 2 capers, and if you find an anchovy it's already a lot, I advise the restaurateur to add a few extra ingredient to the pizza..

13/08/2024: Pranzo di fine anno scolastico in una struttura alquanto suggestiva, tanto per gli spazi esterni quanto per i locali interni. Dopo l’aperitivo all’ombra dei gazebo, in giardino, con cocktail di benvenuto e scagliozze alla barese, abbiamo pranzato in una sala molto caratteristica, dalle pareti in pietra, organizzata con tavoli tondi e, come da menu concordato, sono stati serviti 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 1 secondo di carne e, per finire, frutta e torta. Molto gentili i camerieri, in particolar modo la ragazza addetta al nostro tavolo, che ha soddisfatto con gentilezza e pazienza le nostre curiosità sugli ingredienti dei vari piatti proposti. Particolarità della location: il soffitto decorato da fili di luci si apre mostrando la vista del cielo.

18/07/2024: Eccellenza della Murgia per location, servizio, qualità del cibo. La Direzione si è rivelata, sin da subito, onesta nei suggerimenti, puntando all' ottima riuscita del pranzo nuziale. I novelli sposi sono pienamente soddisfatti, così come gli invitati, e torneranno per prossimi eventi!

31/07/2024: I came with my family and I can say that the staff is really rude. As soon as the food arrived we went to ask for the keys to the bathroom, to wash our hands, the boy at the counter kindly showed us the bathroom and gave us the key the owner kicked us out for no reason, we were just washing our hands (one at a time). not recommended shame about the good food.

13/08/2024: Very good continuous ice creams, to be enjoyed in cones, pots, milkshakes or brioches. Table on the terrace with magnificent views. From €2.50 per ice cream.

12/08/2024: We had dinner at this pizzeria suggested by the receptionist of the hotel we stayed in. I have to say a really good tip. Very good pizza, light dough, we devoured it. Affordable prices, clean and tidy place and very friendly staff. If I were to find myself in these parts again I would gladly return. The pizza in the photo is a Martina Franca with delicious capocollo!!

18/05/2024: I can only give the place a 2 star review.... We had 2 courses of appetizers... bruschetta and meatballs, both courses were actually good, the pizza, unfortunately, mediocre. We had asked for changes to the pizzas and they were not made but we left it alone; together with the owner there was only one other foreign waiter with problems understanding Italian, to say the least the service was lacking also in terms of waiting.... It can be an attractive place for tourists.

02/08/2024: Good morning, we went to this restaurant in July to celebrate my son's graduation. With the owner we had chosen the location of the two gardens with all seats and instead it wasn't like that. The buffet was miserable, the owner didn't like the presence of the dj called to us and the party ended before the agreement. The guys moved to another bar to be together again. Disappointed with all the prospects presented but not fulfilled.

15/06/2024: I give one star because zero is not possible. As soon as my friend and I arrived at the bar, the employees started laughing like geese. We sat for twenty minutes and no one came to ask us what we would like to drink or eat. But the most scandalous thing is that I entered the bathroom, the door didn't close properly, once I finished my needs I went to wash my hands and I hear the bathroom door open. A gentleman says excuse me, don't worry, I was only washing my hands, fortunately. Meanwhile I could hear the employees laughing, this is not professional at all. Little desire to work and too many do-nothing kids. To never again !

20/08/2024: Terrible experience, rude staff, mediocre food that isn't worth the very long waiting times. I would not go back and I strongly advise against it to anyone coming to Mola di Bari.

18/08/2024: Interesting restaurant concept. You choose your fresh fish and we cook it for you. I had octopus, too bad it was poorly cooked. My daughter's pizza is not good. And the service is really not great. We feel like we're in the way.

15/08/2024: After eating a panzerotto with minced meat, I was sick for a whole day. The panzerotto was good but the quality of the meat was terrible. P.S. it's not the heat at all (besides, I don't know what heat causes diarrhea) since I wasn't the only one who felt sick.

20/07/2024: Guys, I brought some of my friends to this pizzeria, I would never have imagined making such a bad impression given the horrible panzerotti that we unfortunately also had to pay for. Waste of money, I will never go again, oversized and soggy panzerotti, something like this has never happened.

28/08/2024: I prezzi con i quali si propongono sul mercato, non sono giustificati nè dal servizio nè dalla cucina. Partiamo dall’antipasto: abbiamo ordinato una tartarre di salmone al mandarino, una di gambero all’arancia e una di scampi alle zucchine; ci viene detto che siccome non è periodo di mandarini, quella al salmone viene fatta comunque con l’arancia. Al chè l’abbiamo ovviamente eliminata per non essere ripetitivi nel gusto dato che all’arancia c’era già quella di gamberi. Non è corretto scrivere nel menù cose che poi non si riuscirebbero a portare a tavola. Arrivano le tartarre fatte da una materia prima freschissima ma accompagnate da mayonese come salsa decorativa: ma dico, dov’è il lavoro di uno chef? Se avessi voluto mangiare banale mayonese con la tartarre (che poi vorrei dire al cuoco che non ci sta perché è completamente coprente sia per il gambero che per gli scampi, quindi scelta pessima rovina piatto), avrei comprato i gamberi dalla mia pescheria di fiducia e li avrei mangiati a casa mia anziché andare in un ristorante. La tartarre di scampi con zucchine, ci arriva, sempre con la mayonese come salsa di accompagnamento, e adagiata su un letto di zucchine crude e non condite tagliate banalmente alla julienne come fosse un nido. Ma dico che roba è? Dov’è il lavoro di uno chef nella preparazione di gusti ricercati e di abbinamenti di sapori? Il pesce era fresco si, ma non potete far pagare così tanto se non abbinate anche la giusta presentazione e il giusto gusto. Zucchine crude tagliate e messe lì: che senso ha? Scrivete sul menù semplicemente tartarre di scampi, così il cliente si aspetta di mangiare una semplice tartarre e non qualcosa di particolare data dalla presenza di altri elementi citati nel menù. I primi risultavano troppo salati ma gustosi nel complesso: anche qui il prezzo non giustifica il risultato finale. Parliamo del servizio: abbiamo chiesto per 3 volte un cucchiaio a tre persone diverse prima che ci venisse portato. Ho dovuto bloccare il cameriere che stava portando via il piatto dell’antipasto con ancora un pó di tartarre che stavamo finendo di mangiare: ma si può togliere un piatto da € 25 non ancora vuoto senza chiedere se avessimo finito? Si è scusato si, ma comunque il risultato è stato quello di infastidirci. La proprietaria si aggirava tra i tavoli per prendere gli ordini, con una voce troppo alta a mio avviso disturbante. Ci arriva il secondo, flambé di salmone: ci viene preparato scenograficamente vicino al tavolo da un uomo senza grembiule e senza copricapo; chiedo alla proprietaria se quello fosse lo chef, ma mi risponde che quello è il suo papà che si occupa della spesa e di preparare i flambé. In un simile ristorante (con questa proposta di prezzi e questa location), non mi aspetto che mi prepari da mangiare chiunque, mi aspetto la cucina di uno chef! Mi è stato garantito che in cucina c’è uno chef, ma in ogni caso per me andrebbe cambiato se ci fosse realmente. O in alternativa, ci si dovrebbe proporre sul mercato, in maniera meno pretenziosa con prezzi più contenuti dato quello che ci è arrivato a tavola sul profilo GUSTO.

23/06/2024: I didn't know this company but I was able to taste its products during the "Armenia and Land of Bari" event at the Fiera del Levante on 21 June 2024. The excellent quality of the food, the excellent service with affable and friendly staff (a very kind lady with a Russian mother) made us make a splendid impression with all the illustrious guests present who honor us with their partnership.

24/02/2024: I have never found a shopping center where you can eat so well! Excellent quality of ingredients, delicious cuisine and unparalleled aromas and flavors. Congratulations to Leo the chef who we wanted to meet for the occasion to personally congratulate and Pasquale the pastry chef for the delicious zeppole. Puglia is here in all its flavors and in a big way. Thank you.
