30/07/2025: Location molto carina, nel cuore di un paesino che sicuramente merita una visita. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, anche molto simpatico! Piatti ben eseguiti e che rispecchiano ricette tradizionali, non è il classico ristorante turistico! Piatti abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Nient’altro da aggiungere, fateci un salto se volete passare una bella serata e mangiare bene!

20/07/2025: Orribile! Personale incompetente, Cibo di scarsissima qualità con prezzi da stellato. Titolare che inveisce nei confronti dei dipendenti, urlando. Locale sconsigliatissimo, purtroppo non è possibile dare 0 stelle….o stalle.

21/04/2025: Unforgettable Easter Monday in Mani Arse! Festive atmosphere, very kind staff and a delicious special menu with carefully prepared dishes. Excellent quality of ingredients and impeccable service despite the busy day. Highly recommended!

21/04/2025: Regular customers but today Easter Monday slow and somewhat grumpy service. Then the inconvenience of a broken chair that made my husband fall. I asked for foil and they brought me a dirty basin, something out of this world.

24/07/2025: The location is very nice and cozy, the food is absolutely overpriced and inedible compared to other restaurants in the area. For starters, three small sandwiches with a can (!!) of sardines cost €16. The seafood was not fresh. Not recommended.

23/07/2025: A Culinary Catastrophe Disguised as a Restaurant… If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my years of dining across continents, it’s that a restaurant’s success lies not in its location or menu description, but in the integrity of its ingredients and the respect shown to the diner. Unfortunately, this establishment offered neither. The chicken schnitzel and chips was an affront to even the most basic expectations. Clearly pre-manufactured and frozen, the schnitzel was the kind you’d expect to see slapped on a plate at a remote petrol station takeaway, not served at a sit-down venue pretending to be a serious restaurant. The chips were soggy, lifeless, and entirely unseasoned—a joyless pile that left me wondering if salt had been outlawed in the kitchen. Still hopeful, I turned to the “anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea with croutons”, which sounded promising on the menu. What arrived was laughable—if it weren’t so insulting. A tin of anchovies (yes, an actual tin) placed next to two slices of stale bread and a pat of butter masquerading as croutons. For €16. This wasn’t rustic or minimalist—it was lazy, deceptive, and borderline dishonest. As for the calamari and prawns, they were no better. Rubbery, bland, and suspiciously uniform, they could have easily come from a frozen multipack at a corner store or been served up from a food cart—for a fraction of the price and probably with more flavour and care. In truth, the entire experience felt like a tourist trap designed to prey on the unsuspecting. There is no culinary soul here, no pride in craft—just a cold calculation to serve the cheapest product at the highest markup. Verdict: Stay far, far away. There are better meals to be had at a corner takeaway—and for a fraction of the cost.

01/06/2025: We went for lunch today, very disappointed Central appetizer for three with the counted pieces (3 meatballs + 3 shrimp tails in tepura + 3 morsels and ham?!? + 2 potato cakes and a central octopus salad gone....) like a rotisserie No menu, the waiter offered us as availability only the first course with scorpion fish or shellfish sauce and two second courses of fish, while subsequently at the tables around everything arrived, even spaghetti all'assassina..... For the second course a fried dish and a roast sea bass for two, praised as seafood but had no flavor arrived after about 40 minutes Two bottles of water Total € 115.00 Draw your own conclusions....

26/05/2025: Tutto perfetto.Servizio veloce e cordiale. Abbiamo preso una frittura di calamari e gamberi perfetta e una pizza veramente buona.

03/08/2025: Sconsigliato....piatti non all altezza dei prezzi ... ho preso il polpo in doppia cottura era duro e insapore....forse l'unica cosa salvabile è la pizza

02/08/2025: I piatti non erano all'altezza del prezzo, il polpo era di dimensione tipo "piovra" e troppo duro. Anche le orecchiette al gambero rosso, ne avevano appena una traccia. Peccato perchè la location è molto bella.

19/07/2025: A nice place with outdoor tables in a quiet area. A pleasant, quiet Friday evening, with few people. Even though I'd specified that we'd like to dine outside, the table we reserved was inside (they managed to accommodate us because it wasn't too crowded). The meat? Perhaps we were too used to it, but the counter wasn't as well-stocked as we'd probably expected, and, honestly, the quality of the bombette and the entrecote didn't entirely satisfy us. Prices were high, but luckily we had the TheFork discount.

25/05/2025: We were there last night because it was one of the few if not the only one that had a place without a reservation, there is no menu but everything spoken by the waitress, the meat was good but nothing exceptional, the appetizers were average but not abundant indeed.... the thing that shocked us was receiving only a receipt, without a specific bill, we paid 80 euros for an appetizer for 2 and 2 slices of meat, not steaks, but slices of meat, plus a bottle of water and a can of coke, we paid 100 euros per kg for this meat, always by eye eh because in the bill there was no price specified. It is absolutely not worth it. This is not the way to work!

30/07/2025: We booked the holiday apartment "La Locanda di Felisiano" directly at Masseria Garrappa. The photos on Airbnb showed a well-maintained outdoor area. However, on site, we found a terrace with a badly damaged and dirty rattan sofa covered with sheets. The window blinds were also broken, and the entire outdoor area appeared very neglected. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished, but only one of the two bedrooms had air conditioning. Not ideal in summer temperatures. Three days before our departure, the sofa was removed and replaced with a simple plastic lounger. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed.

21/07/2025: Veramente una serata all'insegna della semplicità e della qualità. Consigliataci dalla proprietari del B&B dove alloggiavamo a Polignano a Mare, abbiamo scoperto un angolo di bellezza e un'offerta gastronomica di livello. La cortesia e la semplicità di tutto il personale e dei titolari ha fatto da contorno ad una qualità elevata di ottima cucina. La masseria è ottimamente conservata e lo spazio dedicato alla ristorazione è informale ma molto accogliente. Infine anche il prezzo pagato è stata davvero una gradita sorpresa. Complimenti a tutti.
