21/10/2025: The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and thankfully so!!! The hotel is so sad... Everything is cold and dark. Is it because it's autumn? The rooms have minimal amenities for a 4-star hotel. Not even a kettle to make tea, which you'll have to ask for at the bar and pay for. Yes, it really is a bar, this empty and dark place; you just have to ask at reception, who will then come and serve you. Let's talk a little about the soundproofing; no need to strain your ears, you'll be able to participate in the conversations in the adjoining rooms as if you were there. You'd think the walls were made of cardboard... Breakfast is a disaster, there's nothing... ask for bread, and you'll have to wait 10 minutes, the same goes for the croissants, which are displayed in groups of three, not one more for the entire room. There are lots of cakes, stale, since they're brought out every day until they run out. On the positive side, the restaurant is very good and excellent value for money. The bedding is also very good and everything is clean. Very few positive elements for this hotel which is hardly worth more than 2 stars. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, smiles and kindness. They all deserve credit for working in such a sad place. Luckily there are a few cats outside who brighten up this place...

15/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the caves but far from the center. We were able to enjoy the spa area exclusively; it was small but perfect for relaxing. The rooms could use a makeover. Overall, we had a great weekend.

The real surprise? The spaghetti all'assassina: simply spectacular! 🍝 Perfectly crispy, flavorful, intense, and truly unforgettable... one of those dishes that makes you want to return. But beyond the food, what really makes the difference is the welcome: wonderful, kind, helpful, and attentive staff, capable of making you feel pampered from start to finish. A unique, authentic restaurant full of human warmth, where you eat well and feel welcomed with a smile. If you're passing through, it's definitely worth stopping by. Highly recommended ✨🍷🍝

17/05/2026: A restaurant for those seeking tranquility, far from the stress and rush. Where time stands still and allows you to dive into the past. Where your eyes search for the object you once saw in your grandparents' house...where even the dishes are reminders of the festive lunches they once enjoyed. For the food, you have to come and try it. Nothing is left to chance. Well done Roberto, kind and helpful...excellent value for money. We'll be back to try other dishes...going out for dinner doesn't mean stress, confusion, buzz of voices, or loud music, but rather enjoying a moment of tranquility. Don't miss this opportunity.

12/12/2025: Update: Time and again, the delivery orders have arrived rather cold (in Noicattaro), so if you really want to eat their pizza, it's best to go in person. Therefore, dream of ordering it if you're from Rutigliano. It's literally a total dump since they changed their approach and started offering table service. The place no longer makes sense. First of all, change the name because you're no longer a "takeaway" (they did) and we all have to pay the cover charge. Second, one person taking orders on a slow tablet isn't enough for all the tables you have, so the next time you make me wait 30 minutes just to order two pizzas, I'll get up and leave. Good food, terrible service, the only things you can save are the nice girl with glasses (who I don't know if she's still there) and the good food.

06/12/2025: I went to order four takeout pizzas, paid for in advance, and was given the pickup device. After a 40-minute wait, I saw people I knew of the owners, who had arrived after me, ordering right there and then and picking up their pizzas before I did. When I pointed this out, they tried to justify themselves by saying the pizzas had been ordered over the phone, but it was clear that wasn't true, and they eventually had to admit that those people had simply called ahead. This was profoundly disrespectful behavior, especially toward a new customer. I asked for a refund and left. I won't be returning. All customers must be respected.

12/03/2026: Se siete su Castellana Grotte e siete alla ricerca di un buon panzerotto fritto non potete non passare da le bontà del poveresito. Possibilità di coperto sia all'interno che all'esterno. Degusterete dei panzerotti grandi e ben farciti con tante opzioni di scelta.
