Good service and excellent pastry.

Bright, clean, modern place with a great display of desserts. The Veneziana was excellent, as was the rest of the place, which seemed fresh and delicious. Customer communication could be improved: when we asked what time we should call tomorrow morning to confirm the preparation of a cake, the guy replied "morning." Three times we asked, "When in the morning? What time?" The answer was always "morning." I think someone more friendly and experienced in customer service is needed, at least for a while. The tension with the apprentice girl also seemed a bit excessive, given the very few people to serve. In any case, the quality of the desserts and the coffee were very good.
