29/12/2025: We happened upon this place by chance with a group of friends after a lovely tour of the trulli. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Francesco, who, with great warmth and knowledge, recommended a good Primitivo wine (we ended up drinking three bottles). The appetizers (fritters, pickled vegetables, cheeses, salami, and capocollo from Martina Franca) were all excellent. So if you want to drink good wine in a nice place accompanied by delicious appetizers, Paco Wines is the place to go.

08/12/2025: We immediately felt at ease. Francesco welcomed us with professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. He was able to understand and fulfill our every wish, both in terms of wine and food. The quality of the ingredients and the variety of choices are excellent, so I can only highly recommend him. Thank you, Francesco! We'll be back soon and bring our other friends too!

31/12/2025: The carbonara was just okay, but the appetizers really stood out—especially the octopus herb frittata and the vegetable herb frittata. The staff were amazing: incredibly kind and friendly throughout the meal. We ordered the steak as well, which was pretty good. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and chocolate soufflé, and both were great, with the tiramisu being the clear standout.

31/01/2026: Excellent food with just the right amount of seasoning. Tables are close together because the place is small, so reservations are recommended.

30/01/2026: Fantastic dinner with friends. We had all kind of fish appetizers and a main course plus a selection of desserts. Everything was very very good and the fish was very fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. I'll come again for sure!

30/09/2025: What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

02/01/2026: On New Year's Day, we visited a restaurant called My Wine. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth: both the staff and the restaurant's architecture immediately made us feel at ease. We were escorted to our table and served impeccably. The cuisine is exceptionally high: top-quality ingredients, expertly paired, presentation meticulously crafted, and dishes that wowed from start to finish. Each course was a true gourmet experience. In addition to the excellent quality of the food, we were treated to a delicate and delightful black cherry sorbet, followed by masterfully crafted artisanal desserts. To round out the evening, a complimentary grappa was also served. My sincere compliments to the entire staff: you made us have a wonderful New Year's Eve, far exceeding our expectations. We were completely unexpected, especially since we stumbled upon this place by chance while strolling through Monopoli. It's a discovery we absolutely recommend.

The coffee is excellent, as are the croissants and pastries, and the staff is very kind, friendly, and welcoming. The delivery service is also excellent. As soon as you enter, you'll feel a family atmosphere that makes your visit truly pleasant. Highly recommended!

29/12/2025: For my Christmas lunch, I ordered the three-chocolate panettone. To say it was fabulous and super good is an understatement (the pastry chef is exceptional). ✋🥰 I received compliments from everyone at the table ❤️😍. It's not the first time I've ordered from Le Jardin Cafe, and I've always been satisfied. The staff are kind, helpful, and incredibly friendly... they've become like family to me... 20/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Antonella welcomed us warmly and attentively without being intrusive. We tried the appetizer of mortadella and focaccia, the braised pork, and finally the tiramisu (I've attached photos that will speak for themselves 🤤). I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Excellent balance of flavors and adequate portions. Ms. Antonella, while we waited for our dishes, delighted us with seeded bread and homemade taralli, truly delicious. A restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to.

05/01/2026: Authentic peasant food. Locally sourced ingredients with flavors I haven't tasted since childhood. The menu varies depending on the availability of local suppliers. All products are made with spelt flour. The homemade spelt bread is amazing; they even gave me a few slices for breakfast! Friendly and welcoming, they're happy to talk about the dishes and ingredients. Highly recommended.

03/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff attentive, and the food excellent! We tried several dishes, all prepared with excellent ingredients and with great care. A place worth visiting for its cuisine, but also for its humanity, which is often overlooked these days. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of a friend and were delighted. After booking by phone, the owner greeted us upon our arrival. We immediately felt at home because of the warm welcome. The lovingly curated interiors are a reflection of someone who cares about their work. The food is equally exquisite. We had the orecchiette, which were nothing short of fabulous. Then we moved on to the delicious meat-based main courses. We finished our meal with a superb apple strudel, homemade by the owner's wife, who also happens to be the restaurant's chef. All this to say that as soon as we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop here again. It's truly worth it: the food is excellent, and you can taste the superior quality of all the ingredients. The price is also excellent!

The food is excellent, with refined dishes and very good ingredients. Above all, I tried new combinations. The braised cheek in wine is a must-try. I'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: I visited Panacea almost a month ago, a few days before my departure for work, and the memory of the warm and welcoming atmosphere is still vivid in my mind and, above all, in my heart. An enchanting place where you eat truly well! 🤤 Gourmet and traditional dishes, for all tastes 😍 They even managed to please me, a vegan 🌱, and I was spoiled for choice 🥹 Not at all predictable and truly much appreciated ✨ A special thanks to Nicola and Graziano for the cuisine and to Emanuel for his hospitality, which made us feel right at home 🥹 I can't wait to return! ❤️ P.S. I'm looking forward to seeing Dumbo when I return to Puglia 😁

30/11/2025: I went to dinner with friends, the first time for one of them and I really wanted them to try this place, I've been saying it, I say it and I'll always say it, EVERYTHING WOW, I'd been missing for years and it's always that place that feels like home where you eat excellent food at incredible prices, not to mention the manager, a wonderful and genuine person... this place is truly a little gem in Corato!

24/12/2025: We went back today, Christmas Eve, with all the gluten-free options at a reasonable price, especially for us who nowadays spend a lot of money on gluten-free. Delicious handmade gluten-free taralli, excellent quality products at low prices... so far, our favorite place for gluten-free.

A place like this should be frequented by people who like to drink and eat American-style, but instead they throw children's parties there, who ruin everything by shouting and making a racket everywhere, distorting the very essence of the place.
