30/09/2025: What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

17/09/2025: Anna and Sergio’s absolute gem of local Puglian restaurant was our best find in Monopoli. Dishes were simple, yet with amazing quality and flavor. They were able to accommodate my dietary restriction and even let me buy a soda from the market next door because I couldn’t drink alcohol.

Such a great lunch had at this restaurant, served by Piero and Maria, was such beautiful food and experience for me and my family. They accommodated 9 people on short notice, were quick with service and food which was honestly, one of the best meals I’ve had. I’d go back if I were in the area!!! Definitely go to this restaurant if you want to have an unbelievable experience!

We tried several dishes and found everything delicious and high-quality, from the cured meats to the house specialties. Plus, the prices are fair, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A highly recommended place for those who want to eat well in the heart of Torre a Mare.

20/08/2025: It's hard to find the right words to describe how wonderful our reception in Torrepietra was, but I'll try because it deserves every word. Marco and I celebrated our wedding on July 18, 2025, and from our first meeting, we felt welcomed with rare kindness and availability. From the director, Dino, to the maître d', Giuseppe, and, truly, the entire staff, they accompanied us every step of the way with great professionalism and a human warmth that made us feel immediately at home. Our every request was listened to, every doubt clarified with patience and expertise. They were able to advise us on every decision, with a care and attention that cannot be taken for granted. The organization was simply impeccable: from the attention to detail in the arrangements, to the attentive but never intrusive service, to the food, which was exceptional. A month later, we still receive enthusiastic compliments from friends and family. The location, too, is a dream: an enchanting farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, where the atmosphere is authentic and romantic. Talking about it today still moves me. Torrepietra wasn't just the venue for our reception, but a piece of our hearts. We will forever cherish the memory of that perfect day, made so especially thanks to the extraordinary people who shared it with us with uncommon professionalism and kindness.
