03/11/2025: If there were more places like this, Italy would have three billion visitors a year! A true trattoria, where they cook what grows in the garden in front of the restaurant, with dishes that exude sincerity and seasonality. The owners are the soul of the place: welcoming, genuine, people who make you feel like a guest, not a customer. An experience that reminds you how little it takes to eat happily: a simple table, a few glasses of wine in my case, real ingredients, and someone who cooks and serves them with love.

23/10/2025: Casual dining room overlooking backyard vegetable garden. They just do 7 vegetable tasting menu (35€) + choice of 8 meat and pasta dishes (10€) Fantastic dinner! Spinach salad with pomegranates, beet shreds and crunchy fava beans in balsamic and local extra virgin olive oil. Chick pea puree.Peppers w/ olives capers breadcrumbs. Swiss chard with cherry tomatoes. Smoked eggplant parmigiana Stewed onion with sunflower seeds and marmalade. Carrot flan. Had pasta w mushrooms and pumpkin sauce.

11/10/2025: We stayed in Martano for two nights, and the owner of the apartment recommended we stop by Bar Ficile... well, the appearance of a typical village bar belies the exceptional quality of their products. The Fruttone and pasticciotti (the latter in two sizes, large and small, and in a variety of flavors, all delicious) were the best we had during our two-week tour of Puglia. And I can say we made a point of trying several of them during the trip. The almond cantucci and cream bomboloni, homemade by them, were amazing. They also have small pastries, which we didn't try, but they looked delicious. We also ordered rustici and pizza slices to go, and they were delicious too. The owners were also very friendly. Definitely a place I'll return to every time I come to Puglia. Highly recommended.

There's one small thing I could improve on, if I could: the cleanliness of the bathroom. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. And I'll definitely be back. Thanks again.

06/09/2025: What a fantastic experience! We dropped in spontaneously without a reservation. After a quick check in the kitchen, we received a very friendly welcome. There's no menu, but everyone gets the same thing. Delicious, diverse appetizers, a fantastic mixed grill, and a top-notch dessert. Plus, a very friendly waiter who was incredibly helpful! And all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: Upon arrival, we asked if there was a table available, and after consulting with the kitchen, one was available. The waiter was enthusiastic and seated us. A true Italian experience with good wine and, above all, delicious food. We don't speak Italian, but the waiter explained what we had eaten in good English. It's definitely an experience and therefore worth a visit.

22/08/2025: From the fantastically simple entrée, to an excellent appetizer, to an excellent first course and concluding with a superb second course… all accompanied by a white Malvasia… I can say that our experience at this restaurant was beautiful and delicious! See you soon!

16/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th at A Sud dell'Anima in Minervino Murge with our dog Bianca, who was welcomed without any problems. A well-kept and welcoming place, run by young people with great passion and kindness. Dishes combine tradition and creativity in a gourmet way, using excellent quality ingredients. Attentive yet discreet service. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👌✨

15/10/2025: Authentic, if you're looking for a typical restaurant with a local atmosphere, don't hesitate, this is the place to go. Family cuisine and one thing that doesn't disappoint: the presence of local regulars.

01/10/2025: I stayed for two weeks. Non-consecutively. 15 days after my first. What can I say... I'd move here forever! The sea is wonderful. The hotel staff is friendly, always helpful. The food is excellent. It feels like a 4-star restaurant. If I could, I'd even stay here in winter. I love the sea. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are basic but have all the comforts. Perhaps a little impersonal, but that can be remedied. They have a welcoming garden. There's internal parking, and they accept dogs, which says a lot... not everyone accepts them. They'll be doing some work soon to improve the offerings. I found everyone warm and courteous, and last but not least, the food is excellent. The wine list is interesting. They also offer full board or half board. For the south, it's a nice change from modest, often expensive, and mediocre options. If I can, I'll return, and not alone, but with my colleagues, whom I'll recommend. The important thing is that the prices remain "reasonable," at least until they achieve the high level of recognition they deserve. 02/10/2025: The restaurant is open according to its opening hours, the menu is displayed outside. We arrive and while we are looking at the menu, the staff looks at us, locks themselves in and doesn't open the door for us.

10/10/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was clear, kind, and attentive. I ordered a pinsa with potatoes, which was truly excellent, while my girlfriend had a burger, tasty and beautifully presented. The pumpkin chips are a must-try, crunchy and delicious! Fair prices and excellent food quality.
