When you have tried 360° seafood cuisine, it is right to take a step forward: taste Ippazio Turco's cuisine. Very fresh local raw materials, zero km vegetables. Interesting witty pairings, gin and tonic first and foremost. But what will make your taste experience special will be the dry aged fish. Maturing fish is a technique for preserving and enhancing fish products. If you order dishes based on mackerel, amberjack, tuna, swordfish etc. , you will taste different flavors than usual, and unexpected nuances, such as the resulting enjoyment. 16/08/2024: The standard pizza is thin and well cooked, I have not tried any versions with Neapolitan dough (a mini version is also available in addition to the giant one). The standard Margherita costs 4.50 but in my opinion, although it is the cheapest one, it is low in mozzarella. The giant one, as in the photo, costs €10, in my opinion an important figure also because previously it cost 1 euro less and was better seasoned than last time (the quantity of mozzarella), even if the cost of the take-away must be considered specific carton of suitable size. I'm not a fan of thin pizza, although I appreciate the fact that it is lighter (naturally the Margherita version) simply because it weighs less, in fact I can almost eat a giant one. In any case, in general the product is certainly good and pleasant and if you like thin pizza, I recommend it. Eating pizza on site is in my opinion inconvenient, even though the place is pleasant and it is practical to eat on sheets of greaseproof paper to avoid waste and additional costs. Inside, in the back there is a small room with ceiling fans, while the main room, although it has air conditioning, is usually turned off so in summer you suffer from the heat. While outside, in the front area of ​​the restaurant, where one usually waits for the takeaway, I find the environment full of mosquitoes and quite noisy due to the continuous passage of cars, so eating the pizza there is not as comfortable as waiting for it. delivery. On the other hand, the service is fast. Ps: there are no pizzas with sliced ​​raw ham but only pieces, a rather controversial choice for me.

20/08/2024: Well furnished and very characteristic restaurant. Very good food. It boasts a spectacular location, which gives more value to everything. Friendly, attentive and very precise staff. The director (a gentleman with blue eyes) cheerfully kept us company throughout the evening, guiding us through our dinner with kindness, affability and elegance. Price a little high, but for the location it's ok!

19/08/2024: Wonderful restaurant, on a one-of-a-kind terrace overlooking the beach of Polignano a Mare for a unique view. Very good food, unique dishes both visually and tastefully. Excellent service, neither too formal nor too informal, with a joke every now and then and serenity.

14/08/2024: August 13, 2024 Unfortunately I have to tell you that you come in at 10pm and leave at midnight without having dinner, when you ask that you are hungry and want to have dinner they tell you that there was a problem in the kitchen, you tell them there are tables of 10/15 people arrive at least half an hour later they eat their dinner and you get full watching them... so I found myself feeling terrible and without dinner. I recommend it only to those who want not to dine but to look at who dines. For goodness sake, God forbid and free us. Go and take organization courses before thinking about becoming culinary entrepreneurs. Gentlemen of table 58.

07/08/2024: Filthy and decadent place in my opinion, placed in a location that looks like a dump, the restaurant itself looks like a shack. People smoke at every table, "constantly", so you'll choke on each bite you take. The request for a non smoking area will be discarded once you get there and the place is completely packed. Food and wine will be served in silly plasticware. Fried calamari and octopus are rubbery, undercooked, chewy and salty beside being frozen of course. Mussels? I didn't see any, we got just empty shells and the broth looked and tasted as filthy water from a pond. Pittule were super tiny and soaked in oil, cozze gratinate were just unacceptable to even look at. Topped and soaked in wet breadcrumb, no flavor and cold, such an unpleasant dish. So, considering the bad food, emaciated/sick cats around tables begging for food, cigars and cigarettes smoke punching your face on each bite and arrogant staff, I'm crossing this place out.

28/07/2024: Visited on a summer Saturday evening, with the obvious resulting confusion and waiting (booking delayed by more than half an hour), but it was worth it! The gourmet pizza was not only delicious, but also very digestible but even those who took classic pizzas were satisfied! We also liked the desserts. The outdoor setting with the illuminated garden is very pleasant and the service is quick but perhaps the cost of water and cover charge is high (considering that the water was tap water and the tablecloths were paper). Overall a nice place and definitely worth revisiting for other dishes.
