Pizzeria Trimalchione In Fasano

Had a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria Trimalchione in Fasano! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, a light and perfectly cooked dough, and plenty of creative options on the menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and very reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences in Puglia …highly recommended if you are visiting Fasano!

We only ate pizza, but it was excellent. The dough was light.

Fantastic. Everything was perfect, beautiful place and great atmosphere. The food was sooooooo delicious, we especially loved the panko caciocavallo cheese in sweet and sour sauce, but everything else was excellent too. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always smiling. We'll definitely be back, we highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome and service, you can see the passion for their work as demonstrated by the dishes, a great selection of pizzas, salads, pucce and second courses, excellent desserts also all homemade, quality wines and beers highly recommended!

We've been going to Trimalchione for years, and it's never disappointed us. Every time is like the first: we sit down, order, and already know it's going to be a perfect evening. Excellent pizza, delicious pucce, and consistently high-quality ingredients. Quality is a given, but the real magic is the welcome. The service is always impeccable, with attention to detail, and there's a waiter who has become a special presence for us: he treats us with rare kindness, making us feel pampered and at home. There are places where you eat well. And then there are places where you feel good. For us, Trimalchione is both!!!!!
