10/02/2025: We visited this estate in view of a wedding. The lady who welcomed us and pointed out the various proposals was very kind and very helpful. The menus offered, among other things with different budgets, are very interesting and varied. The place is also very beautiful, both the internal room, in a simple but welcoming style, and the external space, very well-kept. A truly very beautiful structure

Personalmente ho provato e fatto il paragone con un altro rinomato forno che a mio parere ha offerto un prodotto più buono oltre a costare molto meno.
Comunque molto buona. Tempi di servizio molto lenti come in tutta Bari del resto

20/03/2025: Unfortunately there is only one person at the reception, 25 minute wait for check in. Empty minibar without even a snack. Average temperature very low both in the room and in the restaurant as in the whole hotel. At breakfast half of the guests keep their coats. Reported several times to the reception they pretend to do something making fun of me. A terrible experience. The other times it didn't seem so bad to me. Has the management changed by any chance?

For a small plate of pasta with cream and speck €12, pasta with fish €16 per portion, seafood risotto €15, they could at least be called portions. In the end wrong account in excess then rectified in pen.
I forgot, ordered a cut of meat, they served a grilled steak cut into strips.

16/03/2025: The coffee with sambuca was excellent, also the other one with ginseng.
The view from the terrace is fanrastic.

Good selection of wines also available.Nice background music makes Cardinal a can’t miss option. Very reasonable prices as well. Highly recommended.
