11/06/2025: This place exceeded my wildest expectations! Beautiful interiors in a villa atmosphere, incredibly understanding and supportive owner made it an unforgettable experience. Everything is really wonderfully organized, idyllic and so relaxing that we didn't feel like going on trips;)) Plus for the proximity of the town. We will definitely come back here 🤍

16/09/2025: We were there yesterday for my birthday with my family, and what can I say other than that I would go back now! The chef's creative appetizer was truly delicious, the fried fish was excellent, and I'll save the SPECTACULAR seafood sagna for last. Really excellent value for money.
13/09/2025: For lunch I had the "Fantaisy du Chef" dish, an assortment of seafood and fish, raw or cooked, and I really enjoyed it.

Locale grazioso,in centro,personale dinamico,buonissimi i paccheri al nero di seppia con burrata,pesto di pistacchi,i panciotti di pasta fresca,con le melanzane,ottimo il fritto di pesce, il calamaro con peperone bruciato,favolosi i dessert,croccante morbido con caprino sardo e cioccolato fondente,il cannolo scomposto.... Buono il vino rosato della casa,i taralli e i cracker fatti da loro. Bravi! Da consigliare sicuramente

The chalkboard menu suggests home-cooked cuisine with fresh, interchangeable ingredients, and expectations are fully met. Excellent value for money. The best dinner I've had in Taviano.

We tasted a fabulous cutting board and an equally excellent second course accompanied by a good wine, fast service attentive to details, in particular the owner Luca made us feel at home highly recommended.

Castro's Underground was a wonderful discovery. The ingredients are excellent, with incredibly fresh fish and a truly overwhelming flavor. The first courses are plentiful and flavorful, served with great care. The staff is extremely kind and always available, while the restaurant is elegant and welcoming.
The quality-price ratio is incredible: you spend very little compared to the high quality of the dishes served. Highly recommended, I can't wait to go back!

L’unica pecca è il servizio che è da migliorare, mi è capitato molte volte che i camerieri sbagliassero la comanda mettendo in dubbio anche l effettiva consumazione. Attenzione di conseguenza anche allo scontrino perché comanda sbagliata scontrino errato!
Ultima osservazione il prezzo dell’ OVI-CUOOP secondo me un po’ alto per quello che offre…alla fine sono piu patatine che altro!
