28/05/2025: There were four of us at Corte del Casaro: Two adults, a toddler, and a baby. We were looking forward to our visit – especially because of the many positive reviews we had read beforehand. Unfortunately, our overall impression was rather mixed. Ambience & Atmosphere The location is truly beautiful. The restaurant is idyllic and stylishly decorated – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The presentation of the dishes was also consistently appealing. This is where the restaurant definitely scores points. Food Our culinary experience started off promisingly: The appetizer plate was excellent – ​​varied, fresh, and full of flavor. My wife opted for the beef with chips – very tender, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Our daughter was also pleased with her Margherita pizza – classic but solid. Unfortunately, my own main course was disappointing: The chicken was simply not tasty, and the grilled vegetables were bland and uninspired. I returned half – something I only do in exceptional cases (when I asked why - nope). It was neither the quality nor the taste one would expect from a restaurant with such aspirations. A real shame, especially after the strong start with the appetizer. Service Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to the standard the location suggests. The staff was mostly reactive – orders were taken correctly, but proactive hospitality was lacking. A proactive glance at the table or a quick question would have been appreciated. A smile, too. Value for Money The prices are reasonable and quite fair – as long as the quality of the food matches up. In our case, that was only partially the case. Conclusion I like to give restaurants a chance to convince me – in this case, unfortunately, only my wife and daughter were completely satisfied. The ambience and individual dishes demonstrate the potential that Corte del Casaro has, but my dish and the service unfortunately had weaknesses. After the many positive reviews, I had expected more. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars – with room for improvement

01/07/2025: Small restaurant in the center of Gallipoli we ate very well in particular I focus on the seafood salad that in addition to the freshness of the ingredients was also spiced to perfection to absolutely take, prices slightly above average but repaid by the quality, friendly and kind staff they offered us bitter and sorbet; If you pass by Gallipoli stop by.

19/06/2025: Exceptional! I had a margherita with sausage and mushrooms: light dough, very fresh and quality ingredients, well balanced with the rest. But beyond the pizza, of the highest quality, what is striking is the atmosphere: a historic place, with a certain charisma, and a very kind staff, present but never intrusive. A special mention also goes to the two gentlemen at the dough and the gentleman at the oven: professional, friendly and attentive, with that rare style of those who do their job well. Next to me a lady had special requests for ingredients and cooking, and they followed her calmly and precisely, paying attention to every detail. I can't wait to go back, maybe with some friends visiting

17/06/2025: When you have an experience like this, it's quite difficult to explain. What I just ate here wasn't a pizza, it was a miracle. By far the best pizza I've ever eaten. Viva la Italia!

18/06/2025: I chose this restaurant because it is closer to the Santuario hotel, a fish restaurant with elaborate dishes, you eat well but for me the prices are too high, even if we limited ourselves to the simplest dishes we spent almost 50 euros for a ham and melon, a pasta with clams and scampi and a chicken cutlet with chips, two salads and a beer.

Friendly owners, creative variations, excellent taste, fair prices, and easy parking. If you're in the area, you should indulge yourself and support this concept. I'd love to come back!

13/06/2025: Mooie locatie, goed en betaalbaar eten en zeker een must do als je Savelletri bent. Reserveren is wel een must, Italianen schuiven gerust om 22:00 nog eens aan tafel. Dus de vroegere tijden zijn meestal Geen probleem

01/05/2025: Because of the Italian Labor Day holiday, my wife and I decided to explore parts of Martina Franco we’ve yet to see. During our 8 km’s walk, we came across Caffè Olivieri. As soon as we walked in, the typical Italian warmth we’ve become accustomed to, with smiles greeted us. We had coffee, some delicious dolce treats, including Gelatti! The dolce, and the Gelatti were just soooo delicious! Go and explore parts of Martina Franco and its hidden treasures. Caffè Olivieri is one of those hidden treasures❣️

30/04/2025: Giunti in Andria volevo fare assaggiare una buona pizza alla mia ragazza che viene da fuori, ci rechiamo in questa pizzeria e chiediamo un tavolo per due senza prenotazione, una donna probabilmente la titolare ci dice che avevano due opzioni o un tavolo vista cucina senza nessun tipo di protezioni (per la contaminazione di cibo) e un tavolo che bisognava liberare in un'ora. Optiamo per il tavolo da liberare entro un'ora, ordiniamo un antipasto e due pizze, il cameriere ci dice "vi metto una ciccio calda per accompagnare" e va via. All'arrivo del conto la ciccio che nessuno ha ordinato viene inserita. Dopo l'antipasto ancora con il boccone in bocca tolgono i piatti, mangiamo le pizze stessa situazione subito via i piatti e tempo zero arriva il conto. Nemmeno il tempo di usufruire dei servizi che ci dicono che dobbiamo liberare il tavolo. Da quando ci siamo seduti erano passati 30/40 minuti e non un' ora come concordato. Cibo ottimo ma servizio pessimo.

The presence of several rooms always makes receptions comfortable ensuring an adequate level of privacy. Good quality culinary proposal, impeccable service.

11/05/2025: We had lunch today at this farm and it was a very pleasant day.. the garden is large and there are animals, we ate like heaven, the cuisine is homemade. good, good, very good!! The owners are super approachable and super nice! Overall, we will definitely be back!!
