22/07/2025: Very charming location. For appetizers, we had the mixed seafood platter to share, and it was truly delicious, with intense flavors. The first courses deserved top marks; the chef knows how to work with fish very well. There is one flaw: unfortunately, I visited the restroom. And it was very dirty. What a shame.

14/07/2025: Yesterday I discovered this restaurant for the first time. I only had an appetizer and then left because there wasn't anything of what I'd ordered. I also wanted pizza as an alternative, but there was a long wait because they told me there were a lot of orders. And I must add that I waited about an hour for an appetizer to arrive, which is unbearable. Anyway, I have nothing to say about the appetizer, but as for the rest, wake up!

21/08/2025: 🛑 PRICES NOT UP TO THE SERVICE 🛑 A place that certainly has a remarkable history behind it, but I think it's been lost over time. The atmosphere is certainly clean, the terrace overlooking the Trani port is very charming, but that's about it. The waiter service is terrible; it seems like they're competing to be the first to take away customers' plates, perhaps even before they've finished their meal. If you "pretend" to eat because you want to take your time, they pass by and have fun, waiting for you to slip up and take everything from you. It's absurd, but it's true. The quality of the food is something you can find practically anywhere, especially in restaurants where the final bill is more than half. Absolutely nothing special. The prices are absurd, inflated by the name they've built over time; they're basically living off the proceeds. This isn't meant to be a criticism, but simply an observation of reality from the outside, as a customer. Unfortunately, when you go to such renowned places, you expect, I won't say magic, but at least satisfaction for what you pay. It's such a prominent place that you build up fantastic expectations, which are largely unfulfilled. What a shame ✋🏻

23/08/2025: Excellent, we found it by chance and dined outside with a house appetizer for two and a salt-baked snapper, all very good. Excellent service and a reasonable bill.

03/09/2025: This restaurant is located in the village of Veglie. Highly recommended. We ate fish, Polpo alla Luciana was very good, tender and tasty. Linguine with sea urchins was very creamy and plentiful. The kindness of the owner, Antonio, along with the service of the super-friendly and cordial waitress, makes the restaurant very welcoming.

27/08/2025: The panzerotto was also good, excellent value for money but I think a 20 minute wait for just one panzerotto is excessive... there weren't even that many people.

06/09/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent traditional cuisine, and extremely kind staff. Today we went to this trattoria where I used to come as a child with my parents. And just like then, I brought my children and my in-laws for an end-of-season dinner. I accidentally spilled the bottle of water on my plate, and unfortunately it broke. The very kind owner had me return what I had ordered. We'll definitely see each other again at Christmas.

15/09/2025: Nestled among olive trees and large prickly pear plants, it also has an outdoor courtyard where you can dine and taste, among other delicacies, their specialty "Ficarigna" with freshly prepared flamballa, fascinating to see and then taste. Highly recommended!
