25/08/2025: Excellent dishes in this elegant restaurant with excellent service. The appetizers are exceptional, with some creative pairings. We would have also tried the mussels, a Slow Food Presidium, if we hadn't already been full. Congratulations!

23/08/2025: We had a reservation made by the hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a small debate about the table we had, but in the end we stayed outside and I highly recommend to do so if you come here. The oysters are delicious, the catch of the day is brought to you at the table and you cand choose. I had 2 types of fish caught in that day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The wine is good. So, try this restaurant and you will not regret it!

12/09/2025: I finally managed to have lunch at this restaurant with my family. The tasting menu offers a fixed price, perfectly in line with the quality and number of courses. The chef, the host, personally comes to the table to chat with guests, which we greatly appreciated. It allowed us to share ideas and created a convivial and joyful atmosphere. I applaud the use of borage, both fried and parmigiana-style, which is truly exquisite.

10/08/2025: A beautiful Sunday celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. Excellent cuisine, typical of Puglia, spacious and easy to find, not far from town. I'm grateful for the service I received and also for the very kind manager. Definitely recommended for the hospitality and the beauty of the property.

14/08/2025: Excellent meat, generous portions, moderately priced. Special mention for the bombette and beef strips. Superlative! ...we've tried several grill restaurants, and this is one of the best. Unfortunately, I don't live in Puglia, otherwise I'd come back every week.

The staff is truly friendly and helpful, attentive to every customer request. Excellent pizzas, made with top-quality ingredients and carefully selected pairings, simply perfect. 26/08/2025: I discovered this magnificent place by chance and, enchanted by the interior and the magical courtyard overlooking a church, I decided to return for dinner. I enjoyed an exquisite appetizer and two first courses, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. The staff is attentive, kind, and highly professional. The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail, both inside and out, is truly remarkable. A true gem in the heart of Poggiardo.

10/09/2025: The restaurant was a disappointment for me. The atmosphere is far too loud – having a normal conversation is almost impossible. The pizza itself: According to Maps, it's supposed to be the best place in Gallipoli, but I can't believe that. The dough isn't bad, but it's far too heavy. The ingredients are weak – my pizza felt like it was 90% mozzarella and only 10% tomato sauce. After two slices, I was full and felt like I had a stone in my stomach. I've eaten much better pizza Napoletana in Switzerland. I can positively mention the staff: well-organized and friendly. However, I find the price-performance ratio rather disappointing for this quality. To be fair, I'm giving it 3 stars – my frustration would have almost demanded zero. I honestly don't understand why people are queuing here. It's a phenomenon.
