10/08/2024: We found ourselves in this restaurant by chance, we were on the way back to Naples after our holiday in Rodi Garganico, what can I say about the truly sublime dishes, from starters to starters, never tried anything like it, quality products presented and elaborated with real culinary art, kind and courteous staff, they also gave us some Apulian taralli as a gift. I would happily return.

28/08/2024: The place is very large, well-kept, elegant, very clean. The outdoor part is truly enchanting, the staff are very attentive, the service is accurate and quick, but what is most striking is the excellent quality of the food and preparations. Everything was excellent, really delicious! Congratulations for the passion that the chefs put into their work. I haven't found a place like this for many years.

27/08/2024: While consuming the dessert I find a long hair inside it, discreetly, so as not to disturb the other customers, I point it out to the waitress, no response. I go to the cashier to pay the "full" bill, the owner tells me that he had not apologised, as the dessert had been consumed taking into account that the episode occurred at the last bite. 24/08/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una cena fantastica in famiglia ,cibo ottimo da provare assolutamente i gnocchi preparati dalla moglie.Il personale gentile e la compagnia di Franco eccezionale. Ci rivedremo di sicuro.

23/08/2024: Dopo aver mangiato in vari locali da incubo, un vento fresco ci accarezzava e ci trasportava ignaro da un ristorante magico e che soprattutto ci ha deliziato con cibo eccellente. Primi ben fatti spaghetti a vongole fatte a Opera d arte, tubettini in zuppa di scorfano una sorta di minestra deliziosa che sprigiona un esplosione di mare, frittura di pesce leggera croccante con pesce fresco, vino sorbetto un prezzo veramente eccezionale. Chw dire di feanco il proprietario di una simpatia e vcompetenza unica. Bravi da provare assolutamente continuate cosi un elogio anche alla cameriera tunisina molto gentile e cordiale. Buona estate

26/08/2024: Yesterday we had a very, very good Terra Mare appetizer, excellent service! Waiters always friendly and with very detailed explanations of the dishes. Then we had a grilled fish which was also Super. I would also add that the service was also fast! What can I say! Better than that!

18/07/2024: Amazing spot! The pizzas were delicious. We had the Capricciosa and the proscuitto crudo with extra buffola mozzarella. After the pizzas we were completely full. The staff is very friendly, especially to our child. In the toilet there is even a changing table for babies which is a good sign, it means that they think about how they can take care of all their guests. We will definitely try to come by once again.

23/08/2024: We booked a table for lunch for 5 people for mid-August, upon our arrival we were told that we would have to wait at least half an hour for the table because several people before us showed up an hour late and they still served them without no rush and without telling him that they would have to free the table for the next customers who instead showed up on time. Finally, after obvious disappointment on our part, they let us sit and wait forever both to take our order and to serve us (lunch arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after they sat us down). We are advised to take the sea bream fillet as it is freshly caught and excellent, so 3 of us order it for 20 euros and what I would say was 1/4 of a fillet arrives, invisible and tasteless, with 3 tiny slices of potatoes and two spinach leaves (which are also almost zero cost, why you skimp on those too, it's unclear). Obviously we express our disappointment before writing this review and we are given meaningless excuses (such as the delay of previous customers for example). The general idea that emerged is that they took many more reservations than they were able to manage and that they also rationed the raw materials available which were now in short supply in many dishes in order to satisfy the demand. Terrible overall attitude. Resting on your laurels because you have a poorly viewed restaurant in Salento in its moment of glory is not a winning choice in the long run. As an Apulian, I totally disapprove of this "smartness" (which it is not) and this taking advantage of the tourist (who will never return). Think about it which is better

His passion for his food, the way he explains every meal and cooks it with such passion, and craft. Food was exquisite (the best I have EVER had in my life!) 15/07/2024: A nice dive into the past... . The excellent traditional cuisine and the sublime hospitality make this place special. The care and professionalism of the owner, the authenticity of the dishes offered, the family atmosphere make the experience unique and memorable. The open kitchen is wonderful. Highly recommended for tourists, couples, families, groups of friends. I speak as a regular customer.

04/08/2024: Starting with the raw seafood, followed by the Dalì appetizer, passing through two tastings of first courses (1-mezzi paccheri with monkfish, 2-fusilloni with octopus ragù), continuing with a baked turbot and finishing with the desserts with fresh fruit , it was a crescendo of emotions for the taste buds. The careful choice of raw materials as well as the care and technique in the various preparations are very evident. The cuisine is certainly the strong point of this tavern, together with the very nice and professional waiter (or maitre) Antonio! Thank you very much for this incredible experience!

20/08/2024: Honest prices, spectacular food, if you come to Polignano you can't miss trying this place by the sea, the specialty is the octopus sandwich various chips and fried foods to nibble on and a wide choice of pucce and piadine with both chicken and fish too good!

12/07/2024: Услышав, что Мариано Комо переспал с 24-летней девушкой, а ему всего 50, на мой взгляд, он был бы немного противен и потерян, после чего я больше никогда не ступлю в этот ресторан после того, как это произошло. 1 звезда.. After hearing that Mariano Como slept with a 24 year old girl and he is only 50 in my opinion he would be a bit disgusting as a person, after which I will never set foot in this restaurant again after this happened. 1 star..

08/06/2024: Our host Damiano server a beautiful meal and also gluten free dishes. A wonderful host in an enchanting local setting. We hope to visit again.
