One of those places where dishes and raw materials are chosen with passion and attention. Tradition always triumphs, often revisited in a new key, very surprising. Excellent choice of wines. Excellent desserts.

15/03/2025: Graduation party organized at this facility, I thank Salvatore and his staff for their availability, courtesy and for their way of doing things, they put an entire room inside the restaurant at our disposal. Excellent and plentiful buffet served at the table at a reasonable price, which also included cocktails for after dinner. To return in the summer when you can enjoy the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool. Highly recommended

03/03/2025: We went to this location to celebrate my friend's birthday, everything was exceptional, from the food to the staff. They welcomed us with love and were friendly and nice, especially the owner Salvatore... you absolutely must come and try this experience for yourself.

05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

11/03/2025: We took a land-sea starter, nice, good... the first was the "ficarigna" specialty, pasta creamed in the form of parmesan... more scene than anything else... the pasta was good, you can see it's made by them, but overall very heavy, a welcoming and well-kept place, fast and kind service.

09/03/2025: I return to have lunch at this place after a few years. Still excellent quality/price ratio, professional and competent staff, highly respectable location (Specchia is one of the most beautiful municipalities in the Province of Lecce) and in general a warm welcoming atmosphere... Congratulations!

03/03/2025: I ordered some sandwiches on Just Eat, apparently everything was beautiful, a sandwich that would save Africa from hunger due to how large and full it was... the problem is the oil, since I picked it up I felt it dripping and my hands were all greasy. Even the bread was soaked in hamburger oil and I won't tell you the rest, I put the handkerchief down (4 plies). The handkerchief no longer existed as it became soaked. Ok, moral of the story, drink a liter of sunflower oil and there is no difference between eating this sandwich, I didn't feel any taste, only oil. I couldn't even eat half of it. Never again and for 11 euros I expected higher quality, making things fat and full doesn't mean they are good. Never again in my life have I gained 10kg just with this sandwich Update: I've been vomiting for an hour and if this continues I'll have to go to the emergency room

02/03/2025: Panini di mare davvero di ottima qualità, provato più volte e continuo a dire che è il migliore in zona. Rapporto qualità prezzo forse toglierei qualcosina i aggiungerei un po più di controno nel piatto ma ci può stare in quanto i panini sono molto grandi

15/02/2025: If you want to go and eat in a local place in Conversano, I would recommend the Sfizi restaurant. A cheap place with very tasty food, which you can see is made with passion and love. The owner was very kind and always available to help us. The food was delicious and made well with local ingredients. I absolutely recommend you go there if you are in Conversano.

07/03/2025: Lo chef, attento e disponibile, c' ha servito piatti abbombanti e succulenti! Primo piatto (spaghetti cozze e vongole) e dolcino (stuzzicheria marocchina, con miele e semi di sesamo) più liquore alla liquirizia (offerto dalla casa), tutto squisito ed abbondante, a 18 euro! Ci ritornerò volentieri!

01/03/2025: Delicious food! Very friendly staff and the restaurant is nice, attractive and modernly decorated. It won't be the cheapest restaurant in town. But for 21 euros per person we had a delicious and extensive lunch.

26/03/2025: Ormai da quasi 20 anni se devo mangiare carne la mangio solo da Matteo, la qualità è eccellente ed il servizio altrettanto. Consiglio questa braceria a tutti.
