Our first dinner in Puglia: we're in Sammichele di Bari, and we couldn't have started better. Tradition comes to life here: the wife carves the meat, the husband expertly cooks it. A perfect team effort reflected in every dish. Under a splendid full moon, amid the irresistible aroma of grilled meat and an authentic atmosphere, the evening at Vignale was simply unforgettable. If you're looking for authentic flavors and Apulian hospitality, this is the place to be.

Truly amazing place, the best zampina I've ever eaten and spectacular bombette (I recommend the ones with bresaola and divine potatoes), spectacular price and charming atmosphere, everyone is kind and attentive to every need. In short, if you're in Sammichele and want to eat well, you have to come here!

I don’t speak fluent Italian. This was the first thing I said. The lady from the counter was AMAZING extremely nice and honest with her recommendations. Food was amazing. We were already disappointed with other three places we visited where we were treated horrible. Please if you come here don’t hesitate to try it. Bombetta was to die for. We also had some nice beers and truly enjoyed the atmosphere here. Keep doing it just like that. I would definitely come back!! Grazie mille? (I think?)

Every time we can, we leave Molfetta and immerse ourselves in this beautiful place... A place full of Puglian charm. The vast selection of meats, the freshness of the products, and the friendliness of all the staff and the owner make you feel at home. Everything is amazing. I recommend everyone to try their food. You can taste all of Puglia, and the meat doesn't even need a knife. They deserve all the stars and more. Highly recommended.

21/08/2026: A fantastic experience, definitely worth returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for true seafood excellence, this restaurant is a guarantee. We started with the highest-quality raw ingredients: scampi, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and sea urchins, incredibly fresh and unforgettable in flavor. The hot and cold appetizers were a succession of deliciousness: a delicate seafood salad, a truly exceptional cod tart, flavorful tuna meatballs, mussels served with crostini, and the perfect Simply marinated anchovies. For my first course, I chose tagliatelle with scampi and chopped pistachios: a creamy, balanced combination, highly recommended! Everything was accompanied by an excellent and carefully selected wine list. To round things off, we couldn't miss the typical "sporca labbra" from Bari, a delicious dessert that perfectly rounds out the meal. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!
20/08/2026: The food quality is unquestionable.... Excellent service... Good courtesy and professionalism... The only flaw is that the tables are too close to each other.... Goodbye privacy.... But I recommend it to everyone.
