02/06/2025: Excellent treatment, friendly staff, they placed me on the veranda overlooking the mountains, and since I was alone, they immediately served me a mushroom pizza, despite the large group of young people in the room. The following evening, on Sunday, I went back and had a mixed appetizer, grilled tomino and bunet. All good. I thank the staff, I recommend and will definitely return.

25/06/2025: An excellent trattoria serving regional cuisine. We were warmly welcomed, even without a reservation, for Sunday lunch. The service was very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The atmosphere is simple, bright, and very pleasant even on a hot day. The menu features excellent traditional dishes. Start with the excellent sweet and sour onion with cheese fondue. For the main course, try the linguini with duck or the excellent vegetable plim. Desserts were also very well served. Excellent house wine. Good value. Well worth a visit!

23/06/2025: I had a great time, the dishes were truly delicious from the appetizers such as the Fassona steak or the veal with tuna sauce, then the first courses such as tagliolini with ragù, moving on to the second courses where I found two of the best meat dishes of my life, the cheek and the stew, soft as butter and with a truly special flavor, right up to the dessert. I didn't taste the wine, but those who were able to drink it said they found it to be a very good wine. As for the service, I was very impressed by the passion with which the waiter explained some things to us, especially about the wine. Then no "technical" errors during the evening. The place is nice, nothing that leaves you speechless, but a quiet and pleasant place. For children, it's a personal matter, if the child can stay still at the table then it's fine, even for the details of the goose that can be found throughout the place, if the child is more lively, it can be a little difficult to make him move and play.

07/07/2025: Excellent structure in the center of the town of Sparone. I stayed with friends to be able to do a cycling tour in the Gran Paradiso park. We were very happy with the service provided. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good quality breakfast. Also recommended for good value for money

13/07/2025: What a wonderful little hotel. Casa Didé was one of the loveliest experiences of the trip. The host and hostess must be Italy’s sweetest couple. We were warmly welcomed, served a fantastic dinner, great wine, local made snaps and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing, cozy, clean, and a hidden gem. Thank you so much for the stay and the wonderful service. Very good for motorcyclists, as the motorcycle can be parked in a locked area.

24/04/2025: Ho conosciuto questo posto da un video in cui lo consigliavano come da assolutamente da provare, me lo sono salvato e qualche anno dopo ecco finalmente l'occasione. Cibo fantastico, uno dei migliori hamburger mai mangiati e non vedo l'ora di tornarci per assaggiare anche gli altri perché è stato difficile sceglierne solo uno. Personale gentilissimo mi hanno fatto subito sentire come se venissi a mangiare lì tutte le settimane. Poi è stato bello passare la serata con buona musica tanto che io e la mia ragazza non riuscivamo più ad andare via perché dovevamo ancora una canzone e poi andiamo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

09/05/2025: Locale che parla da solo appena ci mettete piede .. ad attendervi c’è la super Simona .. una cameriera bellissima e molto efficiente.. locale curato nei minimi particolari anche il bagno profumato .. mai sentito una cosa del genere .. attesa giusta e poi si parte con dei piatti che non si possono descrivere ma c’è solo da provare .. eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e 4 secondi .. dolci 2 vini e acqua .. poi grappe e caffè .. tot. 82,50 a testa .. prezzo onesto per la qualità e il servizio offerto .. simpatica anche la titolare che si è fermata x qualche minuto a parlare con noi … provatelo perchè qua si mangia da dio .. ovviamente accettano carta e fanno fattura..

15/07/2025: Tutto perfetto! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e attenti alle esigenze. Cibi genuini e cucinati benissimo. Sono stata a Pasqua con parenti e amici ed è stato un successo. Siamo stati sabato scorso per un compleanno ed è stata la conferma.
