Good food, careful presentation, right doses and good value for money. It is appreciable that when deciding the route you can wander and choose from the various dishes on the menu the dishes that most inspire you.
The thing that we found most lacking and therefore could be improved is that the dishes that are brought to the table are not "illustrated", in this way the service appears cold and lacking: when you perceive the passion in the presentation of a dish, it acquires in value. Furthermore, often from when you order to when the dish arrives you forget some details that you would like to feel "remembered".

It was an experience worth a Michelin star. 🥰. I was wowed after each plate. We did a 4 course menu and managed to taste almos all the dishes by ordering different dishes each. You owe yourself this experience.

Recommended by several acquaintances, it had been on my bucket list for some time: expectations were certainly met! Excellent restaurant in the center with a very interesting contemporary and very creative proposal. The tastes are well defined as is the idea behind the restaurant, trying to go a little beyond the classic patterns. Careful plating and consistent portions make tasting even more pleasant. The possibility of choosing between two convenient tasting menus (3 courses with starter, first course and second course or 4 courses with two starters, first course and second course) or à la carte is excellent. The wine list is also interesting. The place is very small and the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, the tables perhaps a little too close together, but in any case without causing discomfort during the evening precisely because there are few inside the place. The service was quick and professional but at the same time the two guys were friendly and particularly attentive in their manners, very good. Prices appropriate to the proposal, perhaps the starters slightly overpriced. Recommended, we will be back.

Beautiful, cozy place but too expensive for what we have eaten. The food is excellent, you can see the quality of the cuisine and the search for new combinations. But unfortunately we spent €120 on two people and I was left hungry...
Unacceptable to spend €60 per person and leave hungry...

Very central location. An elegant but not detached environment, where it is possible to have a conversation while eating. The menu is refined and has combinations of flavors that do not necessarily want to surprise but in doing so offer a wonderful culinary experience.
Regarding the raw materials, it can only be said that they were truly excellent and treated with respect.
The service is courteous, discreet and attentive to the needs of diners.
The price (three-course menu for €40), especially in relation to the quality of the products, leaves you satisfied.
Also super recommended for the impressive selection of Italian and French wines with some gems from overseas.
P.S. the diaphragm is one of the best I have ever tasted.

Locale contemporaneo ed intimo, piccino. Personale gentile.
Menù interessante, abbiamo optato per le corse (3piatti, 40euro). Ottima la triglia ed il morone. In generale piatti nei quali si sente nitidamente la mano dello chef, il che ha sapore di maturità e classe. Ci tornerò

Small restaurant in the heart of Turin. An internal room tastefully furnished with modern contemporary tones. Pleasant outdoor area. The chef certainly does not refer to traditional cuisine but, using raw materials of the highest quality and great imagination, creates combinations that are sometimes "extreme" and of refined taste. The plating is also very careful. Both fish and meat menu. Good wine list. Very courteous and prepared staff.

Non sfugge, questo locale, agli standard dei bistrot-ristorantini moderni.
Post piccolo, tocchi di design, cucina a vista (che a noi non ci è mai importato nulla).
Piatti altalenanti, molte salsine e riduzioni, partendo da buone materie prime.
Carta dei vini di un certo interesse.
Il servizio, purtroppo, si allinea con la media delle ristorazioni analoghe, ma qui è una colpa, perchè i 2 titolari sono in sala. Coadiuvati da una gentile signorina, non ci hanno trasmesso il senso del loro lavoro. Siamo entrati da sconosciuti ed usciti come tali, dopo aver ordinato 2 menù ed una bottiglia importante. Non una parola per chiederci da dove venivamo, per presentare e discutere del vino servito (una volta, mai rabboccato: ora per 50 euro a testa senza vini, si può pretendere un servizio diverso, molto fattibile, visto che 3 persone in sala per 20/25 clienti sono ben sufficienti). Insomma un locale da visitare una volta per curiosità, ma che non invoglia proprio a ritornare per mancanza di capacità di accoglienza, componente basica della professionalità di un ristoratore.
P.S.: e durante il servizio, provate a non stare attaccati al cellulare, sono solo 2 ore di astinenza, si può fare.
