20/05/2026: We are tourists visiting Turin from Dublin, and our lunch at Trattoria Conserva di Superga was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thank you to the young woman who looked after us throughout lunch: she managed the timing between courses perfectly and described every dish with knowledge, elegance and genuine passion. We especially appreciated that she spoke fluent English, which made us feel immediately welcome and allowed us to fully enjoy and understand the experience. Another detail that impressed us was the wine recommendation: not only was it explained with enthusiasm and expertise, but it was also perfectly paired with each course, enhancing every dish and making the entire lunch even more memorable. What touched us the most was the patience and wonderful attention she gave to our little boy. She was always kind, smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive, making us feel completely relaxed and cared for. We were genuinely impressed by the elegance of the service, the professionalism and the level of hospitality we received. It exceeded all expectations and is something we will remember fondly when we return to Dublin. Thank you for making our lunch in Turin so special.

20/05/2026: We chose to celebrate my daughter's confirmation at this trattoria. I've always been drawn to the look of this rustic and delightful place when I've been driving up to Superga. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the kindness of the owner and the staff, and the aromas emanating from the kitchen. They are a working couple who work very well together; they're friendly and professional, and they guide us and advise us on the menu admirably. We tasted excellent dishes that, to our pleasant surprise, weren't too heavy for any of our guests. I was very impressed with the crispy asparagus, but equally impressed were the warm focaccias, the preserves, the platters, the risotto, the tagliata, the rabbit... everything!!! The ingredients in all our dishes were excellent, and the cuisine was excellent. Despite the limited space, we managed to enjoy a wonderful family evening, served by delightful staff and enjoying excellent food. Thank you so much.

28/07/2026: The braised beef was the softest and most succulent I have ever had in my life! It was so beautifully cooked, it just fell apart with the weight of the cutlery. It paired perfectly with the roast potatoes. Lots of different wines on offer, and the food was absolutely delicious.

27/06/2026: We ended up in this place by pure chance, and I'd say...WHAT A LUCK! The refined and extremely relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered: Tajarin with zucchini, basil, and sausage Buckwheat fettuccine with rabbit and pepper ragù And we finished with Almost a cold tarte tatin with salted caramel-glazed apple Everything was truly delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

17/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute excellence! I frequent this bakery and it's a real guarantee in Nichelino, truly top-of-the-line. They bake delicious, fragrant bread, not to mention their pizzas: wonderful, always varied, and bursting with flavor. Their desserts also deserve special mention, simply spectacular! Tonight I tried their freshly baked Ligurian focaccia... incredibly delicious, crispy, and perfectly greasy. Wonderful staff, 5 stars well deserved!
