16/02/2025: Discovered by chance, we had a pleasant working lunch, much appreciated for the quality of the food and speed of service without detracting from efficiency. Normal prices, recognizing that "one euro more" is willingly paid to feel good.

28/03/2025: The right word is ridiculous. My 13 year old son ordered a carbonara. I don't know about the features or the foreign accent but an omelette has arrived, because surely after 20 years spent in Italy we know very well how to make carbonara. Among other things, I work in catering. The second one I ordered was also ridiculous. The farinata is presented horribly but I have to say it is very good. The lady at the checkout, thinking that we are tourists or foreigners of a less intelligent race, thought well of not presenting the receipt. It was given to us only after explicit request. Sad and cheap experience.

07/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo per festeggiare il compleanno di una mia figlia. Eravamo in sei ed avevamo prenotato. Atmosfera tipicamente piemontese, ambiente rumoroso ed affollato (in questo contesto non è una critica) . Personale molto gentile e solerte con 4 vassoi di fritto salato e 2 di fritto dolce. Fritto molto completo e leggero anche se ovviamente si salta la cena. Prezzo adeguato. Da rifare almeno una volta all’anno.

03/04/2025: Non è difficile entrare in sintonia con lo chef, una persona molto disponibile e preparata. Dopo una chiacchierata sulla costata abbiamo preso invece un tris di carne alla piastra. Sorpresa, c'era anche la costata. Un plus che non mi aspettavo. Ottimo ed abbondante il tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Birra squisita ma soprattutto ti portano immediatamente l'acqua. Il locale come piace a me, rustico ed accogliente. Servizio oltre ogni aspettativa, ma non era la prima volta che ci andavamo. Il conto leggermente alto ma se esci soddisfatto e pensi alla prossima volta che ci andrai, vuole dire che prezzo qualità sei rimasto soddisfatto

04/03/2025: Good cuisine to accompany beer or wine, creative dishes but with typical products from the Chisone valley and the Pinerolese area. It's just a shame that they haven't yet included Bûnet in the desserts, which is a must in Piedmont. The service is impeccable especially thanks to the girls who serve in the room.

26/01/2025: In un bel pesino del Canavese, si trova la trattoria L'Burnel, una location tradizionale e accogliente con un bel panorama sulle montagne. Il menù è vario, con una proposta di piatti anche per chi non mangia carne come mia moglie. Il personale è gentile e i prezzi ottimi. Complimenti!

26/02/2025: Money well spent. Buying excellent meat is no small feat, being helped in the choice by a butcher who deserves trust helps a lot. You take home the best you could wish for in terms of quality: a vast choice, all animals that did not live in intensive farming but were cared for and fed in the best way. Quality which means taste and nutritional properties at the top, even the digestive system thanks. Fabulous burgers

04/04/2025: The pizza is good, but a friend of mine ordered a flatbread pizza and instead they brought a pizza with spicy salami instead of the flatbread, without informing... we point this out and the pizza chef explains that they didn't have the flatbread and if he wanted he would have made another pizza.... the point is that they should have immediately said that it was not possible to make the pizza due to the lack of the required ingredient instead of bringing a pizza as if it were the one ordered.... people are not stupid!!
