Graditi gli entre' e le bugie servite con il caffè. Acqua, calice di dolcetto € 55,00. Rapporto qualità prezzo = ottimo! Torneremo

15/12/2024: Cercavamo in zona Caraglio un locale caratteristico dove gustare, senza eccessivi fronzoli, i piatti della cucina tradizionale, preparati con l'amore e la maestria che solo chi adora questo mestiere riesce a trasfondere nei propri piatti e così la scelta non poteva che cadere su questo deliziosissimo locale, situato in posizione panoramicissima ai piedi delle valli Grana e Maira, in un grazioso borgo, tra colline brumose che in questo periodo sfoggiano tonalità di rosso, giallo e verde che lasciano senza fiato. Il locale è veramente accogliente, con le sue belle travi a vista, la finestrona panoramica che da sulla valle, il mobilio rustico che fa tanto atmosfera. Il personale è gentilissimo e i piatti del menù veramente deliziosi. La carta dei vini è molto ricca e spazia dai vitigni locali ai classici piemontesi e quelli di altre regioni italiane e qualche etichetta d'oltralpe. La formula va dal classico menù degustazione, veramente interessante, ai classici piatti alla carta, uno più buono dell'altro. L'apoteosi l'abbiamo, però, raggiunta col dessert, dove con la formula combo abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di assaggiare due autentiche chicche dolciarie: una créme brulé alle castagne e una tarte tatin di mele che hanno posto l'accento su un pranzo veramente indimenticabile. Conto decisamente in linea con l'ottima qualità di quanto mangiato. Locale da provare assolutamente.

27/02/2025: Disappointing We looked forward to visiting the Osteria dell'Unione for a year. Unfortunately, this year's visit to the small restaurant in Treiso was a bitter disappointment. The food wasn't nearly as good as last year. The cuisine, which is excellent everywhere in Piedmont, can only be described as average. The dishes seemed bland to us and the ingredients were saved while the prices were raised. The pasta classics were prepared much better and richer for our taste in many other restaurants in the area. My chicken with onions, tomatoes and peppers was cooked completely dry and the clumsy service on the garden terrace seemed completely overwhelmed. We later found out that the Osteria's cook, who guaranteed the quality of the products for years, had died. The gap it leaves behind could obviously not be closed without sacrificing quality. This is a great shame and we hope that the operators of this traditional restaurant will soon reach the old, excellent level in terms of kitchen and service. Unfortunately, the Osteria is currently not a recommendation for Treiso. 2022: ***** This is the cradle of the Slow Food movement The Osteria Dell'Unione is a small, inconspicuous restaurant with a romantic garden terrace in the mountain village of Treiso. The place is only a few hundred meters away from our exceptionally beautiful Piedmont holiday accommodation, the Ciabot Appartments. History was written in this Osteria: The manifesto for founding Slow Food was formulated in the garden of the village restaurant in the mid-1980s by Carlo Petrini and a few friends. Completely unimpressed by the global success story of this sustainable kitchen philosophy, the small Osteria has been serving traditional Piedmontese cuisine for over 50 years. Nothing has changed in terms of the KM-Zero rule and the use of the best ingredients from our own production and from selected local producers. The son of the legendary chef Pina Bongiuvanni has now taken over the Osteria and teaches guests traditional regional cuisine based on his mother's recipes. The Tajarin egg pasta (made with 40 egg yolks per kilogram of flour) with ragu, vitello tonnato or knife-cut tartare from local Fassone beef: Come una volta! This is what Piedmont tastes like. The locals love the genuine traditional cuisine and for slow food fans, a visit is a must-do culinary program. Fortunately, it is not a place of worship - only a small ceramic plaque at the entrance indicates the historical significance of the Osteria.

09/12/2024: Pleasant and welcoming place even if visited on a gray and winter day. Tayerin with ragu good but just a little overcooked, the fassona excellent.....not a wide choice on the menu. I would go back maybe in spring!!!

15/02/2025: Simple and modern pizzeria restaurant: a little chilly atmosphere, and very helpful staff. I only ate take-away pizza, which was really good: you can also order over the phone. However, first choice for a good, quick meal for those who pass by here... I would say not suitable for special occasions. Promoted, anyway!

Pranzo e Cena con gusti particolari, ma affinati, per palati raffinati. Particolare perché racconta la Storia Di Ocelli, visita e degustazione dei suoi formaggi.

13/03/2025: in famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questa struttura nel centro di Valdieri. Il locale è ben curato, con un arredamento elegante ma non sfarzoso, e i tavoli sono ben distribuiti. Il menù, composto per lo più da piatti piemontesi ( alcuni rivisitati ed ottimamente elaborati), è contenuto e ciò a garanzia di prodotti freschi e cotti al momento . La scelta dei vini è ampia e non banale. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

06/03/2025: Merita davvero una sosta nella Valle Gesso, a Valdieri, questo piccolo gioiello di cucina tipica del territorio. La scelta è vasta, due menù degustazione piu una serie dimpiatti in carta. Piatti di materie prime eccellenti e rispettosi della stagionalità. Carta dei vini molto interessante per lo più piccoli produttori locali con attenzione ai vini naturali. Ed infine dessert di livello, all'altezza dei piatti di portata. Servizio e personale in sala cordiale, accogliente e molto disponibile anche per i ritardari, come il nostro gruppo. Consigliato!

05/01/2025: We stayed on a quiet evening in early January. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got all the wines they suggested right. The fassona steak, the veal with tuna sauce and the plin are truly excellent. The veal cheek and the sliced ​​breaded breaded with corn are also good although slightly lacking in salt. Excellent price. Overall a great experience. I would happily stay here again.
