05/05/2025: Viaggio di gusto molto particolare. I piatti non erano eccessivamente rivisitati ma molto belli e buoni al palato. Particolarmente apprezzato il carciofo Scelta dei vini da migliorare Locale carino, intimo con pochi posti

28/06/2025: Enttäuschendes Erlebnis im Ca’del Re – nie wieder! Unser Besuch im Ca’del Re war leider ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie. Trotz vorheriger Reservierung wurde uns der gewünschte Tisch einfach nicht zugewiesen – keinerlei Entschuldigung, keine Lösung, einfach Ignoranz. Besonders ärgerlich war die vollkommen unflexible Haltung des Servicepersonals: Wir waren zu viert und wollten gerne zwei Menüs teilen, was in vielen guten Restaurants absolut üblich ist. Nicht so hier. Uns wurde unmissverständlich mitgeteilt, dass jeder ein komplettes Menü bestellen müsse – kein Entgegenkommen, kein Verständnis, nur starre Regeln, die offenbar vor allem dazu dienen, möglichst viel Geld aus den Gästen zu pressen. Das Ganze wirkte wie reine Touristenabzocke. Wer nicht bereit ist, sich auf Gäste einzulassen und stattdessen nur Umsatz maximieren will, hat unser Geld und unsere Zeit nicht verdient. Fazit: Das Ca’del Re lebt vielleicht von seiner Lage, aber sicher nicht von Gastfreundschaft oder Servicekultur. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder – und raten jedem, der Wert auf ein angenehmes kulinarisches Erlebnis legt, dringend ab.

03/06/2025: Sono stata con la famiglia in questo posto splendido per festeggiare il mio compleanno: scelto totalmente a scatola chiusa, è stata una vera rivelazione! Abbiamo pranzato in giardino, sotto un grande ciliegio, il personale è stato da subito cordiale e pronto per ogni esigenza ( abbiamo una bimba piccola). Menù sia tradizionale che più sperimentale: provati entrambi, impeccabili su tutta la linea! Prezzo nella media della zona ed equo per la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

23/08/2025: Thin pizza, the dough was light to digest, but the ingredients used weren't particularly flavorful. I had an unpleasant experience with the payment; they increased the price of the pizza even though there wasn't a crowd (perhaps the cashier could have been more easily confused). I was refunded after I noticed the mistake and tipped the difference, but what if I hadn't noticed? Be careful with your bills; mistakes can often happen.

29/09/2025: Terrible on all fronts, very salty food from pasta with tomato sauce to roast meat, I don't know how they're used to cooking, 30 euros thrown away, never again, I wonder why I didn't stop to eat in Dogliani, as always, what happened to me, owners who talk loudly, they don't do à la carte, I had to get up and leave, never again.

Molto maleducatamente ha riattaccato il telefono.io ho solo chiesto ma la sua maleducazione è stata veramente inaccettabile.certamente non disturberò più

28/09/2025: Unfortunately, we had a mix-up from start to finish, with a table booked! But the most absurd thing was that when we asked for a simple hamburger and fries for a 2-year-old child, they said it was off the menu and that we'd have to wait! We arrived at 8, and they served us at 9! To save time, we ordered a hamburger inside a pizza, which was inedible! I think it was a very simple request for a child, but even though the child was crying from hunger, nothing happened. We asked for bread, and it never arrived, always for the child!!! I found it truly awful! The owner was very rude! Never again will I visit this place.

07/05/2025: If you pay attention to the substance and are not scared by the entrance of the place which is a little retro like its interior, then you are in the right place. I found the staff very kind and helpful, I thank Guglielmina and her sister Paola for making us feel at home, as if we were at a family lunch. We started from the appetizers, really good and genuine, with the encore, to move on to the first course, homemade lasagna. As a second course we enjoyed some excellent lamb, truly tender and tasty, it literally melted in your mouth, accompanied by potatoes. The dessert was spectacular: a trio of three desserts with a beautiful, truly fresh final fruit salad. There was no shortage of coffee with a generous glass of grappa. For wine we had some barbera and some dolcetto. If you happen to be in the area I highly recommend it, don't forget to book and remember that the place is closed on Saturdays.

11/07/2025: A real Piedmont traditional dinner! Good quality and value price. It's not a Michelin restaurant, but it's a real restaurant, where you can understand the true culinary culture. It's up to you to decide what you are looking for!

12/06/2025: I had a great time eating at Osteria Sibona...traditional cuisine and wine produced by them. All good and in excellent quantity!
