05/01/2026: Everything was delicious, from the classic pizza to the "cloud" pizza to the desserts. The restaurant dishes served at other tables were very inviting, both for their presentation and aromas.
The place is small, clean, and well-kept, although the furnishings and color scheme make it feel cold and unwelcoming at first glance.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always smiling. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area again.
23/11/2025: Burnt pizza for the umpteenth time, enough, I won't take it anymore in Carru, there are better ones.

06/01/2026: I didn't like the barley coffee. My friends ordered the zabaglione, which was served in a cup that was too big, and everyone said it was too alcoholic.
02/01/2026: Excellent place, family-friendly, simple but well-run. The owners are wonderful and welcoming.

08/02/2026: I've never been to this place, but I've ordered pizza from them a couple of times through Just Eat. The pizza is good, but the delivery people need to learn some manners.
08/11/2025: Twelve of us stopped in one evening and ordered the pizza round, which was highly recommended. The service is incredibly slow (because they're delivering the pizzas outside in the meantime). Every now and then, two pizzas would come out and we'd finish them in a minute, and then you'd have to wait at least 10 minutes for another. The pizza quality is truly poor.

04/09/2025: Before comîg i saw the Price on the website HOTEL-AMI.com : single Room 35 - 40 €
Double-room 40 - 50 €.
When we arrived the owner (a woman) Said us 60€ per person per day, when i Said her, it was’nt the Price on the website she proposed us 70€ per person per day ( we wanted to stay there 2 days)including the dinner and the breakfast, We said ok ,
They served us bad food and for the breakfast dried biscottes with a coffee . So we paid the first night and we went
. Very bad experience !
13/08/2025: We always find peace and quiet, a welcoming family atmosphere, quality meals, and a very nice room. Everything you need to recharge.

15/09/2025: A charming place, both for the restaurant itself and for the spectacular view of Monviso and its mountain range, recently run by a small group (four or five) of young people (all under 25, I'd say), who are capable, courteous, and, given the times, even courageous.
The dishes we tasted, mostly traditional Piedmontese, were all highly appreciated for their quality, quantity, and even presentation, more reminiscent of a city restaurant than a mountain restaurant.
What more can I say? Congratulations, and let's hope their courage and (undoubted) skill pay off.
They deserve it.

06/12/2025: The place would be nice, if it weren't for the absurd treatment we received.
On our way from Milan, we stop and one of the three of us orders a coffee. Meanwhile, we read a sign saying the bathroom is for the exclusive use of those who consume it, not those accompanying us. We didn't feel like consuming anything and asked if we could still use the bathroom. The answer: if you make me a donation. We thought he was joking, but instead he makes us scrape together some coins in exchange for the key. I understand everything; bars aren't public restrooms, but as we pointed out, a little politeness and hospitality would be appreciated. We come here often, having a house in the Langhe, so he'll never see us again.

16/11/2025: I had 2 mixed fried foods...with chips...the price is super ok...but how good was the fried food...crunchy on the outside, the calamari melted in your mouth. Congratulations. We were very happy.
