22/02/2025: È sempre un piacere tornare alla Cantina dei Cacciatori, accolti con calore dai proprietari nella bella Dimora al fuoco del camino che in queste sere gelide scalda il fisico e... il cuore. In compagnia di nostra cognata abbiamo gustato, dall'antipasto al dolce, gli ottimi cibi della tradizione piemontese, introdotti dai deliziosi bigné al formaggio, e cucinati con sapienza dalla signora Paola e dal figlio Fabrizio. Buonissimo il vino. In sala il gentile signor Bruno e l'affabile nuora signora Flavia a rendere la serata molto piacevole. Complimenti a tutti. Laura e Franco

10/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale della guida Michelin e siamo rimasti colpiti molto piacevolmente dal pranzo: ottimi i vini e il cibo e ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Servizio informale ma molto attento, locale rustico ma curato ed elegante. Lo considero uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona.

03/01/2025: Location carina. Cena semplice, nulla di eccezionale, ma da segnalare l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cena con tris di antipasti, due primi, un secondo (a scelta tra due) e dolce...25 euro bevande escluse!!! Consigliato per chi vuole mangiare decentemente e spendere poco. Se ricapitiamo in zona, ci torniamo sicuramente.

02/01/2025: Pranzo del sabato in famiglia per festeggiare un compleanno, cercando un bel posto con cucina piemontese , dopo aver girovagato un po' su internet, la scelta ricade - fortunatamente - su questo locale. Già all'arrivo il colpo d'occhio è notevole con una bella casa colonica ristrutturata, un dehor rustico, una bella piscina, e dei cavalli sulla collina alle spalle della struttura. L'ingresso, scaldato anche dalle decorazioni natalizie, è davvero accogliente, così come le salette rese ancora più suggestive anche dalla presenza di un camino di fronte a un elegante salottino. Con un piccolo corridoio molto curato si raggiunge poi il salone vetrato, bellissimo, inondato dalla luce del sole! Nonostante le ampie dimensioni di questa zona del locale, l'ambiente rimane "caldo", grazie agli arredi, alle pareti in mattone ed alle bellissime luci. Un plus anche il panorama che si può ammirare dall'interno del salone. Siamo stati accolti dal personale gentilissimo e simpatico, che ha anche coccolato il nostro cagnone con una ciotola d'acqua e delle crocchette. Il cibo poi, che dire? Tutto buonissimo, dai 3 antipasti, ai 2 primi (il risotto straordinario, con un sapore bilanciatissimo), al roast beef e per concludere con il dolce, tutto davvero buono e ben presentato. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto e un unico rimpianto: un'ora di strada da casa, sigh, se fosse più vicino diventerebbe il nostro principale punto di riferimento per pranzi e cene di famiglia! Torneremo comunque nella bella stagione!

02/03/2025: Capisco che ormai tutti pensano a spennare i propri clienti...sempre con la solita storia del...tutto aumenta ma fottere 20 euro di 2 lt di acqua e 4 coperti mi pare esagerato....(4 euro x 1 lt di ACQUA e 3 x una tovaglia di CARTA) Mi dispiace dire che non mi vedranno più....mai più... La pizza era buona malgrado il locale semi vuoto e 40 minuti di attesa.

10/02/2025: Una serata in compagnia con gli amici vespisti , abbiamo avuto modo di gustare delle ottime pizze , molto gustose e sfiziose.

29/11/2024: The hour was late and my stomach was pounding. We entered and were immediately seated. In no time we ordered and the first courses arrived just as quickly. The baked pasta is good, the pipettes with cream and speck are well cooked but without a minimum of salt. Tasty escalopes with mashed potatoes. Price aligned with courses and service. The waitress was extraordinarily helpful and kind and the owner very affable. The dining room is really beautiful and very well looked after.

21/02/2025: Abbiamo riservato due sale del locale per invitare una cinquantina di ex colleghi a cena. Buffet ricco di antipasti caldi e freddi, un primo di carne ed uno di pesce e tris di dolci. A fine serata I proprietari ci hanno offerto caffe’ e digestivi. Il prezzo assolutamente ragionevole. Consigliato sicuramente per eventi e feste, ma siamo stati anche a cena in altre occasioni ed abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti di pesce.

22/10/2024: Amazing experience all around. The restored castle is beautiful, and the bedrooms are amazing. You really feel like royalty staying here. The food, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. Denise made some of the best meals during our three weeks touring Italy. Lastly, Denise and staff were very hospitable. They left no stone unturned when it came to providing the best experience for their customers. We can not wait to visit again.

13/10/2024: My stay at Hotel Castello di Sinio was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were incredible, treating every guest like family from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience one of the most enjoyable stays of my life. I can’t recommend this place enough – it truly feels like a home away from home!

29/03/2025: My boyfriend took me to lunch on Saturday…. An enchanting place, full of many objects that recall times gone by, we took a platter of cheeses accompanied by compotes and honey, two different first courses (the ravioles were delicious... I made a slipper) and two delicious homemade desserts... the owner is a very nice and smiling person. Congratulations for everything….

13/03/2025: The place would be nice..... Nothing else... Terrible food with a side dish of dogs barking in a cave..... (clearly with owners "worthy" of such dogs) hurry out!... NEVER AGAIN!!!

01/01/2025: In this very small mountain village there is this little restaurant where you can eat divinely, from fish starters, to first courses, to second courses. Here they specialize above all in fish dishes, which I must say I have had the opportunity to appreciate a lot. The bread is made by them. The environment is very intimate and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The Tiramisu is also excellent. Don't miss the eggnog! The prices are really very honest. I hope to return soon!

30/12/2024: A fantastic trattoria, mainly serving fish, in the Rittana area outside Cuneo. All the dishes we tried were of high quality: the fried anchovies were very light and sweet, the seafood carbonara with cod was delicious, the fish soup was just right; the stuffed calamari are tender and equally rich in flavour. Incredibly very low prices taking into account the quality of the product and the excellent preparation. Worth coming back every time you are in the area

14/01/2025: Una delle pizze più buone che ho mangiato. Pizza napoletana con basta scelta, un bel locale e ben gestito sono tutti giovani e molto educati e gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente. Noi ci andiamo spesso e lo faremo sempre. Non per niente è sempre pieno.

27/01/2025: Very good cuisine, Chinese dishes better than sushi. Really tasty udon with meat, as well as special duck with orange! Good service, the lady had a dish sent back without us asking for it, having realized that it was burnt. We'll be back!
