14/09/2025: The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice.
Definitely a place to return to again and again.

21/12/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, after just leaving the restaurant, I felt compelled...the dough and pizza were truly excellent, and the Orange Honey and Pecorino Semifreddo was, well, rare and sublime! I'll definitely add it to my favorites list and be back to try it again!
11/11/2025: A lovely, cozy little place I discovered by chance, but I already know it'll become a regular! In addition to pizza and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, this restaurant offers some Sardinian specialties like culurgiones, which I found exceptional. I also enjoyed excellent cured meats and cheeses, and a delicious Cannonau. 🍷
The place is beautifully decorated and the owners are very kind.
Fast service and unbeatable value.

23/02/2026: We stopped for lunch after researching restaurants in the center of Cuneo. The photos were beautiful and the menu was varied. We ordered four appetizers and had to cancel our second course because the portions were so generous! They were practically second courses! Battered shrimp and vegetable tempura, brandacujun meatballs, farinata sticks, and cod with seasonal vegetables. And then we couldn't say no to dessert: a sphere of caramelized ice cream and a cube of chocolate and berry mousse. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

17/02/2026: Beautiful. A place to have an aperitif or lunch. A nice, welcoming place. The owner is a gentleman. Mirco will welcome you and suggest dishes. Wine is also available, and you can also find cachaça pirassununga 51 from Brazil... a great place.
06/02/2026: Salotto del Gusto is a truly delightful place. Attentive and professional management, a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, with well-crafted dishes and balanced flavors. The wine selection is also excellent. A place you'll gladly return to.

24/02/2026: This three-star hotel is located on the main access road from Barge towards Pinerolo or Cavour. It is housed in a former textile factory, converted into a medium-sized hotel with an adjoining swimming pool. The standard and maintenance of the rooms are excellent for the hotel's class, the service is courteous and attentive, and the breakfast is complete and well-stocked. Having used the Smartbox service, it is highly recommended. Convenient to the Rucaski ski slopes.
08/01/2026: Beautiful hotel, wonderful experience. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the Christmas holidays. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at reception by this very kind and knowledgeable guy. He gave us various tips on where to visit the places during the days we were staying there in Barge. He is present in the afternoon and evening and immediately after Micaela arrived. She also works at reception, very kind, she suggested various places to visit too.... And the next morning at breakfast she came close to us and suggested another place to go with the Bobsleighs since we don't ski, just to entertain the children. I also found the girls in charge of cleaning the rooms very nice and helpful and the specific owner, the young owner, took us to visit his car museum, a wonderful place. He was very kind, he also gave us a great explanation. It's truly a dream hotel and wonderful, spacious rooms. The chef is also kind. Next time we will also try the cuisine, excellent breakfast, varied sweet and savory. Congratulations, we will definitely be back. Don't miss out on your staff because they are truly professional, especially thanks to Micaela at reception for her kindness and professionalism. My children and my husband will definitely be back.

09/11/2025: Here is a collection of culinary masterpieces, all the appetizers are simple and delicious, ravioli and tagliolini just like grandma used to make... the cima with chicken is phenomenal, a roast that melts in your mouth... everything is strictly homemade... excellent service. Well done, it's the second time we've come and it's becoming one of our top places...

23/01/2026: I went on Sunday... I had heard good things about it... I don't know if it was just a bad day... but everything was inedible.

08/03/2026: After a day skiing in Prato Nevoso, a quick mountain lunch of polenta and venison. The place was welcoming even after 2:00 PM. The food was good, simple, and perfect for a stop before heading home. Recommended.

05/08/2025: Nei nostri frequenti viaggi in Piemonte é una tappa obbligatoria. Anche quanto é affollato si é sempre ben accolti e serviti. Assolutamente da provare la battuta di fassona al coltello e i tagliolini al ragu di salsiccia. Ottimi i vini proposti anche come degustazione. Prezzi più che onesti.

28/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante (che è anche wine bar e residence) che era già tardi ma siamo state fortunate e c’era un tavolo libero per mangiare.
La sistemazione nella corte centrale del palazzo è stata sicuramente suggestiva fin dall’inizio e il servizio si è distinto per la professionalità e cortesia.
Io sono intollerante al siero di latte e la mia amica è celiaca e il personale ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre esigenze garantendoci un pranzo ricco oltre che tranquillo.
Consigliato.

28/07/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato nell'agriturismo, che offre servizi di B&B. Il ristorante annesso offre un menu fisso molto completo e interessante. Da segnalare che la cena (e immagino anche il pranzo) viene servita per tutti alla stessa ora, il servizio è quindi allineato fra i vari tavoli. Il costo è veramente buono, perchè per 30 euro a testa io e mia moglie abbiamo mangiato 6 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi e un piatto di dolci, più il vino e l'acqua, e c'è anche un piccolo antipasto con salame e focaccia. Gli antipasti sono tutti di ottimo livello, in particolare si segnalano la parmigiana in sfoglia e uno sformato di erbette con fonduta. Il piatto migliore è stato uno dei due primi, tagliolini alla boscaiola, meno speciali gli agnolotti al sugo di arrosto (comunque buoni). I secondi erano prosciutto al forno con patate (ottime!) e coniglio (meno di spicco). Il tris di dolci era di buona qualità, tutto fatto in casa. Il personale è gentile, il servizio è casalingo ma offre cordialità e informazioni. Tra l'altro, dopo la maggior parte dei piatti, il personale offre il bis girando per i tavoli, ideale per mangiare una quantità maggiore dei piatti preferiti. Le quantità, considerando il gran numero di portate e la possibilità dei bis, soddisfano anche le forchette più insaziabili. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!
28/07/2025: Ci siamo recati presso questo agriturismo al ritorno dal mare, è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa, immerso nel verde molto curato e pulito, è veramente tante portate una più buona dell’altra tutto km 0 sapori di una volta eccellente davvero pure il conto è stata una sorpresa sicuramente torneremo con amici e parenti

17/10/2025: I've eaten pizza at many places in Italy, but this pizzeria really surprised me.
The sausage is the best I've had in years: the pizza was juicy and delicious.
The Quattro Formaggi is fantastic—spicy gorgonzola and lots of cheese.
The dough is light and of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

The food was disappointing and of poor quality, unlike the attention to organic and seasonal ingredients praised on their website. Unfortunately, I didn't use the sauna because I'm a naturist, a fact I didn't express. The owner was neither empathetic nor welcoming.
