A truly beautiful and elegant restaurant, with great background music and incredibly sweet and professional staff. Excellent food and a good price. A truly enjoyable dinner!

Gourmet local cuisine, but with portions that aren't gourmet. Hence, an even higher score. Excellent food, made with carefully selected ingredients, but with a focus on Piedmontese traditions.

We had dinner at this restaurant last night. The food was exquisite, as was the service and atmosphere. Polite, kind, and highly professional.

Excellent welcome, very kind, fast, and precise, even though we arrived late, they still served us calmly. Excellent and carefully prepared food, some very unique dishes.

I sensed Home in the menu. The dishes evoke a nostalgia for Home. After dinner, I felt right at home. This was my experience at Taverna dei Porti Scur this Thursday evening. The egg en cocotte carbonara and the tenderone, masterful dishes. They stand out for their simplicity. A point of reference for me in Saluzzo. A place you'll love to return to.

What can I say... despite having requested a private table when booking, upon arrival the table wasn't available, so they had to remove a place setting from a table of three. The service was poor... they didn't remove the wine glasses since we only drank water, and they didn't bring the mousse bouche cups in hand, but on a tray. The food was neither praise nor infamy: the cocotte egg was overcooked, the oil too strong for the meat...it covered the flavor, the rice was excellent, the panna cotta was nonexistent...the much-vaunted pistachio flavor wasn't there. The white tablecloth was pitifully covered in dog hair, and the icing on the cake was that at 10:45 PM they turned off the background music...it was like, "Go away!" Considering it was the first time I'd taken the lady out to dinner, I didn't make a good impression...thank goodness we both work in catering. These things don't happen in the restaurant where I work. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.

While in Saluzzo to visit a photography exhibition at the Castiglia, I decided to stop for lunch and, after a quick search, chose this place. A perfect choice! The food was truly delicious and the service excellent! I was served warm bread, breadsticks, and a delicious cornmeal cracker. The starter was delicious, as was the first course: tagliarini with sausage ragù, complete with a floral garnish, paired with a glass of Barbera d'Alba. To finish, an excellent, soft-centred dark chocolate tart with custard, a delight for the palate. Special praise for the service: friendly and attentive at the same time! I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
