09/08/2025: A splendid pastry shop in the heart of Cuneo, on the central Corso Nizza, practically next to the beautiful Sacro Cuore church. Everything you see in the windows displaying cakes and miniature pastries makes you think a master pastry chef works in the shop! In addition to the delicious pastries, I sampled a "Torta Cuneo," which I was incredibly impressed by for its delicacy and near-perfect texture! Not to mention their signature "Croissanterie d'autore," authentic "works of art," probably among the only ones of their kind in the city. These croissants are to be admired for their perfection and then savored for their enveloping and harmonious flavor paired with an excellent cappuccino or on their own! Truly fantastic!! Excellent specialties such as the "Pandolce della Besimauda," the "Baci di Alassio" (the pastry chef's original sweets), and the excellent "Cake Fruits." Yes, a great place to visit in the capital of the Granda Province! Hats off!

06/10/2025: A well-built hotel for a large clientele, but in a decidedly unfrequented location, the spa could attract greater well-being for the entire country.

27/07/2025: A very clean and comfortable hotel with a loyal clientele. The restaurant offers well-prepared, traditional local dishes in generous quantities. A plus is the thermal water pool with a pleasantly warm temperature. The service is friendly and informal.

02/11/2025: A restaurant in the heart of Alba. We really enjoyed the food, and the prices were average, costing around €40 per person. The ingredients seemed fresh and high-quality.

01/11/2025: A traditional trattoria, nestled in the Langhe hills. The owner is friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. The tasting menu is highly recommended: the trio of amazing appetizers, the exceptional pasta with ragù, and the unique main courses. It's clear that all the ingredients are local and delicious.

10/08/2025: I was out for a bike ride, stopped in Cavallermaggiore, and asked where a pizzeria was open. They recommended "Nonna Ciccia"... excellent pizza, fair prices, and very kind staff! Thanks also to the girl who recommended it to me.

11/11/2025: A lovely, cozy little place I discovered by chance, but I already know it'll become a regular! In addition to pizza and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, this restaurant offers some Sardinian specialties like culurgiones, which I found exceptional. I also enjoyed excellent cured meats and cheeses, and a delicious Cannonau. 🍷 The place is beautifully decorated and the owners are very kind. Fast service and unbeatable value. See you soon!

28/07/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato nell'agriturismo, che offre servizi di B&B. Il ristorante annesso offre un menu fisso molto completo e interessante. Da segnalare che la cena (e immagino anche il pranzo) viene servita per tutti alla stessa ora, il servizio è quindi allineato fra i vari tavoli. Il costo è veramente buono, perchè per 30 euro a testa io e mia moglie abbiamo mangiato 6 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi e un piatto di dolci, più il vino e l'acqua, e c'è anche un piccolo antipasto con salame e focaccia. Gli antipasti sono tutti di ottimo livello, in particolare si segnalano la parmigiana in sfoglia e uno sformato di erbette con fonduta. Il piatto migliore è stato uno dei due primi, tagliolini alla boscaiola, meno speciali gli agnolotti al sugo di arrosto (comunque buoni). I secondi erano prosciutto al forno con patate (ottime!) e coniglio (meno di spicco). Il tris di dolci era di buona qualità, tutto fatto in casa. Il personale è gentile, il servizio è casalingo ma offre cordialità e informazioni. Tra l'altro, dopo la maggior parte dei piatti, il personale offre il bis girando per i tavoli, ideale per mangiare una quantità maggiore dei piatti preferiti. Le quantità, considerando il gran numero di portate e la possibilità dei bis, soddisfano anche le forchette più insaziabili. Davvero un'ottima esperienza!

28/07/2025: Ci siamo recati presso questo agriturismo al ritorno dal mare, è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa, immerso nel verde molto curato e pulito, è veramente tante portate una più buona dell’altra tutto km 0 sapori di una volta eccellente davvero pure il conto è stata una sorpresa sicuramente torneremo con amici e parenti

15/11/2025: An unforgettable experience. We were in Saluzzo for my birthday... because we liked the lovely house, we went to the bar... everything was simply perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. After just a few minutes, we felt like part of the family... and by the next evening, we were practically part of the family. We're certain we'll be back to Saluzzo... and these people are the reason why. Sometimes in life, you meet people quite by chance... who are doing exactly the right thing in exactly the right place... pure passion! Keep up the great work... and wait for us... we'll be back!! 06/09/2025: When I have guests over for lunch at my company in Sant'Albano Stura, we usually come to this trattoria. Service is quick, and it's best to reserve a table; it's usually quite busy at lunchtime.

21/11/2025: We were here last night and were truly satisfied! The baked ula was delicious: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. To finish, we had the gelato, creamy and made with quality ingredients. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: Agriturismo nel vero senso della parola, cibo semplice ma di qualità, porzioni generose ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale in sala molto gentile, locale semplice ma pulito ed ordinato. Siamo stati piacevolmente impressionati da questa struttura, siamo decisamente fuori zona, ma se dovessimo ricapitare nelle vicinanze sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

28/04/2025: Il locale occupa la parte più elevata del piccolo borgo. Dal piazzaletto, dalla terrazza e dalla sala ristorante superba vista sul Castello che domina la collina antistante. La sala offre una quarantina di posti a sedere, piatti decorativi alle pareti, piccole collezioni (civette) e antichi oggetti sono esposti sulle mensole. Molto pulita e ben tenuta pure la toilette. La gestione familiare (mamma in cucina, papà e figlia di servizio ai tavoli) si distingue per cordialita e cortesia. Il nostro è un pranzo di gruppo con menù concordato (25 €). Tre antipasti: salumi di produzione propria (squisiti!), battuta al coltello con champignons, insalata russa ( buona e delicata). Quindi due primi: raviolini burro e salvia (fra i migliori che ricordi!) e tagliatelle ai funghi. Praticamente di tutto faccio il bis... Per il brasato con patate al forno quasi non c'è più posto, ma subito mi riscatto con i due dolci (bunet e torta bianca alle bocciole, molto buono entrambi). Che dire di più? Un appunto forse merita il vino, in bottiglia generica non meglio specificata. Per tutto il resto è di quei posti che vorresti ci fossero ovunque, dove brillano gentilezza e qualità dei prodotti.
