14/02/2026: We must not forget that Saluzzo is a small medieval town with a great history to tell. A history that also permeates its surroundings, places that speak of a bygone era and have the dimensions of that era. This pizzeria, with its spring-like name, perfectly represents this type of place from the past. In ancient times, it was certainly an inn just steps from Saluzzo Castle, and even today you can find it just outside the center. As for the pizza and other culinary offerings, I think I can safely say that they are excellent. Above all, they have their own personality. I've tasted a pizza and I can say it's "this place's pizza." And it's good.

31/01/2026: Group dinner on Friday night. We sat down at 8:30, orders were taken an hour later, and my boyfriend's dish was served at 11:00 (after asking the staff) because they forgot to order, while the others at the table had already finished theirs. The food was cold and dry, clearly forgotten.
No wait staff for subsequent orders. To finish, we had coffee at the perfect hour: 12:30-1:00 AM!!
Final review: Highly recommended, we won't be returning. You might have a bad night due to problems in the kitchen or the dining room, but this isn't our first bad experience.
18/01/2026: It's 11.45pm. I asked to go to the bathroom and was told that it had already been washed.

07/03/2026: I was here with my family this evening. We stopped here by chance, tried it, and I have to say we were very pleased with the quality of the food. Really, compliments! We'll be back tomorrow evening. Highly recommend.
14/02/2026: Good first and second courses but the service was a bit confused and the cover charge was excessive for the type of restaurant (3.50 per person).

04/01/2026: We arrived by chance for lunch, the staff were courteous, attentive and kind, the set menu was plentiful, excellent, highly recommended!!
12/12/2025: We were at the Fiera del Bue grasso in Carrù and stopped here for lunch. We ate good, easy-to-digest traditional cuisine, including the typical boiled meat, accompanied by white and red wines. The place was clean and the staff was quick. Price: €40.

24/08/2025: TOP trattoria, very kind welcoming and fabulous food... compliments to Mimmo Andrea and Claudia... highly recommended.
15/08/2025: Had lunch today, August 15th... an 11-course appetizer buffet, all you can eat... a grilled dish served at the table, and we ate half of what was served.
Desserts were a buffet, so all you can eat, six courses... what can I say? Many compliments to the chef, Claudia, and Andrea for the delicious food and the service... no small feat these days. The air conditioning in the dining room was perfect... the price? Fair for a lunch like this... I've been there before, I was there today, and I'll gladly return. Thank you.

18/08/2025: It was hot, 35°C outside and 33°C inside. The wine served was chilled from the fridge, but don't the bottles on display suffer?
We had to pick up the appetizers, including the cold cuts, by hand. It's not an oversight; it happened to other customers too.

Pizza: very tasty dough, a very large selection with many different ingredients.
But not only pizza. Lots of local antipasti, pasta, and seafood (the calamari, although frozen, was very tasty).

17/01/2026: I stumbled upon this little restaurant in the center of Fossano...very charming and quaint. The decor evokes the good old days, and the real gem is the pennant and scarf of the legendary Turin team. The food is truly delicious, plentiful, and of high quality. The owner and his wife are very friendly. I'll definitely be back.
04/01/2026: We happened upon this osteria by chance. It's a true osteria, both in terms of the setting, the service, the quality of the food, and the price. The host is very welcoming and witty, making you feel right at home. The place is very chic, frozen in time, with 20 seats, very characteristic. The food, in my opinion, is excellent: ravioli are delicious, both with tomato sauce and with sausage and leek, the veal with tuna sauce is fantastic, and the meat—well, the meat is grilled...over fire. I hope it stays that way forever. We'll recommend it and will definitely be back.
