Suggerito dal nostro hotel, con mia moglie siamo andati a cena in questo ottimo ristorante. Situato nella splendida piazzetta di Borgomale, questo locale è molto caratteristico ed allo stesso tempo particolarmente accogliente. Essendoci pochi tavoli il servizio è molto curato, con grande disponibilità del ristoratore. Ma è dalla cucina che arrivano le note oltremodo positive cioè i piatti della tradizione locale preparati con grande cura ed utilizzando materie prime del luogo di alta qualità. Alla fine, non siamo riusciti a fare una graduatoria dei piatti che abbiamo gustato in quanto erano uno migliore dell’altro. Dai classici Tajerin conditi con il tartufo o con il ragù in bianco, alla battuta di Fassona al vitello tonnato, dalla Bonet alla Torta di nocciole con lo Zabaione al Moscato. Una chicca: a cena finita e prima dei dolci ci siamo tolti uno sfizio ordinando i peperoni grigliati con la salsa di Topinambur, meravigliosi! Concludendo: una serata bellissima che ha reso ancora più indimenticabile il nostro viaggio in questa terra magica delle Langhe.

Located in the splendid square of Borgomale, this place is very characteristic and at the same time particularly welcoming. Since there are few tables, the service is very attentive, with great availability from the restaurateur. But it is from the kitchen that the extremely positive notes come, i.e. the traditional local dishes prepared with great care and using high quality local raw materials. In the end, we were unable to make a ranking of the dishes we tasted as each was better than the other. From the classic Tajerin seasoned with truffles or with white ragù, to the Fassona steak with veal with tuna sauce, from the Bonet to the hazelnut cake with Moscato zabaglione. A gem: once dinner was over and before the desserts we indulged ourselves by ordering the grilled peppers with Jerusalem artichoke sauce, wonderful! In conclusion: a beautiful evening that made our trip to this magical land of the Langhe even more unforgettable.
