14/10/2025: Disappointing! I don't know if they changed pizza chefs, but on Saturday night the pizzas hadn't risen at all. I make it much better at home. The ingredients on top were good, though... On the other hand, the atmosphere was very nice, well-restored.

17/09/2025: It's one of those places where you feel at home, unpretentious, perfect for unwinding. As soon as we were seated, they offered us a delicious cured meat as an appetizer, a gesture I greatly appreciated and which kicked off the meal in the best possible way. I then continued with the trio of appetizers, a choice that proved to be a winner. I chose the pepper risotto, cooked to perfection, al dente, and the sweet flavor of the peppers was intense and enveloping, complemented by the goat's blue cheese, which beautifully contrasted the risotto. The dish that, despite its simplicity, struck me as delicious was the tagliolini with sausage ragù, an excellent choice. The fresh pasta paired perfectly with the flavorful and rich ragù. Everything was accompanied by a delicious Dolcetto wine. I was able to enjoy lunch calmly, in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We finished with a plate of fried porcini mushrooms, incredible, delicious, and crunchy. Average price €25 per person. An ideal place for those looking for home-cooked food and a lunch with friends or family.

06/08/2025: Dopo il pranzo consumato il 14 luglio scorso, nel locale, non posso che confermare le 5 meritate stelle con un rapporto qualità prezzo molto molto favorevole. Il contesto e l'ambiente sono accoglienti, il servizio è buono e la cucina è ottima. Il menu è tradizionale e ricco ma, soprattutto, fatto con ingredienti selezionati con cura ed altrettanto sapientemente preparati (niente di eccessivo o "coprente). Tutti i piatti sono stati molto apprezzati, c'è sempre un tocco di personalità. Ho trovato spettacolari i primi che consiglio di assaggiare prima di aggiungere il formaggio. Della nostra piccola comitiva faceva parte anche un'addetta ai lavori, che è sempre severamente critica. In questa occasione ha riscontrato che: qualità e preparazione erano ottimi e, lo ha fatto con soddisfazione, consumando tutte le portate ed anche con parecchi bis (cosa per lei assai rara). Altra cosa molto apprezzabile e che dopo questa gran bella mangiata, nessuno ha avuto problemi di pesantezza (tranne la mia bilancia). Pensando che tra non molto, la nostra amata terra proporrà nuovi frutti e che il contesto si tingerà di altri colori, torneremo senz'altro e con maggior tempo a disposizione, a far visita a "La Mesa Verde".

22/06/2025: Siamo venuti in questo agriturismo per il nostro anniversario spinti dalle ottime recensioni ricevute. Devo dire che non siamo rimasti assolutamente delusi ma le cinque stelle le meritano tutte specialmente per la qualità della cucina. Gli antipasti tutti ottimi, ma su tutti uno eccelleva ovvero l’insalata di pollo con sedano, formaggi e nocciole veramente ottima. Due primi, uno più buono dell’altro: dal plin burro e salvia ai tajarin al ragù. Di secondo un ottimo stracotto accompagnato da patate al forno e zucchine fritte. Per il dessert un semifreddo alla nocciola buonissimo e una macedonia fresca, concludeva la cena. Da notare che per ogni portata chiedevano se si voleva il bis. Noi abbiamo pernottato in una loro stanza e la mattina ci ha aspettato un’ottima e abbondante colazione. Senza contate che i proprietari sono disponibili e molto accoglienti. Torneremo senz’altro.

22/08/2025: We had a delicious pizza after a day of riding. The service was very prompt, friendly, cheerful, and spoke good English. To finish, we had the homemade tiramisu.

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, my review isn't positive. I ordered takeout pizzas. They were delivered 35 minutes late. We ordered six pizzas and only five were delivered. The pizza was cold, so it wasn't good. No answer on the phone after countless calls during the wait. For the record, we were refunded the money for the missing pizza, plus an extra charge.

21/07/2025: Il locale è curatissimo ed è un piacere per la vista prima che per il gusto. Carta dei vini profonda e ricercata. Cucina ottima, servizio veloce e impeccabile, oltre che sorridente.

01/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un breve week end nella splendida Val Maira. Una valle forse meno esplorata ma ricchissima di storia e tradizione. In ogni angolo ho ritrovato dettagli di un passato prezioso. Siamo stati ospiti della Locanda Lou Pitavin. La locanda è INCANTEVOLE. I proprietari hanno svolto un lavoro di recupero accurato e rispettoso. Ogni dettaglio è davvero eccezionale dalla stanza di lettura, alle sale destinate a pranzi, cene e colazioni. Il calore, l'eleganza informale, il profumo del legno, pervadono tutti gli spazi. Anche il giardino esterno con piante aromatiche, rose, fiori e il prato curatissimo, invitano alle passeggiate scalzi. E naturalmente la colazione e la cena servite con una mise en place conviviale e distinta. Le portate della tradizione sono di livello eccelso e servite in maniera impeccabile. Ottima carta dei vini. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e attento. Noi abbiamo pernottato nelle camere condivise "Ensemo", posto tappa per le passeggiate. Le camere condivise sono spaziose, molto pulite e i bagni (uno in ogni camera) grandi e ben congegnati. Anche i prodotti per il messi a disposizione, sapone e shampo, profumano di pulito e di montagna. Mi sfugge qualcosa? Non ho visto le camere dei piani superiori ma sono certa che non tradirebbero le aspettative

11/10/2025: It's simply perfect. The place is beautiful, very well-kept, and the staff is kind, helpful, and always smiling. The menu truly caters to everyone. For starters, being a pub, they have a nice selection of beers. The wood-fired pizza is delicious, thin and made with excellent ingredients. The meat is truly excellent, tender, and cooked to perfection. We tried their gnocchi alla bava, which were truly delicious. We also loved the desserts. The Bunet was perfectly made, as was the cheesecake. Highly recommended, especially for the quality/portion/price ratio!!!

14/09/2025: The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice. Definitely a place to return to again and again.

28/11/2025: Excellent lunch, but the place was poorly heated. A request to turn on a fan next door was ignored. I ate in my coat. For the second course, 5, I mean 5 thin triangles of polenta... come on, the polenta is free!!! Why do you get so worked up about these trifles... we're not in Genoa!
