13/12/2025: Delicious traditional Piedmontese cuisine with homemade secrets. We tried the guinea fowl and risotto, both spectacular. (Don't order breakfast because they're very generous.) The place is very welcoming and the service is excellent.

13/01/2026: Want to feel like you're part of history? Then you should visit this hotel. It's located in a former monastery, over 400 years old. History truly comes alive here, with stone staircases, vaults, and arches—an integral part of history where you can stay and experience it. The hotel also has a beautiful hall in a former church, perfect for events and banquets. The rooms are clean, very warm, and equipped with everything you need. A minibar is included. The breakfasts are delicious and balanced, with fresh bread and locally produced cheese worthy of special mention. There's also a pool and sauna, but you need to book in advance. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall, a good hotel, I highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: We've been wanting to go to Nuova Società for a long time....finally! Simple food, unique in its home-cooked goodness...a typical dish that's sometimes forgotten...thank goodness not here! We would have tried everything on the menu, but alas, who'll ever go back to work? Compliments to the Chef! The girls are very kind and well-organized in managing the dining room. Congratulations, we'll be back soon.

05/02/2026: Welcoming place, professional, and friendly staff. No architectural barriers. Convenient parking (maximum stay 1 hour); another free parking lot with plenty of spaces is a few steps away. Excellent coffee, and the outdoor seating area is also usable in the winter (on sunny days) thanks to its sheltered location. Excellent!

11/02/2026: We dropped in after a very positive experience by chance a few months ago. We returned, and as soon as we entered, the owner greeted us warmly and with exceptional friendliness. He listened to our requests and immediately set to work preparing our cocktails with great skill! The result? Truly excellent! The appetizers on the accompanying plate were also delicious. Everything was wonderfully accompanied by excellent blues music chosen for us by the owner, which we greatly appreciated. The young staff were friendly and very kind! Thank you. See you soon! I highly recommend it!

17/02/2026: Poor service, as the girl serving us rudely served the wine, dropped the table decorations and forks, and was careless about everything. She brought the meat to the grill with boiling oil splashing all over us. Otherwise, I had a fondue appetizer with a soft-boiled egg that was brought frozen, and my girlfriend had a flan, also frozen. The first courses were nothing special, and the meat was nothing special. The price was very high for what I ate, the only redeeming feature being the location.

11/01/2026: Review only for the restaurant. But I gave the rooms 5 stars on trust. Excellent raw materials. Bra sausage was so fresh I think it was made an hour earlier. Spectacular Fassona tartare. Ravioli with a very tasty filling. Delicious tajarin. Paired with a truly fantastic 2020 Montalupa red from Ascheri. A very delicate layered pear dessert served with a selection of surprising Chinato vermouths. The service from the two young men was truly impeccable, precise, and courteous. Truly knowledgeable, small touches that make the difference between a waiter and a professional. Fair price. The place is dated but essential and clean, and it should be that way to make customers understand that 100-plus years of history of this place should not be erased with a risky renovation. WELL DONE. Our compliments. Highly recommended!!!!!
