04/09/2025: I went for dinner. From a wide selection of traditional cuisine and pizzas, I opted for a pizza. It was good, with high crusts and excellent toppings. The staff was courteous and friendly. A good place for a simple dinner.

07/08/2025: We had dinner one evening with friends. The pizzas were delicious, and so were the desserts. It's a simple, fairly large place. Welcoming, with friendly staff.

03/08/2025: Family Sunday with kids. The food at this agriturismo is exceptional! Excellent value for money. Various activities for children and adults alike. Nearby is the agrilbar nestled in the woods, run by the same family, where you can spend the afternoon relaxing, with a mini adventure park for kids and a large play area. The ideal location for a day out.

22/04/2025: Restaurant in Savigliano that makes the difference, starters different from the usual ones offered, delicious first courses, good second courses and fantastic desserts!!! Highly recommended!!!!

15/08/2025: We went to this restaurant to introduce it to some friends. We had a great time; the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The price was also not to be underestimated: €20 for four appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert. I complimented the chef, who was truly kind. I recommend it to everyone. Plus, it's located in Chianale, a charming village.

18/09/2025: We had dinner and stayed overnight with the family during our visit to the Vicoforte fair. The tasting menu was excellent, and the room we were assigned was super clean, complete with everything we needed. Mr. Guido and his entire staff were extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely return as soon as possible to taste their excellent local products...!!!

15/09/2025: On our way back from a trip to Upega, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the valley. On Sundays, they only offer a tasting menu, which includes six appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert, including wine and water. All for €35. The price is fair for the quality and quantity. The staff is attentive and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is almost always fully booked. I highly recommend it.

04/10/2025: Very clean and spacious place in the center of Barge. It's quite difficult to find parking nearby. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. The homemade dishes are well-presented with fresh ingredients, but very bland. The appetizers are good! The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, without Castelmagno cheese, but with solera cream. The main courses were good but lacked flavor. There's a lot of potential and effort from everyone, and I'm sure I can do much better! The prices are fair. I recommend booking!

01/10/2025: I stand by my previous review. The dishes are well-cooked, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is very attentive and prompt... It's a pleasure to dine in a place where you get the feeling of people working hard! We'll be back and will gladly continue to promote you.

21/09/2025: Located in a former noble residence, it has recently been renovated, offering every comfort. Family-run, it's practically in the center of Dronero, yet quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. An extra word about the restaurant: traditional dishes and truly excellent pizzas! Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: We booked a room about six weeks in advance and were asked to pay a €50 deposit. Within a week we had to cancel this reservation, along with several others. Unlike all the other Refugios and Locandas, who refunded our deposits without hesitation, this place refused to return the €50. This attitude does not reflect the spirit of Valle Maira and is, frankly, an embarrassment for the region. It makes one wonder whether the owner truly has roots in this beautiful valley. If possible, avoid staying here — they do not represent the hospitality this area is known for.

28/08/2025: The staff were helpful, extremely kind, and friendly. Super clean! Excellent cuisine, combining authentic local products with the chef's creativity! Spectacular location for the views and a strategic location for excursions, both by car and especially on foot... I highly recommend it!

12/10/2025: The boiled meat is the great disappointment, served dry, and not in the typical trolley, rubbery cotechino, tough tongue, lean head, in the great Piedmontese boiled meat the green and red sauce is included, not the green sauce, which is something else, 4 boiled meats for 4 adults, and little more than a cup of coffee for the sauces, too little, if I wanted to eat a boiled meat like this I would have gone to Veneto or Emilia, not to Carrù, the world home of boiled meat, very disappointed
