02/11/2025: Mrs. Cinzia and her family hosted us at their property in the Varaita Valley. We immediately felt the warmth of home, kindness, and sweetness. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, with delicious homemade desserts. For lunch, she delighted us with local products and traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by her. We were truly delighted.
17/09/2025: We spent one night in this wonderful property. The room was clean and very spacious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Mrs. Cinzia was truly kind! We had dinner on the property, featuring excellent local food. Both dinner and breakfast were highly praised by us adults and our daughter! We will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: The best pizza I've ever tasted. I found this address through a friend who lives in the village.
A wonderful place where the welcome and quality of the food are impeccable.
The managers are very friendly, and the service is very fast!
They serve regional dishes, including fried fish... a real treat! All the dishes are hearty and very affordable!
Highly recommended!
Don't forget to stroll through the small streets of this charming village.

05/03/2026: Here you'll find the authenticity of the Alta Langa. Something precious that everyone seeks. My mother told me that everything has remained the same as it was many years ago. The decor is very simple, and the dishes are reminiscent of the Langa. For 15 euros for lunch, we quickly get an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, water, coffee, and a liter of house wine. Which one? We're in the Alta Langa, of course: the beloved Dolcetto. The service is kind, fast, and attentive. Well done.
02/03/2026: We were there yesterday, a group of friends, impeccable service and kindness, the food really good, you can taste the authenticity and quality everything made by them with passion and love... and you can taste it... We will definitely see each other again.

07/03/2026: This was my second visit to this place. The boiled meat was good, served directly from the trolley with seven different sauces and some truly tasty mashed potatoes. I asked if they had tortellini in broth as a first course, thinking it was a given, but they didn't—a real shame.
My cousin had a plate of gnocchi with raw butter. Two things to consider: the first was that they were ravioli della Val Variata, and the second was that there was a truly paltry amount of butter. We asked the waitress for a little more butter, and she did. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'd definitely go back if I understood.

22/09/2025: It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms.
Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients.
The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion.
The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character.
The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.

I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.
