They also produce delicious and beautiful ice cream cakes (in the photo the one for Mother's Day 2025). Super recommended!! Congratulations to Enrico and Elena for their friendliness! My absolute favorite ice cream shop! 🇮🇹

16/04/2025: Midweek dinner with friends, always looking for historic restaurants. In Centallo in the lower Piedmont area this place from times gone by. Nothing modern just the scent of ancient times and good food. Warm, almost familiar welcome, happy to see us, well aware that we came from far away. Small entree and immediately the main dish: risotto with brown stock. Unspeakable, unparalleled, just good, good, a caress for the palate. Second a very simple tripe gratinated in the oven. What can I say, these two dishes are already worth the trip. Great wine list and great passion of the owners: the chef and his lady in the dining room. A compliment to them for their tenacity and exquisite hospitality. Well done

22/10/2024: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the San Carlo. The hotel is cozy and clean. In the evening we had an outstanding “Tartufo Experience” menu. You can tell how much love and appreciation goes into cooking here. The ingredients were local and fresh, everything was beautifully prepared and served with a top wine recommendation. Paola and Carlo are warm hosts, you immediately feel welcome and in good hands.

18/05/2025: It’s almost a shame to leave a review for L’Bunet, for Emilio and his wonderful hospitality. Because when you discover a place like this, it’s like having come into contact with a precious secret that you would like to keep all to yourself. The dinner with the window overlooking an incredible view of the Langhe is perfect in every aspect: the excellent raw materials, the tasty and light recipes, the wine well recommended by the host, excellent as well. And to follow, after a walk in the village of Bergolo, a night of rest in absolute silence. The breakfast the next day is the perfect farewell, to leave with the desire to return soon. Thanks and compliments to Emilio.

11/06/2025: Great discovery!! Simple, homely and delicious cuisine. I had dinner here with my family during a stay in the town of Barge and this trattoria gave a special touch to the weekend. Helpful, smiling and attentive staff. Fast (but not too much) in the service. The atmosphere is very simple and informal. We ordered two mixed appetizers with which we ate comfortably for four, three first courses and two second courses with side dishes. Four desserts, water and house wine. The bill did not exceed 70 euros! Genuine and tasty dishes without frills but with a lot of substance, just the right portions. You really feel at grandma's house. I would return to Barge just for them. Very good!

11/05/2025: The staff and management were simply exquisite!....I was there recently with some colleagues for lunch and we also ate very well! I'm a vegetarian and I must say that it was very good and I didn't miss anything....I will absolutely go back!

And the service was truly a pleasure. €60.00 for four people... It was a pleasure to spend every cent, because we were there with family from Brazil and I can truly say: It was a spectacular experience! I recommend you!

11/05/2025: We celebrated our daughter's Confirmation at the Balestrone Restaurant in Ruffia and we can only express our full satisfaction! The place is very beautiful, with attention to detail and equipped with a truly welcoming outdoor area, perfect for the welcome aperitif which was served outdoors. The menu was excellent, with tasty dishes, well presented and served with great professionalism. Each course fully satisfied all guests, both in terms of quality and quantity. Special thanks go to the owner, Oscar, a truly kind person, helpful and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for any type of event or even just for a special dinner: we will definitely be back!

19/05/2025: The IL MULETTO restaurant is a true gem hidden in the Piedmont countryside. As soon as you enter you are enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with original wooden tables from the past, lived in, paintings hanging on the walls, a pheasant peeking from up there, therefore a rustic environment but cared for in the smallest details. The kind Signora Maria, the cook of the house, in addition to having golden hands, is authenticity in person, she personally takes care of the preparation of all the dishes, thus guaranteeing quality and freshness of the ingredients. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. The guests were people who love to eat, for them, the culinary experience and the quality of the food are the priorities. The dinner was a true triumph of flavors, simple but tasty dishes that tell the culinary tradition of the area. We spent an unforgettable evening, between laughter and good food, in the company of friends. A restaurant to discover! Heartfelt thanks to Signora Maria, Daniela and Eva!

29/03/2025: Sono daccordo con tutte le recensioni positive presenti in merito a ambiente, cibo e cordialità, però santo cielo questi lo scontrino o la ricevuta non sanno manco lontanamente che cosa sia. Il bancomat non esiste, solo contanti...... Guardate che il registratore di cassa non è un optional !!!

29/03/2025: An absolute gem! The homemade food is scrumptious…the ravioli, in particular, are a must-try. Pair that with stunning views from the terrace and exceptional service, and you have a fab dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The dishes were delicious and prepared in an excellent way… with very fresh products! The manager treated us very well and pampered us like we hadn't in a long time! I absolutely recommend it! Very good quality and price! We will definitely be back!
