24/08/2024: I returned after some time and I must say that the experience was excellent.
Really well created and very good dishes (perhaps the best Tajarin in the area), with quality ingredients, exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
The desserts are absolutely worth trying!
Truly compliments for the menu choices and for the attention to the customer shown (entree, pre-dessert and final small pastry are real gems!).
I will definitely come back!
19/08/2024: La creatività, la volontà di non essere banale, l'estro e la ricerca delle materie prime; questo è quanto ho riscontrato in questo locale. E non è poco. Non sempre ci si imbatte in menu legati alla tradizione ma soprattutto inperniati sulla capacità di creare; non voglio fare il solito elenco di piatti e relativi nomi. Posso solo dire che bisogna provare per comprendere. Bene il servizio , bene anche i prezzi, Complimenti sinceri !

20/08/2024: Sometimes it is difficult to explain why a restaurant serves better food and why? Details in the dishes are so very good, no fuss, but everything elegant and excellent. Even the simplest dishes are mind blowing. Nice wine list, friendly service.

30/07/2024: We had dinner on Saturday night for my birthday. Everything was perfect, we opted for the à la carte menu! The plin are the best I have ever eaten! The language is also very particular. The bill is absolutely in line with the quality: 120 each considering that we got a 70 euro bottle and 3 dishes each! It's worth the trip. Curious to try the fried food
24/07/2024: Really first class, creative and special food. An unforgettable experience. The wine recommendation is also excellent, local wines from small wineries. The family is very warm and the service is wonderful.
Candles on the table and some fresh flowers would complete the place

12/07/2024: We have been traveling in Northern Italy for over a week and have dined at Michelin rated restaurants, Mom and Pop spaghetti places and storefronts that sell calzones. This was the best experience we had. The setting is spectacular with great views. I had lobster, wife had sole, we started with the croque Monsieur Italiano that was spectacular. The amuse bouches (two) were superb. Wine list is unlimited. Well done Otto

27/07/2024: Our family dined here in 2010 with my father and host Luciano turned the evening into our most memorable meal in italy, we came back this year 14 years later unfortunately without my Dad , Luciano is still as entertaining as ever the food is local and superb and Ostu Di Djun is not to be missed. A special place

29/07/2024: Was für ein köstlicher Abend. Wenige Tische, aufmerksame Kellner (m/f) und ein abwechslungsreiches Menü. Für Ravioli Liebhaber sind die Agnolotti Del Plin unverzichtbar.
Tipps: a. Reserviert einen Tisch nicht bei einer Klimaanlage, b. das Weinpaaring zum Menu war passend, spannend und preislich fair, c. DAS Dessert war super köstlich:-)

The environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for special dinners. The service is professional and courteous. Highly recommended for those looking for the best of Piedmontese cuisine in a beautiful place. I especially recommend the vitello with tuna sauce and the guinea fowl.

01/07/2024: bellissimo casale perfettamente restaurato sulla cima della collina . vista aerea sulle valli e sui vigneti . stupefacente la visione sia dalla veranda che dalle vetrate al primo piano del ristorante . menu' tipico del territorio .ottimi e ben presentati i preantipasti. buoni i tagliolini anche se avrei preferito un poì di piu' di carattere . servizio attento e disponibile . bagno spazioso e pulito . da tornare
28/05/2024: La mia recensione riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, siamo stati bene e coccolati dal personale di sala, che tra l’altro molto preparato. Abbiamo preso il caffè fuori nel dehors che hanno, per godersi la bella vista e la bella giornata. Non posso dire niente di negativo; potrei solo suggerire, siccome avevo visto un reel su Instagram di alcuni piatti di cui( la lasagnetta) sarebbe meglio tenerla nel menù mi sarebbe piaciuto provarla . Per il resto tutto perfetto . Ci torneremo.

Abbiamo prenotato chiedendo un tavolo tranquillo xche abbiamo anche una cagnolina con noi, ci è stato fatto scegliere e abbiamo avuto Un tavolo con vista e spazio abbondante x Margot.

18/08/2024: Tutto perfetto dal cibo al servizio e alla cortesia ,bravi! Solo un pensiero : magari io sono all' antica ma le tovaglie mi piacciono ancora, mangiare senza ,direttamente sul tavolo insomma...ora va di moda e sicuramente impegna molto meno però un bel tovagliato...
