31/01/2025: As always, a pleasant evening, in which we felt pampered by the staff and the food. The attention to detail and to the customer is exceptional and the dishes are exquisite. The menu is seasonal and surprises you every time. Super recommended!

08/01/2025: Situé à côté de notre logement, j'y suis allé avec une petite de 4 ans le soir de notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis de manière formidable, vraiment. Et là cuisine était excellente, fine et savoureuse. J'espère y revenir dès que possible.

18/11/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant with an à la carte menu and were pleasantly surprised. Unusual proposals and combinations, well-presented dishes, friendly and kind staff. Also excellent entrée and small pastries offered.

31/12/2024: Unique experience! We had dinner with them on Saturday 28 December and it was a 360 degree sensorial experience, my husband and I were enraptured by the attention to every detail: from the delicacy of the most refined preparations to the choice of excellent raw materials in the simplest ones like the rigorously artisanal plans or the very high quality salted butter that accompanied them... A cuddle in all respects. A couple of young guys, in love with their work and life, who communicated their enthusiasm through the kindness with which they accompanied us in explaining the dishes and guided us in the wine pairing proposals made everything magical. A journey of discovery through refined cuisine, which combines the valorization of the territory with French influences. Wonderful Rossini fillet. Thank you for everything, we will be back with pleasure. Carla & Paolo

29/12/2024: Authentic and creative Piedmontese cuisine, attentive room service. We liked it so much that we went back the next day.

18/12/2024: Superb and captivating menu but inadequate, cold and detached hospitality. We had the feeling that the waiters were in a hurry to finish the service as soon as possible. The pace of lunch was too fast, with practically no breaks and very short times between one course and another (aperitif and amouse bouche present on the table before we even closed the menu to order) The icing on the cake: the second time we were asked for coffees, we agreed to have them brought to us and the waiter, turning towards the bar, exclaimed loudly: "bro, make 2 coffees" Unfortunately we found this gesture and the service in general to be inelegant for a 2 Michelin star, a shame because the dishes served are truly excellent and of high quality.

26/11/2024: It is certainly a pleasant experience, the cuisine is interesting and very careful in its presentation, the wine list is exceptional. One point of improvement is the service as being a 2 Michelen star the customer expects fewer mistakes and more attention to detail

10/01/2025: Very nice and clean place, it feels like entering a private home, the very kind and friendly owner is the Queen of the house. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, obviously including the classic Carrù boiled meat. The prices are slightly high but given the quality of the raw materials they are correct. The even more beautiful note is that he gave me the opportunity to stop and sleep in his garden with the camper, so I could taste his excellent wine. I will definitely be back!

22/12/2024: An apparently simple but very refined place, sober but welcoming and with attention to every detail, recently renovated. Upstairs small two-room B&B. Vaulted ceilings and very accurate details, from the cupboards to the bathroom to the decorative furniture. Small creative, elegant touches, placed in an only apparently random way. Professional, competent and extremely courteous staff. Table service with attention to the smallest details. Presentation of dishes with refined touches. Very courteous chef and very willing to exchange opinions, questions, explanations and mutual anecdotes. We had a more than pleasant chat for over an hour. Truly remarkable Nebbiolo wine. Superfine foods, from tasty to delicate ones, the boiled menu is abundant with a choice of 6 different sauces, each with a very pleasant flavour. Food all sourced from neighboring areas. From the first courses, to the second courses with side dishes, to the dessert: a feast for the palate. Structure immersed in an almost bucolic context despite the cold season. Outdoor tables with an inviting and pleasant air for an experience of quiet serenity. An experience absolutely to be repeated with extreme satisfaction.

22/12/2024: Deluso. Locale carino, isolato sulle colline delle Langhe e con una discreta vista. Menù tartufo prenotato per la tavolata. Tartare con tartufo discreta. Pasta fatta in casa con tartufo appiccicosa e poco saporita. Uova in tegamino al tartufo probabilmente ripassate in forno stracotte. Gelato per dessert buono ma sempre un gelato. Conto molto alto.

14/12/2024: Very disappointing experience in this restaurant. Sitting down with two people at a large round table with only a napkin and a water glass on the table is not really inviting to take a seat. We thought for a moment that they had forgotten to cover them, but we didn't. The two chairs were practically in the curtains. No welcoming feeling at all. A little more than a base was served in the glass of champagne. When the glass was emptied we were served some snacks with no taste at all. The dishes we chose were not tasty or at least beautifully presented. As a final dish we had an unimaginative cheese platter consisting of poorly cut slices of parmesan Swiss and English cheese, among others, and to think that so many delicious cheeses are made in Piedmont. We were asked if we wanted bread, which we think is an unnecessary question in such a restaurant, just give it as well as a lick of honey or jam. About 6 people in the service got in each other's way, led by a non-Italian waiter who was incredibly nonchalant and incompetent, for example holding the bottle of water and wine at the opening with his bare hands to pour. So no atmosphere and no good food and no good service. A lot of staff also in the kitchen, but what remains a mystery to us. Not recommended.

11/01/2025: Definitely a great experience. Young and kind staff, a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, with that soft elegance that doesn't scream, but makes the difference. What makes the difference is the presentation of the dishes, all of a good standard. Excellent choice of wines. Adequate prices

07/01/2025: More than worthy restaurant. Cozy and well-kept place, impeccable and very attentive service. Warmed by the warmth of the lit fireplace we were able to taste traditional dishes cooked very well. The fassona tartare, the potato and hazelnut gnocchi stuffed with cheese and the legendary butter tagliatelle are highly recommended. We have added some excellent prized white truffles. The desserts are also of a high standard. All accompanied by an excellent Barolo. Amazing lunch. Costs in line with how much eaten. Honest
