Naturally, the meal is a journey through blends of flavors and aromas, it is worth as an experience guided by those who wanted, sought and proposed it. All seasoned with attention to detail, cordiality and the desire to explain and communicate. It is worth trying. It will not be the restaurant for everyone, but for those who want something different, this is the right place, at least in the area.

22/04/2025: Chocolate is a journey through time, every bite takes you back to when you were a boy, but finding such sublime quality assembled with the skill of a master pastry chef is a rarity. My travels through time with the Fagiolo Piero pastry shop and chocolate shop are quite frequent and are an alternation between chocolate and wonderful cakes. The owners know how to satisfy all tastes with extreme professionalism, even those of the most demanding palates. Highly recommended pastry shop.

01/06/2025: Excellent lunch in the Langhe! Everything was perfect, from the dishes to the service. We booked at the last minute and they still managed to satisfy any request, even that of ALWAYS providing an alternative for celiac guests, which is absolutely not a given. Well done!

13/04/2025: Ristorante elegante un po’ retrò con servizio impeccabile. Si apre con una serie di assaggini di antipasti offerti molto particolari (ottima la ciliegia con una mousse deliziosa all’interno). Tra i primi segnalo Plin ripieni di burro e acciughe (TOP) e tra i secondi faccio fatica a segnalarne uno in particolare, sia la guancia, sia lo scamone che il filetto erano sublimi. Il dolce che mi ha impressionato di più e la loro cheesecake. Si chiude con piccola pasticceria offerta dalla casa. Ottimo barbera di una cantina vicina “Gabriele Cordero”. Prezzo 85€ a testa

17/03/2025: Non sono solita scrivere lunghe recensioni. Questo locale, peraltro, non avrebbe bisogno di recensioni. La (meritatissima!) stella Michelin parla da sé. Ma questa volta voglio dilungarmi perché tutto è stato molto al di sopra delle mie aspettative (che erano molto alte!). Premetto che non sono una fan del fritto misto, ma volevo provarlo nel suo "tempio". Qualunque recensione di questo fritto è riduttiva: è semplicemente PERFETTO, in tutti i suoi aspetti (qualità delle materie prime, quantità, frittura, giusto bilanciamento tra le varie portate, impanatura, leggerezza, salse di accompagnamento: TUTTO perfetto). Inoltre, cantina interessantissima e ottime guide per la scelta dei vini. Oltre alla cucina, però, l'atmosfera di questo locale è veramente unica. Servizio impeccabile professionalmente e umanamente caloroso. Un'attenzione ed un'accoglienza per l'ospite che raramente ho trovato altrove. Ringrazio, quindi, Il Sig. Enrico e tutto lo staff di sala per la loro passione e per averci regalato un'esperienza indimenticabile! Esperienza che non vediamo l'ora di ripetere, curiosi di provare anche il menu alla carta.

05/05/2025: L'offerta è ricca di piatti legati alla tradizione piemontese, esposti con chiarezza anche agli stranieri (nella loro lingua), con qualche originalità. Mia moglie ha optato per il "piatto dell'Orso" (in foto), io per tris di antipasti, uno dei secondi del giorno (coscia di anatra all'arancia) e dolce, il tutto accompagnato da un Nebbiolo robusto, suggerito dal cameriere. Tutto preparato con cura, servito con competenza, attenzione e simpatia dal personale di sala. Le porzioni generose ci hanno fatto rimandare l'assaggio di altre interessanti proposte alla prossima occasione. In conclusione: voto massimo alla prima esperienza, meritatissimo. E' preferibile prenotare in anticipo.

12/05/2025: Qué hallazgo increíble. Acabábamos de caminar 12 km y nos sentíamos un poco cansados cuando nos topamos con esta fantástica joya de un restaurante. Dos hermanos lo dirigen y eran muy acogedores a los viajeros cansados. La comida era excelente, así como el vino de rosa. También aprendimos sobre los diversos festivales gastronómicos de la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente este gran restaurante!

Here you don't eat and drink only EXCELLENT PRODUCTS, but we feed on a very rare and, in these times, almost extinct ingredient: KINDNESS, THE SINCERE AFFECTION of hospitality! In your work - which I know is very demanding and tiring - you always have a smile and kind and sincere words. (With the people around, sometimes, it's not at all easy to stay jovial and kind...) In everything you do, the DEEP LOVE for your roots shines through, which has kept you intact and genuine. 30/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti da Luciano, una persona simpaticissima, il cui calore e ospitalità rendono il benvenuto davvero speciale. La cucina è tipica e familiare: qui la qualità non si misura in termini di alta cucina, ma in una semplice eccellenza, fatta di genuinità e sapori autentici. Che dire del resto? Lasciatevi consigliare da lui se volete trascorrere una serata all’insegna della convivialità, in un luogo dove l’atmosfera e la location esprimono perfettamente questo spirito. I vini sono ottimi e gli antipasti… beh, non hanno fatto altro che prolungare il piacere di un’esperienza davvero godibile. Consiglio prenotate in largo anticipo se non volete rimanere a bocca vuota.

01/05/2025: Discovered thanks to some Instagram advisors. I called to book and, with extreme kindness, the owner reserved a table for us for the following day. Welcomed with warmth and availability, the menu is displayed to us! We decide on 2 starters and 2 first courses. 4 exceptional dishes! All accompanied by two truly special wines recommended by Mr. Flavio. Even though I'm not from the area, I highly recommend it! In fact, I'll tell you, I think it will become a fixed stop on a constant basis. It's the classic place where you wish the dishes wouldn't end. Truly spectacular!

01/05/2025: Flavio is a gifted host. It's really fun to eat with him. The cuisine is excellent and the wine selection is exquisite. Unfortunately we don't go to Piedmont that often 😭.
