28/12/2024: ... it's better to go there now, before they get a Michelin star and are forced to increase prices :) Lots of choice of meat-free dishes, a rarity in Piedmont. Everything really delicious; service a little too formal for my tastes but, indeed, for my tastes.

18/11/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant with an à la carte menu and were pleasantly surprised. Unusual proposals and combinations, well-presented dishes, friendly and kind staff. Also excellent entrée and small pastries offered.

The environment is quiet, well-kept and clean! The staff is kind and ready to receive you and welcome you with a smile. Excellent wine list. 05/12/2024: Locale accogliente ma un po’ troppo classico Buoni i piatti scelti sia primi che secondi Una osservazione: per quanto concerne utilizzo del tartufo bianco avrei preferito che avessero pesato il prodotto utilizzato come peraltro fanno in altri locali della zona Langhe Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ troppo alto

18/12/2024: Superb and captivating menu but inadequate, cold and detached hospitality. We had the feeling that the waiters were in a hurry to finish the service as soon as possible. The pace of lunch was too fast, with practically no breaks and very short times between one course and another (aperitif and amouse bouche present on the table before we even closed the menu to order) The icing on the cake: the second time we were asked for coffees, we agreed to have them brought to us and the waiter, turning towards the bar, exclaimed loudly: "bro, make 2 coffees" Unfortunately we found this gesture and the service in general to be inelegant for a 2 Michelin star, a shame because the dishes served are truly excellent and of high quality.

26/11/2024: It is certainly a pleasant experience, the cuisine is interesting and very careful in its presentation, the wine list is exceptional. One point of improvement is the service as being a 2 Michelen star the customer expects fewer mistakes and more attention to detail

05/12/2024: I haven't done reviews for a while, but when I go to these restaurants, I have to!! attentive, competent service in a beautiful tavern... combined with a fantastic wine list, for an enthusiast, with more than honest prices and I ate really well!! 14/12/2024: Very disappointing experience in this restaurant. Sitting down with two people at a large round table with only a napkin and a water glass on the table is not really inviting to take a seat. We thought for a moment that they had forgotten to cover them, but we didn't. The two chairs were practically in the curtains. No welcoming feeling at all. A little more than a base was served in the glass of champagne. When the glass was emptied we were served some snacks with no taste at all. The dishes we chose were not tasty or at least beautifully presented. As a final dish we had an unimaginative cheese platter consisting of poorly cut slices of parmesan Swiss and English cheese, among others, and to think that so many delicious cheeses are made in Piedmont. We were asked if we wanted bread, which we think is an unnecessary question in such a restaurant, just give it as well as a lick of honey or jam. About 6 people in the service got in each other's way, led by a non-Italian waiter who was incredibly nonchalant and incompetent, for example holding the bottle of water and wine at the opening with his bare hands to pour. So no atmosphere and no good food and no good service. A lot of staff also in the kitchen, but what remains a mystery to us. Not recommended.

28/11/2024: We went to Nazionale for my husband's birthday and it was a pleasant surprise. Cozy environment, and every dish top marks! I fell in love with the “chiodini e safferano” dish, as well as the “under the snow” dessert. Really kind sommelier who also showed us some particularities of the chosen wine Innovative combinations and really to my tastes We will be back soon, thanks!
