26/12/2025: We had lunch à la carte. The food was quality, using local ingredients, and the service was excellent. The only criticism was that the waiter was overly ceremonious. A must-try for anyone who loves Piedmontese cuisine.

21/12/2025: A wonderful experience! À la carte menu or two 7-course tasting menus for €125 or 9 courses for €145. We were immediately greeted by the friendliness of owner Enrico, and the entire dining room staff maintained the same level of customer service. Kudos to Sommelier Ivan for his wine selection, which he recommended during the tasting. The bread and leavened products also deserve special mention, especially the bread, butter, and anchovy puff pastry 🔝. Congratulations to everyone, from the kitchen to the dining room! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

18/12/2025: Excellent amusebouches, antipasti and primipiatti however secondi piatti was not as good. And the service also started to detoriate adterwards.l

07/01/2026: Incredible dinner we had at Le Torri in the heart of Castiglione Falletto. We originally had other dinner reservations but made an audible when finding this place. Excellent Rabbit with pickled vegetables to start ending with a white truffle pasta and beef cheek. A nice touch at the end of the meal with a plate of peanuts and tangerines. Highly recommend!

30/12/2025: A huge round of applause to the entire staff, a rare sight in times where everything moves faster than it used to, but the ❤️ is empty. A corner of paradise where authentic flavors, all freshly cooked with excellent, home-made ingredients, are an added value that sometimes justifies the appropriate and understandable preparation times for certain dishes, in favor of an excellent result, all washed down with quality wines. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, on every occasion, even by friends who came from out of the region. Highly recommended to those who appreciate an authentic experience that marries slow food; after all, at least at the table and in company, you can find yourself carving out a couple of hours of peace. Excellent balance between quality and value. Don't hesitate to try it! I'm sure you'll be back! Thanks again to all the staff, including the owner!!! 😃

21/12/2025: Saturday lunch organized at the last minute... The rabbit was superb, as were the cod and octopus. Bunet deserved top marks... The owners bid us farewell with Christmas sweets. Thank you so much!

21/12/2025: We went for lunch today. The cozy dining room had a wood-burning stove that warmed up this gloomy day. It's a delightful family-run restaurant! It's exactly the kind of place you'd always want to find in these magnificent Langhe. I had the fantastic vitello tonnato and the delicious rabbit, which is hard to find around here. The platter of exquisite local cheeses was accompanied by a truly top-notch cougna. We'll definitely be back after their well-deserved post-holiday break.

05/01/2026: I celebrated my birthday with my husband. It was a memorable dinner, not only for the excellent quality of the food, but also for the exquisite presentation and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This former factory producing unique glassware, such as test tubes and laboratory equipment, has been professionally renovated, making it modern, elegant, and welcoming. The knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly staff.

07/01/2026: Dinner at the restaurant with traditional Piedmontese dishes, reimagined with Silvia's imagination. Pumpkin muffins, Fassona beef tartare, veal with tuna sauce, vegetable agnolotti with butter and rosemary, a fantastic boiled meat, and mandarin sorbet—like the wine, a locally produced Nebbiolo. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and they pampered us from the moment we made our reservation over the phone. The service is attentive, thorough, and punctual. It was a pleasure to chat with them at length at the end of the evening. They are special people. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and we're sure you'll return.

16/12/2025: Had lunch on Sunday with friends. Enchanting place, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect menu with quality ingredients. And finally, the bill met expectations. We spent a lot, but that's because we drank a lot. It's absolutely worth trying. I want to compliment the entire staff.
