29/09/2025: A historic and very popular restaurant in Novi Ligure. Unfortunately, Saturday, September 27th, it didn't live up to expectations. The farinata (€11) was disappointing, undercooked, very pale, and almost raw. The Ligurian appetizer (€15) was poor, with a slice of cima in salsa verde, a panissa (which didn't arrive), and two anchovies. The ice cream was excellent.

23/09/2025: A positive experience. A lovely, modern, dark-colored restaurant in a central location, with simply and cleanly set tables, even on the outdoor terrace. Excellent cuisine and a wide selection of dishes on the menu: I had an excellent lunch with a delicious vegetable flan and black rice with swordfish! I also tried the aperitif: a wide selection of excellent wines!

17/07/2025: Good evening everyone, despite the overall positive experience, I'm taking the liberty of giving this pastry shop a negative review. These pastries were cloying and tasted of everything except pistachio or hazelnut, inedible, and not to mention the cream, which looked beautiful but tasted like absolutely poor quality.

18/09/2025: To start, I ordered bruschetta with tomato and basil. When I got to the table, I noticed that the tomato was simply cut in half, not in small pieces but in very large pieces, so I had to cut it myself. Then, after tasting it, I discovered that there was no salt. I asked the waitress for salt, but unfortunately it never arrived. The pizza was good. Finally, we would have liked to try a dessert, but there wasn't a single waiter around to see if anyone needed anything, and the place was half empty. They should pay more attention to their customers.

28/08/2025: The atmosphere is a bit retro... the area where it is located is not too nice.... Tasting menu with a choice of 2 types of wine €60 per person. Very well-prepared dishes but in my opinion with questionable combinations. Starter: prawn salad with peaches🤨 with fennel, apple and orange salad🙄. The first course was excellent, the fried food was a bit rubbery but overall I have to say it's a good place.

01/10/2025: The atmosphere is a bit retro but well-maintained. Fast and courteous service. We ate taiarin with delicious mushrooms and perfectly cooked fried mushrooms. Truly excellent. The only drawback is that there is no printed menu, but the dishes are announced verbally. The bill, however, was fair.

20/09/2025: Wonderful dishes, excellent food, beautifully cooked. The fried porcini mushrooms were the best and most delicious I've eaten in years, and, not least, the value for money was amazing. I highly recommend them; in my opinion, they're one of the best restaurants in the area.

07/06/2025: Passing by we stopped for lunch. Excellent welcome; entrée with prosecco and savory snacks anticipated our choices. Excellent menu, consisting of free choice or combined with different costs. Decently stocked cellar and for all budgets. Excellent cuisine, from appetizers to desserts. The kindness and availability make you feel pampered. Not a dispersive place, well-kept and well-furnished. Only after finishing we realized that, in front of the restaurant, there is the possibility of staying overnight. On average you spend between 40/50 € per person for a more complete menu excluding drinks.

11/09/2025: Visited in early September 2025. We knew the location from the previous management. Large spaces, plenty of seating. Even outside and in the evening, it was very charming. Quick service; a polite, lively, and capable young man was on hand. Generous dishes, starting with the mixed antipasto. We ordered one for two and were full (so it's perfect for two people). The first courses were spectacular! The homemade pasta and plenty of sauce, just the way I like it!! Lots of pesto, the pasta needs to be colored! 😄 And the ravioli with tomato sauce, too!! We couldn't order a second course because we were already full, but we'll definitely be back! And the bill was truly surprising!! Everything was excellent, and in these times, that's something to consider! 👍👍👍
