Highly recommended! A historic trattoria in Alessandria, serving traditional dishes and more, well-prepared. Excellent service, a unique venue. The wine cellar is well-stocked with quality wines. The bill is also very fair. Definitely worth a try!

This evening I had dinner at the "Il Paladino" restaurant. The place was extremely welcoming and the food was pure excellence. The products were carefully selected, very refined, and of excellent quality. Mr. Piero, in addition to knowing the details of every wine available, possesses a kindness that is rare and unparalleled today. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail, and in the dressing table you can even hear the chirping of canaries. They are professionals; I recommend them for everything.

Perfect, everything top-notch. Food, atmosphere, hospitality. The osso buco is fabulous, the hand-cut raw meat is excellent. The bathroom is a story in itself... Very clean.
