04/07/2025: We went to Osteria Bros almost by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The place is simple but well-kept, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Among the dishes that impressed us the most was the gazpacho with raw shrimp and amberjack: fresh, balanced, with excellent quality ingredients. An appetizer that alone is worth the visit. Kind and attentive service, without being intrusive. Good value for money. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

Because when you discover a place like this, it’s like having come into contact with a precious secret that you would like to keep all to yourself. The dinner with the window overlooking an incredible view of the Langhe is perfect in every aspect: the excellent raw materials, the tasty and light recipes, the wine well recommended by the host, excellent as well. And to follow, after a walk in the village of Bergolo, a night of rest in absolute silence. The breakfast the next day is the perfect farewell, to leave with the desire to return soon. 27/05/2025: We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.

12/07/2025: Basic room but spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable double bed and pillows for a great night’s sleep — all you need after a long day of trekking. The half-board option is incredibly generous: a hearty yummy dinner with three courses of your choice from several options — and they often offer seconds without even being asked! Breakfast is all you can eat, varied and high quality. All of this for only €75 — a price that’s nearly impossible to find in Italy for the quality and service you get. Definitely an amazing place you’ll want to come back to. Thank you.

05/07/2025: This albergo was an unforgettable, even cinematic experience. We arrived from our GTA tour and entered into what for us was an eccentric, somewhat chaotic, but ultimately heartfelt, sincere and intense world. A group of 50 italian hikers were staying there too, feasting, making speeches, laughing, holding a banquet of dionysian proportions, for which the owner of the Albergo was responsible, and for which she received loud applause. She, a sovereign, brusque, but warm and genuine woman, works day and night and manages a motley troupe of young international workers. The food was of excellent quality, plentiful, surprising, and local. There was too much of everything, but nothing went to waste. This means that the variety one receives might sometimes seem unusual, but it's always delicious so I didn't care. Everything was done with generosity and care. The room was also very good. I would definitely recommend the place, but also advise travellers to be open to local and cultural differences. The customer is not king here, but he is also not neglected.

10/07/2025: Simple but tasty dishes, and a lovely outdoor seating area. The wait is a bit long, but the waiters' courtesy makes up for it.

14/07/2025: This is my personal opinion: the food offers combinations that in some cases we weren't able to eat, while in others they were interesting. The service was prompt, but with some inattention (one wrong dish), and the attitude, while courteous, was still "cold" and distant. The setting was very beautiful, quaint, surrounded by greenery, and I appreciated the distance between the tables. A few too many mosquitoes. There was plenty of parking for everyone. The prices tend to be on the high side.

06/07/2025: I gave the food 4 stars for the quality of the raw material of excellent level. Too bad for the joke because the second was still little joked, gazpacho very good as the pizza. I gave the service 4 stars because fast and punctual except for the proposal of the wine in a glasette that never arrived, the glasette. I gave the environment 5 stars because the view is truly a spectacle at sunset. All in all positive experience and I recommend trying it.

30/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per il pranzo di Natale. Il menù era fisso, ma sono stati molto disponibili per sostituzioni per vegetariani e per intolleranti. Il menù era ricco e curato, sia negli ingredienti che nella presentazione del piatti. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Segnalo solo un cameriere giovane che ha fatto un po' di confusione, ma nell'insieme non ha creato disguidi e ha suscitato un po' di simpatia per l'inesperienza. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

30/07/2025: We had a lovely evening. The bruschetta, pizza, gnocchi, and salad were all delicious. Dessert was also delicious. The service was very friendly, although they seemed a bit stressed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

20/07/2025: Today, July 20, 2025, we visited the Antiche Macine farmhouse. We enjoyed the Buggy experience, and it was spectacular. Attilio, our guide, is an expert and truly pleasant man, with an unparalleled kindness. He offered us coffee upon arrival, and after the Buggy experience, we finished with an aperitif at their Agribar. The bartender welcomed us and told us about their cocktails; we ordered spritzes with their homemade syrups. Excellent. The accompanying aperitif was delicious, and the location left me speechless: clean, welcoming, and intimate. We continued with lunch at their farmhouse (we had reserved seats; it's not a huge place) and ate local products, all excellent. The chef was fantastic. The wait staff, on the other hand, was incredibly patient (we have a 2-year-old, and they never said no to any of our requests). We chose the set menu: rich and varied. There are even two menu options for children, and they managed to please everyone. They have a well-kept and well-organized garden for children of all ages. This family-run business was a pleasant discovery; you can feel the love and commitment behind every single member of the agriturismo in the air... and they made us feel so welcome!!! We'll definitely be back!!

24/07/2025: This is exactly what an Italian trattoria looks like. Food that couldn't be more typical, yet with a unique twist. For example, the gnocchi with wafer-thin zucchini slices, fried to perfection, garnished with almond pieces. Simply delicious. We had the tasting menu. 7 courses for €35 plus wine and coffee. Anyone who calls that expensive hasn't eaten in Germany for a long time. The trattoria is worth every long journey.
