24/01/2025: Tested in a business lunch context, it is easily accessible and has a great visual impact. The presence of the meat counter, the shelves with wines on sale and the other culinary excellences of the area, which surround the dining room, make the context truly fascinating. The grilled fillet was very good, but much more could really have been done on the presentation! The choice of wines was interesting and in the end I spent the right amount.

We had some lovely local wines and tried bicerin for the first time, which was delicious! Go there for a wine or coffee and chat with the owners. You'll be made to feel so welcome 🥰

16/02/2025: Dinner for my father's birthday. The place looks really well looked after and refined. Exquisite food: we took a menu consisting of four starters and a second course, which was nothing short of fantastic in terms of portions, quality of food and service from the waiter. Intimate environment as there are few tables so this allows for tranquility and little noise from other tables. To make sure we don't miss anything, the prices are really excellent and to conclude they offer myrtle and fresh limoncello.

07/02/2025: Locale praticamente annesso al golf club, cucina raffinata e ben curata! Carne cruda, ricciolo di polpo su crema di patate, risotto alla zucca, burrata e amaretti... da leccarsi i baffi!!! Da tornare subito!!

15/01/2025: The environment is that of a typical Langa bar, with an adjoining shop, frequented by many locals and citizens of the world. The food is excellent even if the list is limited to simple dishes but prepared with genuine and tasty ingredients and cooked with the care and experience of very established restaurateurs. The generous portions and the excellent desserts!!! I recommend it for a tasty stop around the Langhe.

18/11/2024: On the Langhe, passing from Rodello towards Bossolasco, you meet Pedagggera, and you find this very nice and characteristic little place, excellent, fast and simple service with simple, good quality dishes.

09/01/2025: Location da sogno sul lago! Posto stupendo, ben tenuto e curato in ogni dettaglio. Personale gentile e preparato. Cibo squisito e super ricercato, qualità degli ingredienti altissima! Prezzo onesto visto il contesto e la qualità. Bravi! Consigliato!

03/11/2024: Sono stata a cena con mio marito. Abbiamo scelto qualcosa dal menu alla carta. E dobbiamo dire che, nonostante il prezzo pagato, siamo usciti con fame… Mio marito ha scelto un antipasto con gamberi crudi. I gamberi erano due di numero…. Il secondo piatto era una porzione decisamente scarsa. Il mio secondo piatto prevedeva amiche un’insalata di puntarelle. Risultato? Mi sono trovata un’unica puntarella nel piatto… fate voi. Non discuto la qualità perché i piatti erano ottimi, ma la quantità decisamente scarsa per il prezzo pagato. La carta dei vini, di cui non discuto la ottima selezione, parte da un prezzo minimo di 50€. Insomma , un ristorante pretenzioso che mi ha deluso. Si atteggiano a stellati quando stellati non sono? Forse vogliono fare una selezione sin da subito. Io non ci torno… e mi stupiscono tutte queste recensioni solo positive.

26/02/2025: I am undecided whether to advise the owners of the place to brush up on history or gastronomy. Given the core business, I would focus on the gastronomic offerings, it really doesn't take much to improve. Pizza requires several liters of water to be digested, I would ask myself a few questions. Furthermore, the quality of the ingredients is questionable to say the least. As for the political ideal, I prefer not to express myself and leave the judgment to future customers. I will definitely not set foot in the place again, I don't expect any room for improvement in this sense, unfortunately respect for others is not a priority here. Having said that, I will ask the competent authorities whether displaying certain images is consistent with the public decorum required by law.

22/02/2025: Located in the historic center of Dronero, an unmissable destination for me when I am in the area, excellent and refined restaurant, impeccable kindness of the owners and staff. From Monday to Friday there is also a fixed menu with appetizer, first course of your choice, second course of your choice and water with generous dishes for only 12 euros... recommended, worth trying!

14/01/2025: Small place with outdoor area, reservations cannot be made. Dinner with a friend, Spritz for €5 and Cuzzetiell from around €8 to €10, ours were very good, crunchy bread and abundant filling (one with Genovese and the other with sausage, broccoli and provola). Excellent desserts, they come directly from Poppella in Naples, very good Babà and snowflake. The waitress was kind and smiling. If you want to eat good Neapolitan street food this place is recommended.

02/03/2025: Storico ristorante di Varallo Pombia, ha come punti forti gli antipasti, il risotto ai funghi porcini, la tartare e i dolci. Una certezza!

22/02/2025: Pinin restaurant in the castle in Varallo Pombia. Very large and historic, the environment is traditional, a place definitely worth saving even just for the story it tells us. I really liked the environment with the fireplace lit in the center of the room, the exterior surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of greenery.

30/09/2024: As in any place that you don't know, my advice is to book before going, at least you are sure of finding a place and not making the journey for nothing. Courtesy from all the staff even from the owner himself despite the warning sign above the cash register (I won't tell you what it says, go and find out for yourself); excellent quality food and the right portion and not gourmet. The Fritto di Lago was not at all greasy, the chicken and potatoes were well cooked and the squid ink pasta was fantastic! Excellent quality cold cuts appetizers
