You go down three steps and SBAM... you enter a warm environment, greeted by a smile, you are accompanied to the table and the magic begins. We had dinner on Easter Sunday and had a great time. The children opted for pizza while we let ourselves be carried away by the head nurse's advice... it was a escaletion after another starting from the appetizers "baked tomino with potatoes, bresaola and bruschetta" we then moved on to the "garganelli sausage and mushrooms" and "sliced ​​rocket and cherry tomatoes" all accompanied by excellent Roero. We finished with "tiramisu and strudel". EMOTION is the title I give to the evening as well as thanking for the experience. Compliments!

What a place this is-great Pizza's straight from the oven but a nice choice of Piemontese specialties. My wif had the stuffed Ravioli and I had the grilled Tom-cheese with mountain Speck. After I had the Tagliata and it was the best I ever had(and I had many); What made it so special - it was served on a hot cast-iron sizzler keeping the meet at the right temperature and making the Parmeggiano chees melt-lovely. My wife had the steak with 3pepper sauce which was also great of taste ; flushed it with a red housewine and left with a 92€ bill a smile and full tummy. Reservation is reommended as the place is packed (and that makes it a noisy cellar). Very professional staff and excellent service - we will be back

Nice place a few steps from the center of Sauze, excellent choice, good pizzas and cuisine... too bad it has little space and you risk being cramped... you have to book in advance... recommended, worth trying

Went here for a drink beautiful location however be aware they stop serving food in the afternoon if like us you like to board as much as u can and get of the slopes around 3 starving then this isn't the place as we couldn't get a meal
