Excellent restaurant with Novara specialties, including the local rice. Paniscia. Warm welcome and perfect service! Very good charcuterie appetizer! And the bunet for dessert was delicious!

Welcoming place. They focus entirely on Paniscia. Good service, but we had to choose a first course only because the other one was sold out, otherwise Paniscia. The bulk wine could be improved! Let's just say I'm not sure I'll be back!

The atmosphere is a bit dated, but very tidy and clean! Excellent waiter and waitress service, and the managers are truly friendly and helpful! The food (Paniscoa first and foremost) is spectacular (to be discriminating) with more than generous portions! Excellent value for money! For those in the Novara area, it would be a shame not to come! Well done!

Panisia al salto – a positive impression for someone who has tried this dish for the first time – well-seasoned and tasty. Liver with onions in a goulash – good, intense flavor, although the flavor could be softened with some herbs or spices. Cod in tomatoes – delicious. Donkey goulash with baked polenta – probably the best dish we've ever had. Fast, efficient service. Good homemade food at an affordable price.

03/07/2026: A very large restaurant with a front veranda that offers excellent value. I often order the grilled fish or meat, and it's very good. They also make excellent pizzas, including takeout. It's quite crowded during peak lunch hours for the workday menu, and even more so on weekend evenings. Be warned: you might find yourself at a noisy table next to you. We've occasionally had to wait longer than expected, but that's justified by the large number of customers to serve.
