02/06/2025: Casale 93's strong point is definitely the food: very good dishes, well presented and prepared with quality ingredients. The service is average, friendly but without particular attentions. The atmosphere is pleasant, even if simple. An excellent choice if you are looking for tasty cuisine in a quiet and unpretentious environment.

17/06/2025: The experience of tonight has been bad. We were a table of 14 people. We arrived between 20:00h to 20:30h. The restaurant was half empty at that moment. Until past 21:10h they didn't come for the ordrers. We ordered few starters (cold dishes) that arrived around 21:30h. At 22:10h, the main dishes were not yet at the table when, in the meanwhile, other tables that arrived at the same hour had finished, gone, and the next clients sitting and being attended on that tables. Others that arrived later than us, on the desserts. The worst part comes when I went to the waiter (the girl with the piercing in the nose) and politely asked how long would it take for the dishes. Her face was like she didn't understanding me, so I replied we arrived more than 2 hours ago and we are waiting for the main dishes. Serously, her: "You have been brought the starters". You have to wait. -Yes, but 1 hour after we ordered. - You have to wait. - But now it's been 2 hours we arrived... - (from behind the screen, without looking at me): You have to wait. - I am just trying to say in a positive way that we are waiting. - The restaurant is full, you have to wait. - Do not take it as a personal offense, I just wanted to let you know that we are waiting... Then, she stopped attending our table. The other girl forgot my desert -which is not a problem, this can happen, but when you have been treated in a disgusting way before and you already do not feel confortable the experience gets worse easily-. Finally, the price was 43€ per person -expensove for what it was-. We ordered 3-4 shared starters, wine (not a speficic one) and one dish and desert per person. The food was nice. If I pay this amunt of money, I expect more than nice food. Some of our col·legues had to leave the dinner before we finished because it became late. We left the restaurant later than 23:30h, being the last table of the restaurant. And we did it just after the last deserts were eaten. Finally, my italian colleague asked the waiter about the situation. And I perfectly could understand the justification she gave to her: "the pasta needs time" and "it was a language misunderstanding". Honestly, you don't need an English proficiency level to understand a behavior, a voice tone, a non verbal language... a polite person. Bad experience.

12/05/2025: Excellent restaurant with numerous fish dishes. We took the 25 euro menu with a selection of starters, two first courses, a second course of meat, dessert, water, wine and coffee! Very helpful and kind service. Highly recommended!

09/05/2025: Locale che parla da solo appena ci mettete piede .. ad attendervi c’è la super Simona .. una cameriera bellissima e molto efficiente.. locale curato nei minimi particolari anche il bagno profumato .. mai sentito una cosa del genere .. attesa giusta e poi si parte con dei piatti che non si possono descrivere ma c’è solo da provare .. eravamo in 4 abbiamo preso 4 antipasti e 4 secondi .. dolci 2 vini e acqua .. poi grappe e caffè .. tot. 82,50 a testa .. prezzo onesto per la qualità e il servizio offerto .. simpatica anche la titolare che si è fermata x qualche minuto a parlare con noi … provatelo perchè qua si mangia da dio .. ovviamente accettano carta e fanno fattura..

23/02/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato nel week end dal 14/02 al 16/02 approfittando dell'esperienza esclusiva: San Valentino WOW. Che dire...è stato tutto stupendo!!! La camera n. 6 definita "del marronaio" è l'unica Superior dell'agriturismo ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, tra i quali spiccano il frigobar, il bollitore elettrico con scelta di tisane e la graziosa stufa a pellet! La camera è molto ampia, è collocata al primo piano, ha un ingresso indipendente e dispone di un favoloso grande terrazzo con vista sulle montagne circostanti. In omaggio ci è stata offerta una bottiglia di bollicine. La cena di San Valentino è iniziata con un aperitivo sui comodi divanetti davanti al camino acceso con prodotti della cascina: crostini vari, salumi, frittatina, focaccina accompagnati da un buon calice di prosecco. Il tutto in un'atmosfera romantica data dalla sola luce delle candele, dal camino acceso, la musica di sottofondo e la saletta riservata solo a noi. La cena è stata davvero fantastica: tartare di trota del Pesio su letto di finocchi marinati e crostino di pane nero, risotto con fonduta di stravej e tartufo pregiato, patate rustiche con filetto di maialino lardellato e per finire tortino fondente con cuore morbido al lampone! A questa cena abbiamo deciso di abbinare una bottiglia di "Dolcetto della Cascina". Il sabato al risveglio siamo stati accolti una una super colazione a buffet dove non mancava davvero nulla e i prodotti sono tutti genuini e preparati in loco. I dolci di Diletta sono qualcosa di straordinario! La cena del Sabato non è stata da meno in quanto le sapienti mani dello chef Massimiliano hanno prodotto dei piatti davvero unici: flan di cavolo nero con bagna cauda, ravioli con ripieno di bue al fondo bruno, bocconcini di vitello con patate arrosto e dolce a scelta (noi abbiamo optato per crème brulée e flan di marroni con caramello). Domenica mattina altra super colazione con: uova strapazzate, prosciutto cotto e formaggi (tutto dell'agriturismo), torte realizzate da Diletta e per finire yogurt, pane tostato con burro e marmellata tutto prodotto da loro! Spettacolare!! Prima di ripartire abbiamo fatto rifornimento dei loro prodotti della cascina...marmellate, formaggi, salame e miele. Altro punto di forza: l'intera struttura è pet friendly e si può tranquillamente soggiornare con gli amici a 4 zampe come abbiamo fatto noi con la nostra Labrador. Abbiamo passato un week end di relax nella tranquillità del luogo in compagnia dei numerosi animali della cascina. Grazie di cuore a Massimiliano, Diletta e ai loro collaboratori

20/04/2025: Sono veramente bravissimi, molto gentili e i prodotti sono sempre al top. Una tappa obbligata se si passa da Barolo. Descrizioni delle degustazioni molto accurate e approfondite mai scontate.

21/12/2024: Ottima esperienza. Abbiamo fatto un percorso con degustazione di quattro tipi di Barolo abbinati da salumi e formaggi eccezionali. La passione, la competenza e la simpatia nei consigli e nelle spiegazioni di Elisabetta e Marcelo sono state preziose e coinvolgenti. Torneremo sicuramente.

17/08/2024: Only tried it outside in the evening as a bar-restaurant. Good welcome. Simple, good and well prepared dishes. Good order taking times, good delivery times. It's fine both if you just want to nibble and if you want to have a substantial meal!

02/07/2024: As always, the restaurant is a place to return to every time, excellent quality and goodness, from appetizers to desserts, including sandwiches and the veal with tuna sauce alone is worth the trip!!!!!

08/06/2025: A mi marido y a mí nos encantan los almuerzos dominicales, particularmente en la tradicional trattoria piemontesa, pero están desapareciendo rápidamente. Afortunadamente todavía se pueden encontrar joyas como Verderame escondidas en pueblos alejados de la multitud enloquecedora de Langhe. Excelente cocina piemontesa a un precio razonable. El pequeño restaurante se encuentra justo debajo de la plaza principal de la iglesia, donde el aparcamiento es fácil y el restaurante accesible a través de un callejón empedrado justo al lado de la plaza. Hay asientos al aire libre debajo de la pérgola. El menú es pequeño, que es como debe ser cuando el marido está en la cocina y la esposa está en frente de la casa. Simple, delicioso, y muy razonable. No te pierdas la torta de hierbas (espinacas) con crema parmesana. Los agnolotti son deliciosos, pero necesitaban un poco más de mantequilla y un poco más de hojas de salvia. Me salté el segundo pero compartí el plato de mi esposo de excelentes quesos regionales de leche de vaca, cabra y oveja. Me gustó el semifreddo de avellanas, pero me gustó aún más el tazón de gelato al fior di latte de mi marido. Me impresionó mucho la carta de vinos que está llena de excelentes opciones a precios por debajo de la mayoría de los restaurantes Langhe para los mismos vinos. Ya que hay muchas variedades de uva diferentes y maravillosas en Piemonte, pida vino por copa para probar diferentes uvas locales. El servicio de Sandra es amable, profesional y hospitalario.

06/04/2025: Bell'ambiente. Piatti tipici in osteria direi "moderna". Servizio veloce. Hanno allietato la serata un canto popolare fatto da una compagnia locale che passava in strada per raccogliere qualche soldo per scopi caritatevoli. Una bella sorpresa.
