14/03/2025: We tried the tasting menu and it was all really delicious. Perfect service not intrusive and the timing was perfect. In the end everything was balanced. We left very happy with this experience. The craft beer is also worth trying.

12/02/2025: Everything was perfect, I took the fixed menu and I couldn't have made a better choice. All the dishes from the appetizer to the dessert were presented well and with a flavor that catapulted me into the past when I went to my grandmother's house and she cooked for me with love. Table service carried out by trained and kind staff.

Antipasto di formaggi, un primo - ravioli al plin- un secondo (tartare con tratufo bianco) ottimo, e uno stracotto di vitello con contorno divino! 09/03/2025: Piedmont and France meet in an explosion of flavor and refinement... the staff is very well prepared and trained in classic and "old" (finally) catering. Carefully prepared dishes, like the equipment, where nothing is left to chance. We took half a liter of house wine, two starters (cardoon flan and anchovy sauce, Burgundy-style snails on Jerusalem artichoke cream), a first course (agnolotti with roast sauce), a second course (boar stew-like and Belgian endive with honey), a trio of divine cheeses and a second course, chosen from this very refined trolley which they bring to your table so that you can choose directly, all accompanied by compotes made by them and for what I took (very seasoned) they might not have been useful. The waiter, serving me the cheeses, did what I consider a 5-star thing, he showed me the way to eat them. There is flambé service directly in the dining room at the table, a dessert trolley which is sublime. In short, we spent €108.00 for everything, I recommend it to everyone.

01/03/2025: Esta tienda de bocadillos es una visita obligada - comer en Torino. El personal es muy amable y servicial, explicando las cosas en italiano o inglés dependiendo de su preferencia. Tienen alrededor de cinco sándwiches sugeridos en su menú, pero la idea principal es elegir el suyo. En primer lugar, usted elige su pan, que dicta el precio de su sándwich de 8 € a 9 €. 50 cada uno. (Usted puede pagar € 2 para una gran actualización). Luego tienes opciones de carnes, quesos, verduras y salsas. Recomiendo tomar una carne y un queso, luego las verduras/salsas que desee. Pero técnicamente puedes tener cualquier combinación. Todas las combinaciones que tuve fueron deliciosas y llenas, pero la recomendación principal es definitivamente el pan de La Baresina. Además, prueba la salsa de atún tradicional, funciona. Sin duda volvería si volviera a Torino.

24/02/2025: Tuvimos un tiempo excepcional en el restaurante. Todo fue perfecto. El lugar, el ambiente, el servicio y por supuesto la comida. Puedes probar la calidad. Cada plato parecía y probado tan fresco. Realmente lo pasamos increíble!

Excellent service, we suggest opening the wine at the table and greater support in choosing the wine. It should be noted that the service is welcoming and of an excellent level. 16/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana rilassante qui a Delfin dal Pianol, grazie all’accoglienza di Cinzia e alla bontà dei suoi piatti. Complimenti per l’impegno e la cura con cui è portata avanti la struttura. La camera grande e comoda e la posizione centrale rispetto alla valle ne fanno sicuramente un posto perfetto in cui tornare. Sicuramente consigliato!
