04/01/2026: Stopped for lunch after visiting the palace. Excellent welcome, very good food, and incredibly efficient service. I opted for the menu with tartare, plin, and bunet. Everything was delicious. I recommend it.

The ticket office is right in front of this magnificent restaurant, which offers excellent value, is listed in all the best food and wine guides, has a particularly refined atmosphere, and offers traditional dishes from the best Piedmontese cuisine! Recommended!

08/03/2026: I tried the "La Delicata" pizza and it was amazing—a must if you love zucchini! Great pizzas, a cool atmosphere, and really nice service with a good soundtrack.

06/03/2026: I'm so sorry to give it 3 stars because the pizza, farinata, and desserts were all spectacular! Unfortunately, I had a reservation for 8:00 PM, and we were seated after 9:00 PM because the place was full and we had to wait outside. There was an hour's wait between the farinata and the pizza, and at least 20 minutes between the pizza and the dessert. I repeat: everything was delicious, but it's a shame about the interminable wait. The place isn't too big, with the tables close together, but the atmosphere is great. I'll definitely be back! It's a shame about the mix-up, which can happen especially on Saturday nights.

08/03/2026: Everything was delicious, from the pizza to the farinata, and especially the fries: exceptional. You can also choose from various daily specials, which, although we hadn't tried them, looked delicious.

08/01/2026: I had already been there for dinner with colleagues and I gladly returned, having booked for lunch. This is a quaint place where you can have lunch and dinner, but also enjoy excellent cocktails. The service is courteous and fast. The dishes are expertly cooked, tasty, and light. Excellent wine selection. Vitello tonnato with a pink heart and a rustic tuna sauce, just like in the olden days. We also had a first course: pumpkin ravioli, sausage, and parmesan cream, excellent. The Fassona Bavetta with vermouth is a must-try, as is the diaphragm as a second course; exquisite, flavorful meat. To finish, tiramisu and pistachio semifreddo. I will definitely be back.

05/10/2025: I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

21/03/2026: Tasty pizza, but the waiter didn’t bring amuse-bouche only to our table (maybe because we’re not Italians :() and confused beers we ordered… nevertheless service added and paid.

15/03/2026: The seafood spaghetti and the shrimp pasta is to die for !!! So soo sooo good! Huge portion as well.
