We had little time, welcomed with kindness by the staff and supported by the advice and enthusiasm of the owner we ate an excellent lunch.

We were here on Saturday with 8 people for lunch. The service was friendly and correct. And what a delicious meal we had! Delicious regional dishes and tasty wines from the region!

Good food, without praise...
Good dishes but the combinations need to be reviewed on some dishes... flan with cardoons good, but the fondue being a tasty cheese (to personal taste), does not go well with the delicacy of the cardoons, ditto for the polenta pie... professional service, attentive to the customer. If I have to make a personal comment, a bit theatrical service on some waitresses..
But overall enjoyable

The legendary red guide leaves something to be desired. Very old fashioned but clean place. Delicious starters and compliments to the kitchen. But at first mehh. Glutamate flavored agnolotti and tasteless gnocchi. Let us spread a merciful veil over the guinea fowl. With a drizzle of cream. But when does a chef mentioned in the guide ever use this product? Not even in the high mountain cabin. Wine list without peaks. There won't be a next time. 3 stars only for the starters.

Simpatico locale nella piazza del foro boario di Nizza gestito da 2 simpatiche signore che vi possono consigliare sui piatti della tradizione nicese tra i quali l'inperdibile cardo gobbo nella stagione autunnale. Da provare i cardi sia con il formaggio che con olio e limone che lessati da accompagnare magari ad un ottimo coniglio in umido.Dolci della tradizione ottimi come il bunet di castagne. prezzi in linea con la cucina . Personale informale e molto simpatico , locale stile anni 90 che ricorda un po' la locanda piemontese dell'epoca.

Il ristorante Le due Lanterne ricorda i locali che c'erano una volta e che nelle grandi città, come Milano, sono scomparsi. La sala è grande arredata semplicemente, ma tutto sa di buono. Il menù offre piatti tradizionali del posto: agnolotti, stracotto, vitello tonnato, coniglio ecc. Tutto all'insegna della genuinità. Accoglienza molto cordiale e ottimo il servizio.
