Cozy place, very kind staff and, above all, excellent cuisine. We tried both the paella and the scialatielli and they were both excellent. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended!

29/12/2024: Stumbled upon it by chance for lunch with my girlfriend. Beautiful place, spread over several mezzanine floors, with very nice and discreet furnishings and music. We ordered the rice with gorgonzola, chestnuts and beetroot: exceptional dish! A glass of very high quality dessert and then the dessert: chocolate cake with raspberries and cream with bergamot and meringue, the latter very delicate. Excellent and very friendly service. Reasonable prices which are absolutely worth the very high quality of the dishes. Promoted and highly recommended!

23/12/2024: Excellent raw materials, good wine combinations, the chef courageous in using different techniques for traditional dishes in a modern key, spot-on execution. Good service and nice place in the heart of the Asti hills. Lots of territory in the dishes and wines, and this is really important.

17/12/2024: It's not the first time I've experienced Ca' Vittoria, but it was my first in the "cold" season. What can I say, I love the place in every way and the dishes are simply fantastic. It is a starred wine which, personally, presents a wonderful combination of tastes creating a notable gap in comparison to "equal level". I highly recommend

22/02/2025: Absolut durchschnittliches Essen. Wir hatten das degustations Menu (5-Gänger). Meine Frau hatte das Menu mit Trüffeln gewählt aber die haben nach nichts geschmeckt. Im allgemeinen war das Essen zu schwach gewürtzt, völlig Fad. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Weinempfehlung war auch sehr gut.

16/02/2025: After having tried several Piedmontese cuisine restaurants, I must say that the dishes eaten in Trattoria Carmen were not beaten by anyone: excellent vitello tonnato, best plin I have ever eaten (without a shadow of a doubt), followed by perfectly balanced bonet. The truly fantastic accompanying Nebbiolo was chosen by one of the staff who very carefully (and without an explicit request from me) prefectly selected a "lighter" Nebbiolo, suitable for lunch. Well done! It was a very pleasant experience and one to be recommended.
