20/05/2025: A little expensive, great food, but the waiters are breathing down your neck. As soon as you open a pack of breadsticks they immediately take the paper away. I understand the efficiency but you also have to respect privacy

27/05/2025: In the heart of San Salvario I found a place where time slows down Where the soul of Piedmont slowly pours into every dish. The veal with tuna sauce, tender as a memory, wrapped in a sauce that whispers tradition. Then the agnolotti del plin, soft treasure chests folded with love, Each bite a whisper from grandma's kitchen. The braised tongue - delicate, deep. And a simple broad bean soup, enhanced by mint, As if spring had slipped into the pan unseen. Finally, a panna cotta that trembled lightly, Veiled with caramel like twilight on the Alps. It wasn't just a dinner - but a hug! Trattoria Carmen, thank you. ❤

31/05/2025: Panorama bello, praticamente la sala, naturalmente luminosa con enormi vetrate, è un belvedere sul Monferrato. Ci ha accolti e seguiti per tutto il pranzo una cameriera sorridente, gentile, attenta e precisa: davvero impeccabile! Una carrellata di antipasti freddi e caldi (definiti "un assaggio" ma era una normale porzione di ogni antipasto😅), agnolotti burro e salvia proprio gustosi, dolce caffè e una buona barbera della casa. Prezzo onestissimo Bravi!

30/05/2025: In stagione (maggio e’ ideale) impossibile perdere uno dei migliori pranzi di asparagi dell’intero Piemonte. Ci torniamo da anni, anche più volte nel mese, e, sempre, la soddisfazione è tanta. Noi siamo affezionati a quattro piatti: l’intingolo (con un favoloso extravergine), i piccoli asparagi con salsa tartara, la golosa frittata ed il risotto (che stavolta ci è sembrato ancora più buono del solito. 35€ con una ottima Barbera di Imarisio. Bravissimi!!!

Listening to his stories and enjoying his dishes in front of the fireplace while everything around is lit by candles and sweet background music plays is an experience like no other. 12/03/2025: Dear foodies, don’t be confused with the rating of this restaurant, it’s mostly if not totally about atmosphere, music, candles and fireplace. The food is very basic. Course of 5 dishes - plain cut vegetables for starter, beetroot salsa with brusquettas, potatoe gratin with a comment that in this poor area that what ppl would be eating in old days (seems like these days continue) , boiled thin slice of beef again with potatoes and the simplest desert. But if you like to experience nice romantic place , without much expectations for food, you won’t regret.

27/04/2025: Throughout the Cuneo area it is said that the food is on average good... but in this restaurant the food is very good! Quality of ingredients, courtesy and professionalism and the right balance between offer and cost. Two menus that are able to satisfy all palates. High quality in all courses, the possibility of choosing between the two and composing your own menu was much appreciated. Well done guys! Keep it up!

14/05/2025: Even though I go back often, every time it's always a surprise.. Never anything out of place or not of quality! Carbonara and Amatriciana above most restaurants in Rome, unique aperitifs for their quality / price ratio.. Top wines both in bottles and in bulk and divine coffee.. Last but not least the always impeccable service! What more could you ask for? Initiatives and promotions every week, in this period they do Carbonara and Amatriciana Days, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch! Book and try, it will become your favorite place as it is for me!

04/05/2025: It wasn't the first time, but unfortunately, even though I had booked, they took the orders first at tables that arrived later and it wasn't good, sitting down at 7.30pm we had to call the waitress twice and finally orders were taken at 8.45pm, the drinks arrived at 9pm, the burgers arrived at 9.20pm (5 stars! As well as the beer and dessert) another flaw, dogs ok, maybe not on the sofas and on the table 😅

15/05/2025: On our way to the seaside with our camper we stopped in Ovada to spend the night (there is a free parking area with loading and unloading) and we had dinner in this restaurant. The pizza was wonderfully tasty, very good! Good choice of beers. We arrived at 9:30 pm and were served quickly. We will definitely stop here on our next weekend at the seaside!

14/05/2025: Convenient pizzeria with ample parking a few meters away. I stopped for lunch and ordered a pizza with Neapolitan dough. While waiting they gave me two crostini as a welcome aperitif, very much appreciated. Excellent pizza, fast service and friendly and courteous staff. Prices are normal, and in any case all well specified on the menu. I will definitely be back

23/05/2025: Attentive to food intolerances, fast and courteous service, excellent dishes (especially the risotto, cooked practically on request) and well presented. Pleasant atmosphere and clean and tidy services. Well disposed to welcome 4-legged friends and the possibility of having lunch outside in the summer. Well separated rooms, the bar customers do not disturb those having lunch and vice versa. Relaxing atmosphere, without intrusive television screens or radios with the volume at maximum. Overall a very pleasant surprise, worth a return!

25/05/2025: I don't know where to start to say how good we had a great time. The place is just outside Turin and it's not difficult to find parking. The room has beautiful colors and the furniture is modern and comfortable. The food is fabulous. The fried food is spectacular. The panna cotta...let's not even talk about it. I think it's one of the best I've ever tasted. The price is medium-high, but if you want quality it's the right price. Finally, the courtesy of the staff: courteous and very precise. Definitely worth returning. Booking ensures zero waiting time.

22/05/2025: Elegant setting in Pianezza (To). Attended on the occasion of a Confirmation. Many guests. Crowded but not noisy. High-level cuisine and fine wines. Excellent braised beef in Barolo, which is one of my favorite dishes, very harmonious. For dessert (Smurfs cake for children) I preferred a lemon sorbet.
