28/07/2025: I always enjoy returning to Bivacco Matematico because Francesca and Mauro are so welcoming and the food is excellent. The bread is a true specialty, lovingly kneaded with sourdough starter and a select selection of flours. The ingredients are top-quality, and the dishes are meticulously prepared, an experience that gives me the pleasure of watching Mauro entertained and hard at work in the small open kitchen. The selection of wines, some of the best, and liqueurs is extensive. But Francesca's desserts are truly surprising. Yes, the desserts are a lovely surprise, and I'll leave the discovery to you. The delights of this place are countless, yet here so many things matter because mathematics is not an opinion but an intriguing passion...

24/06/2025: Tornando dal Lago di Malciaussia ci siamo imbattuti ,così per caso, in questa trattoria da 10 e lode.. Arriviamo alle 14:30 pensavamo che non ci facessero più accomodare invece con estrema gentilezza: prego ragazzi vi apparecchio subito il tavolo… Passiamo alla parte pratica, menù valido ottime proposte lingua al verde,lumache, insalata russa,vitello tonnato, tagliatele al ragù di selvaggina lasagna coniglio trippa.. insomma un menu per gli amanti della buona cucina. Noi scegliamo l’ opzione tris, tre portare a 17 euro… Vi dico che è stata la scelta migliore.. non sto ad elencare le portate ma cibo di ottima qualità,abbiamo parlato con lo Zio Mauro( lo chef ) e ci ha detto che loro scelgono tutti prodotti non derivanti dalla grande distribuzione e il pane ed i dolci son fatti da Francesca(spero di non sbagliare il nome) e voglio fare un particolare complimento per la bontà dei dolci. Io fuori dal tris ho mangiato 2 fette di crostata di frutta fresca cn crema pasticcera.. ragazzi tra frutta e crema son andato in paradiso.. Ci torneremo presto SUPER SUPER CONSIGLIATO. Ps, Francesca la cameriera e socia oltre che per i dolci spicca per la sua gentilezza e per il sorriso con il quale ti serve …. Brava

25/07/2025: We had lunch here and were truly satisfied! Everything was delicious: the main courses were well-prepared and tasty, but the desserts were the real finishing touches—simply exceptional! Friendly and attentive service, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

27/06/2025: Pleasant lunch, comfortable environment and good quality food. Although the weekday menu at noon is not à la carte but there is a fixed menu (low price) thanks to the availability and kindness of all the staff, you can still have something to taste of typical Piedmontese cuisine (excellent joke). A place to recommend and, for those who can, go (book) for the weekend where the offer is even richer in tasty Piedmontese food!!!

06/07/2025: Both the owner and the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful, trying to satisfy the customer's needs as best as possible. The food is excellent, varied and with very generous portions! We did not take the pizza but that also looked very inviting! In short, a highly recommended place!

13/08/2025: A restaurant worth visiting. The seafood salad appetizer was very fresh and tasty, the ravioli was delicious, and the lamb chops were also tasty. Although we didn't order the fried seafood, other tables did and it looked very good.

05/08/2025: A charming and romantic location, the staff are kind, professional, and above all welcoming. The dishes are delicious and generous. I love the tagliolini with pistachio cream and shrimp...the prices are fair. The Borgo is an excellent side dish.

08/08/2025: I went there last night with my wife, daughters-in-law, and children. It was my wife's birthday, although we celebrated it late. Giuseppe, the owner, is a great gentleman, as is all the staff, helpful and extremely kind. We ate all we wanted, the excellent fish recommended to me by Giuseppe himself. I highly recommend this place, both for the hospitality and attention to customer service, and for the quality of the products. The menu, as I specifically requested, was a tasting menu, and I must say it surprised us and we were thrilled. The price was lower than expected. We will definitely be back, and thank you so much for your help. See you soon.

10/08/2025: My family and I were invited to a wedding event, and I can say that the restaurant is truly charming, with beautifully landscaped grounds. You can dine both indoors and outdoors. The restaurant has ample space and is ideal for events such as first communions, confirmations, baptisms, weddings, and much more. The food was all delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. It's also ideal for children. The venue is well-furnished and air-conditioned. Clean bathrooms. There's ample free parking. We'll be happy to return. Thank you and congratulations. Oops, I forgot. There was also music, with a very young man singing and livening up the evening, with a beautiful voice. Congratulations to you too! 🤗😉

23/07/2025: The restaurant has a beautiful park and a free parking lot. The food is good, and the service is very welcoming and helpful. It's especially suitable for special occasions, parties, birthdays, and weddings.

05/06/2025: The best piadinas in Turin! The incredible thing is that despite the piadina being a simple dish, they managed to transform it into a gourmet dish in all respects, all while maintaining a good quality-price ratio!

30/05/2025: I'm not one to write reviews and I've been going to the place for years, it's the umpteenth time that I walk to the piadineria and find it closed even though it's marked open on Google Maps. Evidently the owners don't give a shit about people and even less about the place. I definitely won't be back. By the way, I've never commented negatively, I've held back several times because sometimes the piadinas are missing ingredients, sometimes they are made hastily and different from the usual preparation. Paying more than 10 euros for a piadina, one expects that at least all the ingredients are inside. That said, change your job because you've brought out the worst version of me. Thanks for ruining my lunch break (already short) and consequently my day. Greetings

26/07/2025: Lunch with a group after visiting Manta Castle. Roast beef with tuna and capers, ravioli with Fondobruna cheese, roast beef with vegetables and peperonata, and hazelnut bounette: all thoroughly enjoyed. Punctual and friendly service. We'll be back if we have the chance.

15/08/2025: A very welcoming, airy atmosphere with a beautiful exposed wooden ceiling. From the windows, our beautiful land can be seen. Friendly staff, good and generous servings, from appetizers to dessert. If I really had to praise this lovely, relaxing evening, I'd say the agnolotto sauce, which I found a bit acidic, and at least two bottles of water at the table, as they were a bit small. Excellent value. Thank you.

11/08/2025: What can I say? I had delicious appetizers and a truly fantastic risotto, even the Piedmontese mixed fry was truly top-notch. Just 10 minutes from the Albiano exit, I recommend it to everyone. If you're in the area and are hungry, go there. You'll be truly satisfied.

Being pregnant, I explained some dietary requirements and was truly impressed by how thorough, attentive, and helpful they were in managing every detail of the meal. The place is beautiful, well-kept, and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was kind at all times, always with a smile and a care that truly makes the difference.
