20/02/2026: For a Sunday stroll, we parked on this street while searching for somewhere to eat. We realized we'd parked in front of Trattoria I Galli... OK, we're here, let's go in and eat... a really beautiful, clean place with very kind and friendly staff. They made us feel at home and pampered at the same time. The menu isn't over-the-top, but the over-the-top quality is the flavor, I'd say superlative, at a fair price. The icing on the cake is the mocha served at the table, just like my grandmother used to make.

Excellent quality of food and wine, delicious Piedmontese cuisine, top-notch staff, and a very welcoming and refined atmosphere. Highly recommended! Excellent!

11/12/2025: The restaurant is located downtown, with convenient parking nearby. The decor is minimal: no tablecloths on the table, dark napkins, cutlery on a stand, bread (homemade) served on a small plate, breadsticks (they shouldn't be served if broken).... As I mentioned to the person who brought me a dish, there are many obstacles to a proper wine analysis, but what wines! The cellar is truly extensive and ranges from every angle. I had a rabbit tuna dish (€12), well-made, and agnolotti al plin with a pumpkin and chestnut filling, and a Raschera cheese fondue, for which I asked for a supplement, to nicely contrast the sweetness of the filling (€13). I was in a hurry and skipped dessert. Covers €2, half a liter of water €2, a quarter of red wine - Dolcetto di Dogliani - €6 (other wines by the glass range from €6 and up), for a total of €35. The service was fast, paid with Satispay. We'll return because the cuisine is interesting, the portions are just right, and the customer service is attentive.

20/01/2026: On Sunday, my partner and I had lunch at the elegant Vittorio Veneto restaurant, welcomed by Stefano and his staff. We appreciated the recommendations for the daily specials; from appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious. The best dish we tried was the tagliolini al nero with prawns, delicate and delicious. Stefano, regarding the conversation about the paintings and other works in the dining room, noted that the painting in the hallway is by the artist Tino Stefanoni. See you soon, Claudio

03/03/2026: Spectacular culinary experience, unique flavors, smiling staff whose professionalism puts you at ease. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances. I'm celiac and received special treatment; for once, I even ate more than the others! My parents, despite having very classic tastes, also appreciated the more unusual flavors, but to stick to traditional dishes, they ordered the famous vitello tonnato and Chef Milone's Plin, which are absolutely must-try! An experience to definitely repeat!

06/03/2026: A very positive experience, the woman was very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and kind. We enjoyed a welcome entrée of bagna cauda panna cotta on an amazing wafer... and last but not least, a truly delicious poached egg. We had a Smart Box package, all inclusive except for the wine, which, to our great surprise, was complimentary when we received the bill. A very elegant and refined place, with virtually no noise. Highly recommended!

29/01/2026: I had lunch at Da Salvetti with a group of friends on a weekday. We chose the tasting menu, a small aperitif, four appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, creamed cod, and toma cheese with amaretto and warm syrup), two first courses (rosemary agnolotti and hazelnut tagliolini), one second course (roast or pork tenderloin), or cheeses, and dessert. We drank Barbera d'Alba. They also provided homemade digestifs. Everything was excellent, the service and location were attentive. We had a great time, highly recommended.
