14/05/2025: Very good hyper traditional place if it weren't for the exclusively online menu. Soft lights, lounge cover music. You are welcomed by an aperitif that I think is vermouth + bitter orange and a cavagnot of perfect Russian salad. Exceptional miula and equally bispanato fillet with 8 different salts including spices, turmeric, 2 Breton, Himalayan pink, red, black ... accordion potatoes (hasselback), accompanied by 2 types of white bread and rubatá. Excellent zabaglione, classic. Wide selection of wines and bitters (from Turin and Bordiga Chiot), shame they proposed a wine aged in wood after asking for a chardonnay without carats (Solum, Isolabella della Croce)

29/07/2025: I visited Trivè during a busy time, and despite a short wait of about 10 minutes, the overall experience was very positive. The service was attentive and meticulous, thanks in particular to Ornella, who was professional, kind, and helpful. The staff generally stood out for their courtesy and patience, and the food lived up to expectations. A welcoming place that I happily recommend.

29/07/2025: Excellent aperitif, carefully prepared and served by very friendly and cheerful staff. The tramezzini were spectacular; I tried the turkey and provolone one, the veal in tuna sauce one, and the roast beef with chopped hazelnuts.

30/07/2025: Il locale è aperto a pranzo e a cena . La proprietaria molto gentile e preparata sui vini elenca i piatti con dettagli..ottime le materie prime..speciali i piatti di pesce . Aperto ad agosto tutti i giorni tranne lunedì e martedì... Non perdetevelo amanti del pescato

26/05/2025: Group lunch after an excursion. Typical mountain food, good and plentiful. Very fair prices. Possibility of eating outside. Inside, stoves lit. Outside, tables, deckchairs and chairs to sunbathe or enjoy the enchanting view. Recommended a tour of the small village of Vonzo. Interesting excursions in the surrounding area, up to Ciavanis.

29/06/2025: A beautiful Sunday spent here for the duration of a lunch with relatives. We had a great time... despite the heat, under the umbrella it was nice. The food was high quality and everything was delicious. Excellent service even for children! Worth mentioning is the helpfulness and kindness of all the staff. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!
