03/05/2025: Our experience at this restaurant was simply unforgettable. We tasted Piedmontese cuisine, with delicious dishes made with skill and faithfulness to the culinary traditions of the region. The raw materials used were of the highest quality, giving the dishes authentic and enveloping flavours. The service was impeccable. Nine of us were welcomed, including some children, and the lady who assisted us showed infinite patience and sweetness, making us make a wonderful impression on our friends from Rome, who were enthusiastic about the culinary experience. Although we were residents of Turin, we did not know this precious corner and now we are certain that it will become our point of reference for future trips out of town. We highly recommend anyone who wants to savor the true flavors of Piedmont to visit this restaurant: a gastronomic experience that is worth it! 🌟🍽️

28/05/2025: Una domenica a pranzo ci hanno accolti pur non avendo prenotato in anticipo. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da un “menù fisso” composto da piatti della tradizione piemontese, cucinati a regola d’arte e con ottimi ingredienti del territorio, serviti con professionalità e garbo che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Notevoli gli affettati e le carni, superbi i ravioli. Graditi gli assaggi di dolci come coccola finale. Piacevole il dolcetto di Dogliani sempre di produzione propria. Ritorneremo senz’altro con piacere! Bravi!

17/05/2025: The place is decent, the food is average, the problem is the miserable portions, seconds equally miserable that together do not make a decent portion. Pasta all'amatriciana pasticciata quite bad in flavor. From appetizers to dessert very small portions 3 appetizers 2 first courses 1 second course water wine coffee €35. Honestly it is not worth it. There is better for the same price.

17/05/2025: On May 2nd we celebrated our wedding at Cascina Ranverso. Everything was wonderful, from the organization in the days before, to the services offered, up to the wedding day itself. The catering service was excellent both in terms of quality and total attention and dedication to each guest. The place was taken care of in every detail, the staff was very kind, helpful and really attentive to any need, whether culinary or organizational. The rooms to spend the night in are beautiful, furnished with great care as is every corner of this extraordinary Cascina. The parking is large and convenient, the Cascina is accessible and suitable for children who spent a very fun day. Everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to the staff, the chef and Noemi for allowing us to celebrate such an important day in a superlative way.

06/05/2025: We took part in a communion... the choice of location was really right! The place outside is well looked after, surrounded by greenery and a landscape that forms the perfect setting. The internal room is rustic with exposed bricks and large modern windows. The food for the event is the result of traditional dishes enriched with refined combinations, pleasing to the palate... all good in short! Too bad there wasn't an encore😅 certainly recommended

12/06/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante con mia moglie per festeggiare il mio compleanno,ci era stato consigliato da amici e ne siamo rimasti estasiati sia per la location, che per i piatti che erano tipici della cucina piemontese, ma serviti con molto gusto e molto piacevoli e infine molto buoni.

As a welcome, an aubergine meatball, omelette and peppers. First courses: tagliolini with mushrooms (morels), potato gnocchi with basil sauce and herbs. Second courses: lamb with a side dish of potatoes, asparagus with cheese fondue, sweetbreads. Olive pâté and butter, both to be served on excellent 4/5 types of bread. Vast cart with cheeses. Inviting. Petit patisserie of the house.

27/04/2025: Truly high quality food, excellent mixed fried food! Nice venue in a panoramic position and in a quiet, green valley, also ideal for ceremonies.

02/04/2025: We have been there several times over the years. In the area it is a guarantee but better to book in advance because it is always crowded. Excellent outdoor aperitifs and spectacular dinner with hot and cold appetizers and desserts accompanied by music.

27/05/2025: We went to this beautiful castle for lunch and had a great experience. We were seated in our own private room, which made the atmosphere feel special and intimate. The service was excellent, the waiters were very presentable, polite, and elegant. I had the ravioli and they were a-ma-zing! Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. The castle itself has several different dining rooms, and depending on the size of your group, you might get your own private space too. They also offer rooms to stay overnight, and only guests who stay there can visit the castle interiors. The courtyard is really nice as well. Would definitely return!
