04/03/2026: Beautiful and very suggestive location: definitely one of the strengths of the place. The restaurant positions itself in the higher price range, with a focus on selected ingredients, and the setting really lives up to expectations. The dinner, however, did not fully convince us. The cuisine leans heavily towards traditional Lombard flavours, which made the dishes feel quite rich and heavy. Some flavours were rather strong and not always well balanced. Even the bread was a bit disappointing – just simple white bread, whereas nowadays restaurants in this price bracket usually offer more variety (artisan breads, focaccia, breadsticks, etc.). Service was kind and professional, but a bit slow – although it was a full house. Overall, a lovely place, but the food did not quite match the level suggested by the setting and prices. Replying to the comment I agree, and you charged "coperto" for three.

15/01/2026: It's a family-run restaurant. The space is spacious and has convenient parking. The menu is extensive, ranging from pizza to fish. We're always treated very well by Mr. Faruq and his family. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended for both couples and large groups.

05/01/2026: Restaurant-pizzeria adjacent to the Via Novara parking lot (handy for those needing to get to the Meazza Stadium). Extensive menu; I personally tried both pasta dishes and pizza. Friendly staff. The pizza was thin but good quality. Not a place for those with high expectations, but the overall experience was very positive.

09/03/2026: A lovely place, with nice background music and truly friendly, smiling waiters. The business menu is €16, which includes a first course, a second course, and a side dish, but the full menu was a bit too generous for us. So we shared a first course, a second course, two desserts, and a half liter of wine, spending a total of €38. Overall, we had a good time, although stepping outside for a cigarette immediately brings the traffic noise and smog. Overall, a pleasant place.

21/02/2026: I was looking for a place in the countryside near Milan and found this quaint farmhouse on the outskirts of Milan, nestled in the greenery of the Parco Sud d'Adda and easily accessible from the city. As far as I'm concerned, the human factor always makes the difference. And here, the family management (for 43 years!) is truly evident: Rosy, Beppe, and Sabrina have created an environment, modernized year after year to make it ever more pleasant to live in, where quality comes first, from the cuisine to the wines, to the recipes passed down through the generations, like the tiramisu (which brought back a memory because it reminded me of my grandmother's, a true Amarcord). At Cascina Bianca, you immediately notice an attention to detail and a genuine welcome that are rarely found these days. A special thanks also to Vincenzo, who served us: professional, friendly, and capable of immediately putting you at ease. The fact that the staff has been the same for many years is always a plus for me, as it demonstrates their dedication and professionalism. We ate traditional dishes with excellent ingredients, including locally sourced ones, all very balanced. Everything was excellent, and we especially loved the Jewish-style artichokes and the fish-based first courses and fresh pasta. They explained to us that they also offer business lunches and lunch specials, but in my opinion, it's the perfect place for ceremonies or corporate events if you're looking for something high-quality in a beautiful outdoor location. Because the Cascina is surrounded by a spectacular garden, which is perfect even on a rainy winter night, let alone in the warmer months or even during the day. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: What an amazing dinner! Food was fantastic and the service even better! We made reservation for tomorrow to have a dinner in Mappamondo again! Truly recommended, I'll visit this place each time when I'll be in Milan.

30/01/2026: A very quaint place. A cabin in the city!!! Charming and very welcoming. Excellent food and attentive, helpful, and friendly dining room staff. You feel at ease and pampered. We had lunch on a Friday with a set menu. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended, and exceptional value for money!!! Congratulations to everyone!!!

16/01/2026: Stopped in for a business lunch break, they offer a fixed menu for €13 with many options and the quality is very very good. I recommend it to anyone who is in those areas for work, given that it is difficult to find trattorias that offer menus like this in Milan nowadays, to book a table as it is quite crowded and arrive a little early to find parking.

26/11/2025: The place is a gem: elegant yet warm decor, perfect soft lighting, meticulous attention to detail, and that quintessential Italian atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home (or on vacation in Tuscany, take your pick). The coffee? Divine. I had a single espresso, and it seemed like they'd captured the soul of the bean in the cup: thick crema, intense aroma, perfect temperature. Then I couldn't resist and ordered a marocchino... oh my, a cloud of cocoa and expertly frothed milk.
