We stopped by chance and it's a really great place, good atmosphere, very good service, unbeatable pizzas. I totally recommend it 😉👏🏻👏🏻

In late June, Milan's temperature reached a whopping 32 degrees Celsius. Passing by this cafe with its friendly staff, I asked if they had iced coffee and was told "yes." I was thrilled and excited for my first iced coffee in Milan. But when the iced coffee arrived, I was truly astonished. The plate contained three things: a small pitcher of hot water, a glass half-filled with ice, and a small cup of espresso. What an amazing combination! I don't know how to comment this 😅. Thanks for their effort anyway.

We tried two different pizzas, and both were delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and hardworking.

A pizzeria that doesn't use yeast in the dough. The crust is therefore subtle and very digestible. There aren't hundreds of different pizzas on the menu, but the classics, with a few innovations. The best part is that for each pizza, you can choose the type of flour you prefer: classic, whole wheat, buckwheat, burnt wheat, Senatore Cappelli, or hemp. We chose burnt wheat (darker and crispier) and buckwheat (lighter and slightly harder). In any case, excellent pizza, and a great atmosphere.

Amami serves exceptional pizzas. Every pizza is incredibly thin and crispy right down to the last bite. Besides the toppings, you can also choose the flour for the pizza dough. Our pizzas were delicious, and unlike a classic pizza, they left you feeling satisfied without being overstuffed. The service was very attentive and friendly.

17/05/2026: Located in a beautiful square with outdoor seating. Traditional cuisine, including delicious risottos. Prices are a bit high.

Taverna italiana Amici miei atto II°

08/06/2026: The place where the locals go for a good meal in a quiet environment. At the next table, 4 young educated people enjoying each other's company while sharing a monumental centre dish washed with a calice (chalice) of wine. You can stay inside or take your meal out in the garden. Inside there are 2 older couples showing, from a distance, all the signs of contentment at the end of a good dinner, pondering, it seems, whether a digestivo would be in order or they rather shouldn't disturb the exquisite taste of the ossobuco, cotoletto di manzo or tartuffo lingering on the palate. The lady who is waiting the tables is helpful and competent (I needed a variation from the written menu to accommodate the requirements of a special diet: no problem). I didn't order bread but a small basket landed on my table anyway, by default. This way I was able to polish the plate of the divine gravy. I was heading towards a 4.7 star trattoria when I saw this place. Lucky me. The milanesi don't need international ratings when they decide where to go out for dinner.
28/04/2026: Quiet atmosphere, very friendly owners. My friends and I were just passing through, but we were happy with our stay. We'll gladly return.
