16/12/2025: Family lunch at this osteria. We had a wonderful meal, including tagliatelle with wild boar ragudi and tagliatelle with truffle. The appetizers were excellent, including the giardiniera (pickled vegetables), and especially the spicy goat ricotta, which was a huge hit. We'll definitely try the other dishes. We were very satisfied and highly recommended.

15/12/2025: A memorable lunch in a place steeped in history. Lunch at Osteria Della Bassa was a truly exceptional experience. The restaurant, located at Via Dante Alighieri 66 in Casalmaggiore, welcomes guests within centuries-old walls that tell the story of the area and immediately exude an authentic and warm atmosphere, reminiscent of true osterias of yesteryear. The cuisine is deeply traditional, carefully crafted and made with top-quality ingredients, which are clearly evident from the first bite. I enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, simply extraordinary: perfect pasta, intense and balanced flavor, the kind that lingers in the memory. The roast beef was also excellent, tender and perfectly cooked. The portions are particularly commendable, truly generous: a pleasure for the palate and the mood. I can only suggest future guests try the tagliatelle with fresh truffle, which promises to be another highlight of the menu. All this is complemented by an extremely kind, helpful, and attentive staff, capable of making you feel immediately at home. I jokingly recommend (but not too much!) bringing a hearty appetite, because generosity is the order of the day here. An authentic osteria, where tradition still lives on and is served with passion. I'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: I went for lunch. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was excellent. They run workshops for children. There's a wonderful Christmassy feel to the place these days.

04/11/2025: A guarantee of quality!! The location is fantastic, surrounded by nature. Their pond is truly charming, and it's wonderful for children to be able to walk among the greenery and see the animal enclosure. The dishes are prepared with genuine products from their own or local producers, always in keeping with the season. The homemade desserts are exquisite. The portions are just right, and the price is truly fair. We've been there to celebrate our child's first birthday and then for a post-Halloween lunch, and we've always had a great time.

08/12/2025: Too bad, the place is small, suitable for couples, two max. I'm single and older, so I'm not a good example. I was very hungry and waited a long time, the kids come first. You don't leave hungry! The cuisine is well-prepared and meticulous, not just meat, but also fish, brought from an area where sturgeon have disappeared... I would have liked a little less salt on the anchovies; the smaller marubini would have been very delicate, as would the flavor. Well done, 9/10, my rating. I ate too much and then tried everything. The white wine was excellent, I forgot about the baked pear with ice cream!

24/11/2025: We found this place by chance and had a wonderful meal. Grandma's "chicche" were the best I've ever had. The ragout was just like my mother makes. The braised beef was so tender even a toothless person could have eaten it; the sauce was pure poetry. The tiramisu biscuit was still warm with the coffee, and the cream was delicious, not too sweet. All this at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we're not from the area, but we'll be back as soon as we can.

29/11/2025: Excellent Roman cuisine at a fair price. I'd been to a historic wine bar in Rome a few days earlier, and La Ciminiera was a match made in heaven. It's a shame I didn't get the Jewish-style artichokes; I'll try again in a few weeks.

03/11/2025: Dinner with friends. I had a round "Nordica" scrocchiarella with burrata and smoked salmon (€16). Excellent food, well-cooked pizza, quick and friendly service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

11/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues went very well. We ate really well, and the staff was extremely friendly. Traditional and refined dishes, prepared with care and precision, and with flavors that satisfy the palate.

04/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. I was invited to Luca Maddeo's birthday party. The food was truly delicious. High-class decor. Michelin-star cuisine. Excellent value for money, very good and very interesting considering Crema's touristic location. I recommend it.

28/11/2025: First time here, and it certainly won't be the last. Everyone can find something to enjoy because there's so much to choose from! The beer selection is extensive (which I unfortunately didn't try because I was driving), and I was pleased to find the oransoda, which I rarely find. The music is excellent, without being "intrusive." Kudos also for the friendly and fast service. See you next time.

16/12/2025: It was a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming despite the large number of seats. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and the food is perfectly digestible despite the richness of the dishes. The quality/price ratio is truly exceptional, something you'll find nowhere else. The service is incredibly fast, and the staff are polite, cheerful, and cheerful. I recommend making a reservation due to the high attendance, but don't miss lunch or dinner at this "old-fashioned" osteria.

14/12/2025: The atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend the mushroom rice as a first course. I would like to come here again for dinner. Second visit: This is our second time here. The atmosphere is pleasant, refined, and very distinctive, and this is definitely a strong point. Regarding the cuisine, however, the quality of the food doesn't live up to expectations. I cook myself, and from this perspective, the dishes I tasted aren't particularly outstanding: the quality is comparable to very simple home cooking, without the added value one expects from a restaurant. I think there's potential, especially considering the space and atmosphere, but the quality of the food could be significantly improved.
