24/04/2026: In the 90's I was a regular customer of this restaurant, having lunch there at least 3 time's a week, often with customers and/or colleagues. I loved the menu and found it to be reasonably priced. Also the staf and owner were very professional and helpful. Then I was transferred abroad and so I did not visit this restaurant again until recently. I was pleasantly surprised it remained of the same quality as I remembered. Excellent menu, professional staf, reasonably priced. Exactly the same as it used to be in the 1990's.

09/05/2026: I ordered a burger, and in my opinion the meat was definitely below my expectations in terms of flavor, so not in line with the price paid. You can find better at these gourmet burger prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

02/05/2026: My boyfriend and I came for dinner. We really enjoyed the pizza, which I had lactose-free and my boyfriend had semolina dough. We loved it—it was light and delicious. We'll definitely be back to try some of the dishes! The owner was also very kind, helpful, and very friendly!

24/04/2026: I had dinner yesterday at Trattoria La Ciminiera in Cremona and it was a truly exceptional experience. The Roman cuisine is authentic, flavorful, and meticulously crafted, with dishes that exude passion and tradition. My sincere thanks go to the owner Costantino, his daughter Malvina, and all the staff, always professional, attentive, and smiling. A place that welcomes guests with warmth and quality: I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. Excellent value.

11/03/2026: We've been to Nuovo Maosi on different occasions, for a dinner with a few friends and for a business lunch with many guests, and both times we were very satisfied. Elena is certainly passionate about her work and offers tasty, carefully prepared dishes. For the business lunch, she also advised and guided us through the menu (also attentive to vegetarian and lactose-free options, etc., as can happen when there are many people). The service is good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Recommended!

05/04/2026: Truly excellent. We were there yesterday with friends. The hostess was super kind. The bruschetta and schiacciata were delicious. Highly recommended. Congratulations. Also worth trying is the lactose-free tiramisu, as my friend is lactose intolerant. There's also this option, and I have to say I wouldn't have even noticed, it was so delicious.

22/05/2025: I will visit Crema again just to go here… the focaccia was genuinely the best thing I have ever tried as a lifelong celiac. Huge selection ranging from snacks to prepared meals, sweets and cookies. Prices were great as well.
