14/09/2025: I've been frequenting Trattoria Via Vai in Bolzone di Ripalta Cremasca for about 20 years, almost always for lunch on weekends. My father discovered it thanks to an article by Beppe Severgnini featuring the best tortelli from Crema, and it's remained a firm favourite ever since. In fact, it's even improved over the years. I love it because it's a refuge from the chaos of Milan: immersed in the countryside, with a bike path along the river for an after-lunch stroll. Easy parking, zero stress. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, refined yet homey, between the dining room and a bright winter garden. The menu is streamlined: a few local dishes, fresh ingredients, authentic flavors with a touch of creativity. Portions are just right: you leave full and satisfied, without overindulging. The wine list is interesting even for discerning palates, with Italian and international labels (especially French). Stefano knows how to advise and guide: although I'm not a great expert, I've always had a great experience. This is my first review after many years of attending: I promised it, and here it is. Congratulations on the commitment and care you put into what you do. Highly recommended!

19/09/2025: The best dining experience I've had in a long time! We stayed in the accommodation above the restaurant so we were there on three different occasions, for lunch, wine with snacks and also dinner. We were equally satisfied every time, wow so good! And plus points for wonderful service from Remo, among others, who explained the menu and gave us recommendations for both food and drinks, very knowledgeable and nice! Would have loved to come back!

10/08/2025: I went for lunch with friends. I should point out that there's a lunch menu at midday. Very informal place. The service was just adequate, as was the food.

05/10/2025: The two of us had dinner at I ViaggiaStorie di Zanola Andrea & C. and we had a truly wonderful time! We ordered an Interstate 60 (300g XXL chicken cutlet with fries) and a The Ranch (500g BBQ ribs), accompanied by a Coca-Cola and a Mithra Blanche 4.5 beer. Everything was excellent: generous portions, tender and flavorful meat, and dry and delicious fried food. We finished with two coffees and an Amaro del Capo, for a total of €40, truly reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Also, something really worth mentioning: the free sanitary pads in the bathroom, a gesture of great thoughtfulness and kindness, not so common. Welcoming place, friendly and fast service—highly recommended!

25/06/2025: Amazing pub, delicious food, burgers, chips and fried food are out of this world, plus I've never seen 22 taps of beer together.

30/08/2025: What can I say? Great professionalism and friendliness at the same time. Tradition and innovation at the same time, based on Apulian cuisine. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable about the dishes available, which helps a lot when choosing. It's a great place, staffed by young but experienced people. We gave it a 9 only because there's always room for improvement, although I honestly don't know where or how. Take home a wonderful evening.

26/08/2025: Excellent experience. Top-notch service: fast, courteous, and friendly, they immediately make you feel at ease. The atmosphere is spectacular. The food is high quality (especially the fresh fish), but the menu isn't overly varied, featuring mostly fish dishes with some meat options, all very carefully presented. Prices are quite high, but average for Crema.

16/08/2025: Family dinner, discreet and accessible staff for every request, being Saturday we chose the Paeilla menu, not exceptional but with lots of fish, fabulous octopus starter and also exceptional desserts. Thank you, we will be back to try other proposals.

17/08/2025: We went to Bar Bacco da Seta for breakfast and were very pleased. The place is well-kept, welcoming, and has a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. The counter was stocked with croissants, homemade cakes, and many tempting options. The cappuccino was creamy and well-made, with that extra touch that makes all the difference. The staff is friendly and immediately puts you at ease, always with a smile. A short break turned into a pleasant and relaxing moment. We'll be happy to return!

10/05/2025: Really tasty and soft gnocchi with courgette cream and prawns that melt in your mouth. Never eaten such a tender and tasty scallop. The fruit tart is delicious. I ate on the porch and it was wonderful with the nice fresh air and the warm sun. The lady who served us was very kind.
