04/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. I was invited to Luca Maddeo's birthday party. The food was truly delicious. High-class decor. Michelin-star cuisine. Excellent value for money, very good and very interesting considering Crema's touristic location. I recommend it.

23/07/2025: Nos alojamos en el hotel cerca del restaurante y reservé una mesa en Nuovo Maosi. Recibí su ubicación exacta (cerca de Crema) , menú y carta de vinos a petición. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos informaron en recepción que el restaurante está cerrado y solo abierto para bodas. No podía imaginar que abrirían el restaurante solo para 3 de nosotros y todos los platos están disponibles : ) La cena fue muy agradable! Todos los platos eran excelentes, así como el servicio. Casi todos los postres se combinan con bebidas alcohólicas, pero por supuesto también se pueden pedir por separado.

07/07/2025: Cena con amici al Rosary, ecco la mia valutazione. LOCATION 6: Locale gradevole, con una parte interna ed una esterna. Manca l'effetto wow. SERVIZIO 6: Onesto senza picchi, ne verso l'alto, ne verso il basso. MENU' 6: I piatti ordinati sono risultati gradevoli ma anche qua non si raggiungono picchi o vette tali da risultare indimenticabili. CONTO 6: Nella media per ciò che si è ordinato.

07/06/2025: Ottima location,etichette vini ben scelte,risotto con quaglie e risotto con osso buco un trionfo di emozioni,goduriosi e precisi di sapidità burro e formaggio tutto veramente ben bilanciato.Salva cremasco e giardiniera ottimi ,salumi di qualità (il salame secondo il mio gusto andrebbe tagliato più spesso) e per finire il salame dolce che ho mangiato mi ha portato a casa con mia mamma quando me lo faceva trovare per coccolarmi.Bravi in cucina ed in sala ,rapporto qualità prezzo ok.

18/05/2025: Cena in 60 persone, tutto abbastanza buono. L’unico piatto che non ho apprezzato sono stati i casoncelli, un po’ troppo cotti e dolci per il mio palato. per il resto tutto molto apprezzato. consigliato per un pranzo informale fra amici.

01/09/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very busy on weekends... best to book. Everything was very good. We ate inside... only downside: tables too close together and... the waiter brought my partner's pizza and missed mine... I received it forty minutes after my partner had finished his. 🤣🤣🤣

10/05/2025: Really tasty and soft gnocchi with courgette cream and prawns that melt in your mouth. Never eaten such a tender and tasty scallop. The fruit tart is delicious. I ate on the porch and it was wonderful with the nice fresh air and the warm sun. The lady who served us was very kind.

20/07/2025: I had dinner with some friends, one of whom is half Sicilian and half Calabrian. She loves fish and knows what she's talking about. We ordered appetizers and first courses, along with wine, dessert, and coffee. Everything was really good; my friend was also very satisfied and found all the dishes delicious. Among the dishes we ordered was the raw fish appetizer, which was spectacular. It's been a while since I've been back, and I'll be back more often. Plus, they offered free coffee. The service was good, a little slow, but still good.

12/08/2025: It was a celebration for us! The evening felt like being cooked for by a family. Highly recommended! We (2 adults, 2 children) had the appetizer platter and three different pasta dishes. All delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish it all; it was a bit too much. PS - The dog doesn't do anything except sniff around.

10/08/2025: Exceptional dinner, excellent cured meats, homemade giardiniera, rabbit with herbs and excellent cuts, even the house white wine deserves it; plus, the place is gorgeous, I highly recommend everyone to eat here.
