16/04/2026: Something has changed in the kitchen: lots of smoke and little roast

20/03/2026: Thanks to a gift package, my husband and I enjoyed dinner at this restaurant, ordering what we wanted and paying the difference. I had a radicchio tart, tender, but I didn't notice any flavor, maybe it was something else...? Second course: guinea fowl with potatoes, very good. My husband had a taglierini, pappardelle (but they were tagliatelle) with culantello and bagoss, but he didn't notice any flavor. Then there was guanciale, very tender, cooked at a low temperature (we also cook at a low temperature and for many hours at home with a slow cooker) with a sauce, which unfortunately gave it a bit of acidity. I'm the one with stomach problems, though, not him. Luckily, I didn't have it. Unfortunately, I think restaurants have preservatives, because at home we cook on the spot, and sometimes we have leftovers even after two days, and we have no problems. Not all restaurants cook, but they have ready-made bases (I'm speaking generally, not specifically). My husband "complained" about the potatoes (roasted or sautéed) being served with the gravy and meat. At home, we serve the side dish on a separate plate. And even in a high-end restaurant, that's how it should be... Wherever there's gravy, it's appropriate. I gave it a 4, not a 3, because I think they're good. It depends on the evening, I don't know...

27/03/2026: My favorite small-town trattorias are those where you can feel the warmth and the desire to be in good company. The food is delicious and the value is excellent.

29/03/2026: The food is good and cheap. Shared appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, and liqueur for €35. Perhaps that's even a little. The specialty is guinea fowl cooked in clay (good but nothing special). The place is a typical provincial trattoria. I recommend it.

20/08/2025: Last night I tried this restaurant for the first time (the summer opening is in Casalbuttano at the former Osteria La Grande). There were two of us; we each had a first course and a second course shared. Everything was delicious, and the place was truly lovely. We paid €58 (with water). Highly recommended restaurant ☺️

20/04/2026: Terrible Movie night for the modest sum of €30 per person: halfway through the film, it started to rain. The owners watched from inside as people got up and left, and instead of interrupting the evening and offering a voucher to use for another time, they pretended nothing was happening. Not to mention the very slow service and the wooden benches that were impossible to sit on for a two-hour film. It's not enough to have an outdoor space and some lights... You have to be honest and know how to treat people. 90 km and €60 wasted

19/04/2026: The place is fabulous! I went there to celebrate a birthday: we had lunch in the orchard... it was magical. The food is excellent and high-quality. The staff is friendly, polite, and above all very willing to accommodate any request to make your day special. 🤩 I'll definitely be back.

It's not my first time there. I'll be back again because it's worth it. Very reasonable prices. For those who enjoy good food, it's worth a visit.

29/03/2026: In Cremona, early March, in the afternoon with friends, after going to a cafe, Achy and I ate pizza here for the first time. The pizza was quite thick, the dough was undercooked in the center, and, for me, it was slow to digest (compared to other pizzas). The husband had tuna and onion, I had radicchio and gorgonzola. So, even at my local takeout place, I get it with gorgonzola and a vegetable, sometimes less, sometimes more, but there's gorgonzola... Otherwise, why put it in the ingredients?! Here, there's not even any gorgonzola flavor. The plastic mat used as a placemat, unhygienic at all; obviously, it was placed on top. At least they used disposable non-woven placemats. I definitely won't be returning. Mary.

09/03/2026: A real surprise discovered by chance. We didn't stay, but we stopped for dinner. Based on a recommendation from a nearby B&B, we went for dinner without any particular expectations. In a rustic yet elegant setting, we ate very unique yet delicious dishes. If you're in the Cremona area, it's worth a visit and a stop for dinner. Very friendly service in a family-friendly atmosphere. Easy parking. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. For a full dinner with good wine, it's around €45 per person.

07/04/2026: It was my first time there, and I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the service was prompt and efficient, from appetizer to dessert, despite the Easter Monday holiday yesterday. Personally, I found my choice of paccheri with swordfish and lobster to be exceptional (the pasta was delicious, cooked al dente and juicy).
