Four of us had lunch on Sunday, April 26th, and we were truly satisfied.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentic, with a simple, convivial atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The service was punctual, highly professional, kind, attentive, and helpful, without ever being intrusive.
The dishes were carefully prepared, tasty, and prepared with quality ingredients, with generous portions and authentic flavors.
We ordered (and recommend):
- Cremonese appetizer
- 1 risotto
- 2 marubini pasta in broth (excellent)
- 1 spaghetti with farmyard ragu (rabbit, guinea fowl, etc.)
- 1 roast beef
- 3 mixed boiled meats
- mashed potatoes
- spinach
- zuppa inglese pudding
- coffee
- house wine (bottled, not on tap)
- still water and sparkling water
Everything was excellent!
It was a delightful experience: excellent value and great customer service.
A trattoria that definitely deserves 5 stars and where we will gladly return.
Compliments to the chef and all the staff!

Our lunch yesterday at Trattoria Bar Sport was perfect. We discovered the place thanks to the Slow Food Guide and highly recommend it. We opted for a Padano appetizer, marubini pasta in broth for the first course, tiramisu, and a traditional homemade dessert similar to zuppa inglese. Everything was truly delicious. Compliments to the young chef and the entire staff!!!

We trusted a great article on CiboToday and traveled from Milan specifically to try the recommended dishes. The atmosphere was very welcoming, with classic checkered tablecloths. The staff was friendly and helpful (including chef Jacopo). We enjoyed a full menu, from the excellent cured meats and cheeses appetizer to the coffee. The marubini pasta in broth was delicious, but the guinea fowl tortelli with brown sauce and the braised beef with polenta were also sublime. Intense flavors from days gone by... an excellent experience. We'll definitely be back. Reservations recommended.

It was an ordinary workday, one of those days when professional commitments punctuate the hours with their prosaic necessity, when I crossed the threshold of that trattoria that stood as the guardian of Cremonese culinary tradition.
And it was precisely in that moment, sitting at that table where duty mingled with pleasure, that a revelation struck me—similar to the one Proust had with his madeleine—when the first course appeared before me: marubini in brodo.
That golden broth, clear as an ancient truth, gracefully welcomed the small stuffed ravioli, and with the first sip, I realized that I wasn't simply eating, but taking a journey back in time, to that ancient and authentic Cremona that still lives in the expert gestures of those who interpret tradition with reverence and mastery.
And then came the bollito misto—oh, the bollito misto! – accompanied by his court of faithful ladies: the vibrant and aromatic salsa verde, and the mustard, with its pungent sweetness that creates a dance of contrasts on the palate, a dialogue between sweet and spicy that resolves in perfect harmony.
The staff surrounding me – courteous, attentive, always smiling – seemed to understand that the business lunch had become spectacular.
And so, as I returned to my professional duties, I carried with me not only the memory of an excellent lunch, but the certainty of having touched, even if briefly, something eternal: the soul of a city that still lives, miraculously intact, in every dish of its traditional cuisine.

A family-run trattoria with excellent food. We chose a generous appetizer to share and the mixed boiled meats with side dishes to share (a bit sparse).
The location is quaint and somewhat retro.
The staff is very helpful, even with gluten-free options.

A pleasant surprise, I found it by chance and finally rediscovered the flavors of yesteryear. The staff was kind and courteous, and my compliments to the owners. We'll definitely be back!
P.S. Ravioli filled with duck and roast reduction... simply poetic.
