09/10/2025: Refined, high-end cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with friendly, professional service. This is how Fabio and Valentina's visit can be summed up in a nutshell. We enjoyed a 7-course tasting menu featuring fish/seafood and meat. Each course was an unforgettable culinary experience. The highest-quality products are refined in flavor and retain their character, as each course is reduced to just a few ingredients. Nature and freshness are thus fully preserved. During one course, I had to express my enthusiasm and appreciation to the two hosts with a "first class." This restaurant is at the top of our list if you want to combine the beautiful city of Crema with culinary pleasure. We will definitely be back. Thank you both so much, and keep up the good work! 18/08/2025: Intimate and refined, you feel at home despite being in an elegant location. This is also and above all thanks to Fabio, who explains the dishes with great passion and expertise, but speaks to you as if he were a friend, using colloquial language that is understandable even to non-food critics. I admit that he raised our expectations a bit for some dishes, but then again, taste is taste, and other dishes won us over even more than those recommended. Top-quality ingredients for elaborate yet uncomplicated dishes, where the flavors blend and balance each other. Really fair prices for a restaurant in this price range, unlike many that "inflate" prices to give the illusion of quality and refinement when they actually offer dishes that are nothing special. Recommended for special occasions or even just for a quality dinner, where you can feel at home among friends.

21/08/2025: A small restaurant in the center of a tiny town. We went there as a family of five (with a dog). It had a very family atmosphere. The service was exceptional. The food was fantastic—completely unlike anything else we've had—the chef isn't afraid to experiment with flavors. The wine was delicious! We highly recommend it!

The first course was the famous marubini, which was very good, as were the cotechino and the boiled meats, all accompanied by sauces. The price was reasonable. Recommended. 10/11/2025: # Fragments of a Fortuitous Discovery It wasn't by premeditated design, nor by that conscious will that guides our steps toward known destinations, that I found myself in those lands. Rather, it was one of those fortuitous events—if we can call it chance when perhaps it is fate itself that weaves the invisible threads of our days—that led me, through the luminescence of a screen and the algorithm of a digital search, to discover that Osteria Zuffetti was located just a few hundred steps from where I had stopped. The clock was already pointing to that uncertain lunch hour—past 12:15—when time seems suspended between lunch and the still-distant dinner, that interval when kitchens usually chat and restaurants open their doors. And yet something—perhaps hunger, perhaps that curiosity that drives the traveler—pushed me toward that place, carrying with me the fragile hope of someone who doesn't know whether they'll find open or closed doors. The place, when I entered, greeted me with that ineffable feeling that only familiar environments can convey, even to those entering for the first time. It was as if those walls had absorbed, over the years, a human warmth. The staff possessed that smiling kindness that isn't the result of professional training but a genuine expression of the soul, that courtesy born from the genuine pleasure of welcoming guests. Then came the pumpkin tartlets, carefully delivered by expert hands. How to describe that first impression, that moment when the eyes precede the taste and already know, already intuit what the palate will confirm? The thin pastry contained a filling that, at the first bite, unleashed a cascade of sensations that took your breath away. It was as if all the culinary wisdom of generations was condensed in that one bite, as if each ingredient told a story of cultivated lands and skilled hands. Potato gnocchi with pumpkin cream and local cheese!! Delicious, a must-try! And then came the chestnut and persimmon dumpling—a name that evokes the countryside and ancient traditions. A chestnut puree sat on a base of persimmons that yielded under the spoon. It was delicious, that simple, direct kind of goodness. I choose to accompany my food with a glass of wine! I left that place with the feeling of having experienced one of those moments that, despite their apparent randomness, are imprinted in the memory like precious fragments of our existence. An osteria found by chance, which turned out to be the guardian of that gastronomic tradition that still endures, true to itself, in the incessant flow of time. #wellbeingcoach #challenged

12/10/2025: Like a cult place from a RENATO POZZETTO film... We go for all-fish (not ditch fish), very good and not overdone with spices to hide its low quality. The portions are very generous (justifying the price of the dish). The fried food looks over-fried, but the grilled food is very good. And the torta pinguí? It's praised, but ala fí lè na türta paradiso with Nutella and cream! The evening is a bit slow. There are several rooms that create a sense of atmosphere. Overall, GO...but be careful of the fog.

12/09/2025: We went last night. The location is lovely and very quiet. I had the radicchio, cheese, and grape risotto and the gigantic cutlet, which we shared between two of us. The rice was very good, but perhaps overcooked. The cutlet was really good. The only flaw is that there's no sign outside. I walked past it twice without seeing it. We'll definitely be back.

05/12/2025: A welcoming venue with an excellent menu, representative of the local cuisine. The fixed-menu tastings are worth trying. A wide selection of Italian and international wines. It's one of the few trattorias open on Monday evenings.
